Each machine charges an authorization code of $10 when you use it that is held for 48 hours. There are no signs notifying customers of this, I spent nine dollars there on three separate machines, and had a total of $27 taken out of my account which I needed to pay a bill. When I told the attendant he laughed at me and told me to go somewhere else if I don’t like it. So I will do exactly that I will go somewhere else. And I advise you to do the same if you don’t wanna spend $40 on a five dollar car wash.

I like this car wash because you can do it yourself. If ur in a hurry they have the automatic car wash as well. I have to admit that this automatic car wash is outstanding. It really is. Cleans the car well. But if u have time do it your self. It's easy and fast. And save a few bucks.

As effective as any touchless car wash I've ever tried, always needing a little manual work under the trunk lip. I could use an extra 15 seconds of drying time though, even on my very average sized car...

They always keep they're equipment on point... might be really busy at times but it's worth the wait other self serve car washes have bad equipment u might as well go threw a drive through car wash and let all the bristles scratch your car

This is by far one of the best car washes in the suburbs of Chicago. Everything works on self serve, the brushes are always new and clean. High pressure hose is fully rubber leaving no chance for scratches. There’s always been an attendant there whenever I’ve gone. You can tell who ever operates this car wash cares about the way your vehicle looks. Only reason for four stars is the change machine gives out tokens and some quarters (but mostly tokens) only usable at this wash.

I was surprised at how well the automatic wash cleaned up my windows. I didn't even have to wipe the car down afterward (my old car wouldn't be worth that effort, anyway). Six bucks for a basic wash was a pretty OK, and you cannot beat the hours (24).

I do go to this car wash frequently, and I want to first give a shout out to the attendant Raul that they have here. He has helped me when I have had issues and also helps other customers when needed. He's always around, I always see him making sure everything is running smoothly especially when their is long lines of cars. I have gone to other car washes and most of the times there's no one around when you need assistance. In regards to the car wash I did the automatic machine wash, it was ok, I got the "Extreme wash" for $16, which in my opinion is a bit "Extreme " price to pay because for the results it snowed that night and my vehicle was not spot free totally opposite. The bigger problem was the vacuum, the hose was filthy thank goodness for disposable gloves that I wear when doing this. The hose did not "suck up" anything. I hope with these prices that they do better maintenance on the equipment and that they are not using cheap products for the car wash. Times are tough for everyone money wise, I hope the ownership of this business realizes that, and im just asking for quality for what I pay for.

I use the deluxe touchless wash. It won't replace a hand wash. I go at least once a week during the winter. It removes the salt but does not clean as good as a hand wash. The underbody wash does not work sometimes when selecting the deluxe wash.

Keep in mind the change machines give out random tokens. So if you put a $5 bill you might not get all quarters back.

Too bad I can't leave zero starts. Very rude staff. After going here for 15 years I'm accused of lying when I say that the vacuum isn't working. The so called manager needs to learn how to speak to people. And if the owner is Bill a Hispanic man I spoke to, then he also needs to learn customer service. Many car washes in the area, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I have been going here for many years. I did get upset yesterday thinking that they took out more money for the car wash, but they didn’t. I used my credit card for the car wash and I was only charged $4.83 so all is good. I would just have to say it might show that it takes out more before the payment is processed. I have no complaints with this business they’re great, never had any issues.

Touchless Carwash = No Swirls Or Scratches Does a good job at removing dirt & debris...bugs 🐛 or bird poop 🐦💩 not so well. Wait times can be over an hr when busy.

One of the things I liked about this car wash, besides it being touchless, is that it was open at 10:30pm. The payment process is simple and I was happy with how clean it left my vehicle. I'll be coming back!

It embarrassing 😳. I went to this place to wash my car and when I was going to vacuum, the vacuum suction was SO low.It wasn't going to be effective.It was terrible. I would never go back to that place to use their vacuum or their car wash. I rather wash my car in a place that has good vacuums.

Place is poorly ran. Automatic wash did not work for whatever reason. I go around to knock on the office door and there are instruction on how to receive a refund if there any issues m. Well there was no “refund slips” (either due to poor execution of management responsibilities or because there have been so many issues all the slips were used- both red flags) to complete and drop in the door slot. They did however have their number listed to call. I have now left multiple voicemails over a 4 day span with no callback. Id avoid any place where the owner/ management that do not take responsibility for errors. Bad management and probably even worse people.
