I called chuck today early in the morning like 7:30 from downtown Newyork ritz Carlton hotel for emergency detailing and he picked up the phone and answered it professionally and gave me a good price and the time of his arrival time and he came and did a superb job of removing all the smell from the car . I am sure anybody who will call him will have the same serivice like I did for the first time , He is my mobile car wash from now on when I come to NY 🙌🙌

Chuck is a miracle worker. A family member spilled curry on most of my rear passenger seat. It happened during my daughter's birthday party so I was not able to leave and get it cleaned that evening. The next morning, I was very upset about it and was literally in tears. As you may know, curry stains are a beast to remove. I started calling around and found Chuck. He was very polite and sympathetic on the phone. He arrived within an hour or so and told me he will try his best. Well, he absolutely gets my praises. The seat looks like it did before the spill new. The curry stains are gone and my tears have stopped. I would recommend Chuck to all my friends and family.

I can't even begin how great Chuck is..he responds right away, always accommodating me even last minute appointments, always does very thorough work my cars are always sparkling clean and smell absolutely beautiful. Chuck was great. I wanted a wash ASAP and he scheduled me for the next day. He had an earlier cancellation and was able to push up my appointment time. He did amazing work. My Atlas looked brand new again. He even removed some scratches in the clear coat, below the lift gate without asking for an extra fee. I will definitely be using Chuck every time I don’t have the time to spend hand washing. I highly recommend!

OMG … I can’t describe how I’m happy with a service, I had a bad smell in my car ( purchased a vehicle few months ago and was going crazy , smell didn’t go away ), i took a full package, Chuck and his guy did a great job, they worked really hard on my car but now - I can’t believe it’s a same car , carpet looks like new , everything is shiny and most importantly- NO SMELL in the car and yeah , tomorrow we expect Chuck to do our second car.
