Boy, where to start: I had been assaulted nearby circle K at a bar and I knew that circle K would be open and a safe place to use the phone (mine had been temporary lost in the altercation). Not only were the employees extremely helpful with the phone and general first aid, they also called an ambulance for me and were supportive and constantly asking if I needed anything. I cannot describe the level of gratitude I have for the man and woman on duty that night. I owe them so many kind words and "thank you's." I can't wait till next time I run into them, but it may be a while because I rarely go out late at night, but if you're an employee at circle K at Hancock and Del Prado, and you helped me the other night, you know who you are and hope you can sense the sincerity in my words. I look forward to thanking you in person. If you don't like chocolate, let me know in advance, so I know what not to buy you!

We live very close to this new Circle K so we get the fuel for our vehicles there and the ethanol free fuel for our equipment as well. Yesterday I went inside the store and noticed trash all over the front of it and when I used the men's bathroom, it was filthy. I informed the person behind the counter and he told me he'd take care of it all. I hope he did because that place is usually very clean and we'd like to continue patronizing it but we will not if we have to walk through trash to get to the front door.

It is pretty ridiculous that this gas station while being quite new has so many broken things. Pump 1 has no buttons, so after swiping the card it was impossible to select the grade. Pump 3 had a broken screen. My last attempt was pump 2 and that did not print a receipt which I needed for the cash back. I then drive to the car wash portion and as you would guess that was broken also. Have they just given up?

It's always a perfect place to stop and get all your gas needs, an ice cold Polar Pop, snacks, and even has a walk in beer cooler always fully stocked. Don't forget your Hotdog!!!

I have been a loyal customer of this circle k for at least 3 years… as of today I will not be buying anything from them again… they have no respect for their customers who have been there religiously….its a shame that they lost all the employees who actually cared about the store and replaced them with people who don’t clean the store… there is a certain shift that doesn’t mop up the spilled soda doesn’t stock up anything and they just walk back and forth behind the counter complaining about being tired… they really need a reboot of the 2-10 shift except the tiny girl with the glasses… poor girl is the only one who actually works during that shift

Okay so it's the opening day of the store, went in at around 11pm on 10/07/19 and it's amazing, the donuts were fresh, they have an insane amount of variety snack, drink, coffee, hot food, and cold food wise. The staffs very nice, the stores of course clean, the pumps dont look raggedy thank God, the prices are super affordable and I just generally really enjoy my experience here. As this is right at the turn home from work, this makes it perfect. I love it so much I'll be returning every night that I'm in need of so.ething on the way home.

To the cashier who thought it was appropriate to scream while clapping her hands at me from across the store you are the rudest person I have ever met I would never speak to a customer that way. All because I was trying to do is clear an air bubble at the soda dispenser it happens alot at my store it was not out because syrup was coming out in the appropriate mix you have lost a customer I stop here daily for gas, food and drinks. Won't be back management needs to rethink who they hire.

It's a fairly new gas station/convenient that opened up approximately one year ago. It's clean, has self serve air/vac for your car ($1.50 - only uses quarters or a credit/debit card). Automated car wash on-site. The store itself has approximately the same selection of goods. My only "issue" is the store itself feels cramped (should have been designed with more floor space) and many times their is only 1 or 2 cashier's during peak periods.

Nice, clean. Good selection of snacks. Bow I love self checkout machines but the ones here are extremely terrible to use. More when it comes the drinks. Often reads it as another product, sometimes it add random products. Trouble taking cash. Associates seem to push for customers to use it vs ringing them up. An introvert trust me when I rather use a checkout machine than have to make social contact. However, as I was having several issues pop up, I'm just watching as this poor employee is trying her hardest to help me. I'm waiting patiently but even more random items pop up on the screen that I don't have..all I wanted to do was buy 2 foundation drinks..eventually I ask the employee if she could please ring me up herself after standing there for 10mins...circle K, if you want us to use self checkout, please fix the bugs on your machines first.

