Empty cars blocking all the pumps all the time. Everyone parks at a pump and stays inside. Forget about driving in to get gas quickly and leaving.

Horrible. Worst circle k that I’ve ever been to. False advertising lower prices then rings up higher price. Getto Cashier said they couldn’t sell at advertised price. Then refused to sell it. I’ll be doing business somewhere else.

This was my third attempt to use my sip and save membership today. Cottage Hill Dr. diet pepper has been broken for a month. Dauphin Street's complete fountain machine has been down for a week. And now the Springhill Ave location doesn't have Diet Dr Pepper either. What's up?

There’s no words to describe how sad it is to get treated the way these employees treat people. I have worked enough service jobs to understand there may be no replacement for these employees so I would just avoid this place all together and hope it disappears.

Store has been like walking into a sauna for quite a while. Feel bad for the employees there. No AC or even decent ventilation. Won't be going back.

Absolute worst gas station. Girls working behind the counter on 2/18/21 at 4:30pm were extremely rude and both of them were in the back room while me and three other customers were in line waiting for approximately 10 min. Circle k has lost my business due to the work ethics of these two women.

Doing the self check out out I looked up at the cashier and was about to say I needed a lighter and ahe snapped, "Just scan them your sir I'm busy" and I politely tell her I needed a lighter. She rolls her eyes. Grabs the lighter. Scans it. Tosses it in my bag at self checkout. And walks off, pulling out her phone. I'm not going to reach behind the counter to grab a lighter. I work service and pay sucks right now. I get it. But I'm not just flat out mean to random people at work. Find a different job if this one makes you so miserable

I now understand why this store does not even have 2 stars on Google. The two cashiers Wednesday morning October 19 th were extremely rude! Zero class! Please hire someone that can do the job! How hard is it to be a cashier at a gas station? My trained Golden Retriever would've done a better job and he doesn't even speak.

Absolutely horrible! You need to consider individuals who are at least the slightest concerned with their customers. We stop by to gather snacks for the road. My husband picked up some animal crackers that the price tag insisted was $1.49. When the cashier rang it up, they were $3.49. My husband informed her of the price difference and went back to grab the tag to show this rude lady. She looked at him and shrugged her shoulders and said bluntly what you want me to do.. I can’t change the price.. you want it or not. It took everything not to humble this woman. If you could t change the price, you could have had a more empathetic nature and not sit up there nonchalantly popping your gum and picking at your phone. I DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE.

My favorite Circle K around! I'm a regular and when I say these ladies who work here are the best around I absolutely mean it! When you walk in your greeted with pure kindness. The KNOW there customers and have genuine interactions with them. The store is always clean and plenty of options for snacks, hot food and drinks. The only downside is the small parking lot but it is what it is. I will always be a regular here. This staff can't be beat! True customer service at its finest.

Shell fuel, Circle K large mini mart and car wash, it gets busy at pick hrs of the day and takes time to get in/out pumps station and small parking area, friendly staff, restrooms are old and in need of a most updating to help keep them look clean and sanitized.