The female manager is dishonest. Over 4 months I was trying to get video footage of an accident that happened in front of the store. Female manager said she had it that only an officer could get it. I went out of state for 3 months so I had an officer go and try to get it. They didn’t get it and it was noted in the report that the manger said only the officer who made the police report could pick it up. Which she didn't tell me. Never returned my phone calls either. And they rarely answer the phone. Then I get back to FL and every time I go to the store she was never there. The other manager tried to help but wasn’t successful. After leaving notes and calling and speaking to her you would’ve thought she would’ve already had the footage ready to be released. This happened the end of June now it’s October and they’re saying the footage is to far back to receive now. Now I have to pay over 800 out of pocket because I do not have proof that the other driver was at fault for the accident. If you’re ever in an accident at this store good luck. Circle K you need to train your managers because apparently the managers don’t know how to make a disc of y’all’s video footage.

Jeremy is very rude very sarcastic acts like he’s being helpful but Is very argumentative, snarky and Makes you feel like you’re the idiot when he’s the one that can’t Do his job! It’s a damn shame because I live right down the street from this store and I stopped here almost every single day. I will not be anymore. Thanks for your help your criticism and your Sarcasm, JEREMY literally had me walk in and out of that store six times for $10 in gas. Then accused me for not paying for the gas. Then went inside and decided to help everybody else with their DoorDash orders while I was standing in the rain… GREAT employee CK!!!

Do not use circle k brand DEF fluid.. this container the connection nozzle is cheap trash and it backflows and drips all over completely ruined my shirt my shoes and my shorts not to mention getting all over my skin and I can't get the skin to stop itching even if I taking multiple showers. I thought I would try the brand because I was there to buy diesel fuel and horrible mistake. If you buy this product I would highly recommend using a funnel and not the attached nozzle cheap garbage now I need to throw my clothes and my on clouds away thanks a lot circle k won't be coming back there for anything. Won't be using your name brand of anything again. Update to my review They also don't have any soap with the squeegees so they just have a dry squeegee which is worthless to clean off the bugs in Florida thanks for nothing

I do rideshare, driving customers. I had stopped by on the week of the 12 of July to get gas and pay for car wash. Upon entering the car wash, it did not have any suds, only water. I contacted Circle K, customer service. They informed me that I can go back to the location and request a free car wash. Today 7/22/2024, I arrived at the location and spoke to Matt where he partnered with the store manager and was able to provide credit for another car wash. They were aware of the car wash having minor issues. I commend Matt and his senior management staff.

This store needs to be diverted, the manager seems to hire one race, that would be nice to see it diverse. Also hire people who are fit for the job, well dressed, has manners, and that may help the store more. Wear hair nets while prepping food as well!

I saw the Manager that use to work on Country Club at Circle K I’m hoping she is going to work at this one. There was never a line she got you in & out. She learned your name and was pulling your smokes off the shelf the minute you walked in the door im getting excited if she comes here

Walked all the way here and waited at the counter for multiple minutes for the worker to come check me out. By the time he did, it was too late to scan the alcohol I grabbed. Then he proceed to blame it on me and tell me it takes more than 3 minutes to scan an item anyway. He talked shit to me after he was the one not doing his job. Horrible service, horrible prices, will never go back. They don’t want your business, save your time and go anywhere else.

This is now the 3rd time trying to get gas here and the pumps will not authorize or "load" when purchasing inside at the self service counter with cash. So I tried outside at the pump with a card, no luck 3 times in a row!? Never coming here again, the daytime employees move slower than molasses in January and talk to customers entirely too much holding the lines up. Being friendly is one thing but watching people try to pull away from an endless conversation is breathtaking. Worst entrances and exits also.

this blue haired girl constantly gives me and my sister problems when we go in. seems as though she doesn’t really want to do her job and constantly makes us use the self checkout for cigarettes, or takes her time to get to the front after having people wait for 5-10 minutes. every other employee there gets you in and out and doesn’t make me cash out cigarettes at the self checkout. makes it harder for everyone, instead of doing the job properly and checking out with the employee.
