It leaves your vehicle with many water spots, even if you pay the highest car wash choice. Do not pay on the outside system, it charged me twice then I walked in to the store to inform the cashier , he couldn't give me an answer on why that had happen. He brought over another person who was completely rude, aggressive and borderline hostile. I will just dispute the charges with my bank.

The car wash was good, but it malfunctioned when it was my turn to go in. I had to get out of my car and go get an attendant to come reset the circuit breaker and re-start the wash. It worked after that. The wash was pretty good for an automated car wash.

WARNINGS: About the Car Wash Unlike most other Chevron Car Washes which include the drying feature after a wash, this one does not. As the attendant vehemently explained to me, you need to actually pay an additional fee for the drying part. The wait for this car wash was substantially longer due to the payment machine continually failing with a “PLEASE SEE CASHIER” message when using multiple payment methods. Just use cash…, along with some customers repeatedly entering the car wash due some reason - perhaps dissatisfaction with the service? Go here if you want to make a FULL DAY of having your car washed 👌

Paid for the $14 car wash, which included streak free rinse and special foam coatings. I drive a GMC Canyon compact truck. My car had many streaks and water spots. Had to rewash many spots and hand dry them myself, seems like drying isn't the best. The wash missed multiple spots like the lower front, lower back, windows near the side mirrors, and rear windshield. Overall the wash is alright, but I would recommend as a quick rinse with the cheapest option.

Tip: Wait until the next car leaves before putting in your money. I had a really bad experience with this car wash that was properly corrected by one of the managers working in the ExtraMile. When you go through the car wash, it's possible for the car in front of you to stay in the car bay and get your wash too. Basically if the sensors think they left, the machine will tell that person to back up, which will claim and start your car wash for them. They have signage to indicate you shouldn't back up once the dry cycle has started but not everyone understands the car wash system. The touchfree system is only possible because of precise positioning of the car. What it means is that it's really easy for someone to accidentally take multiple washes if the car isn't perfectly positioned and they back up after their wash. Now this happened to me twice at this specific location. The first time was 2 years ago so I had forgotten about this specific quirk. The second time this happened, I asked the store to correct it for me. The worker in the store gave me a new code for an Express wash when I had paid for an Ultimate (that was taken by the car in front of me). The biggest difference is the lack of drying for the Express option. I had to revisit the store and sit through the line again to get what I had paid for. Overall the car wash quality is mediocre with much better options nearby. The dryer kinda sucks and it leaves water spots on your car. However, this is one of the lowest cost options around. You get what you pay for and the time it takes is much longer than a classic wash. You end up saving 5 dollars but spending an extra 30 minutes because there's only one bay and each car takes a while.

One of the better Chevron car washes in the area. Has a good blow dryer that actually lasts long enough!

Beware the express car wash doesn't include drying. Everywhere else I have ever got a car wash drying has been included. And they wanted me to pay the full amount of the wash to get it dried. I wont be back.

I'm not sure what happened in that car wash. I saw water and soap but it doesn't appear to have touched my car. Except the Hub scrubber that went all the way down the side of my car. Photos are from AFTER the wash.

Good car wash service and not a pricey one. Great value for money. 4 packages when i visited. Normal wash was around 7$ with no dryer. Deluxe was 9$ with dryer and some tricolor foam etc Super-wash that was 13$ that includes many things. Highest was 15$ if I’m not wrong. Pretty good wash. Waiting time is high during weekends. At least 6 cars were before me when i visited. Can expect around 2-3 before us at any point of time after 5(with each car taking around 3-4 minutes)

Review is for the car wash only. Got the second to most expensive wash and it couldn’t get the big splatter off the windshield (aftermath from my drive down to LA). Should have gone with hand wash... welp!

Car wash is poor. Takes forever, I water half an hour waiting in line cause car wash machine is very very slow. More over, no humans on site so car behind me started car wash before I could even exit, making my car covered in shampoo again, effectively ruining my car wash immediately. Waste of time and money.

Expensive for what you get. I got the second highest tier wash for $16, touchless. And it didn’t even get cobwebs off my car that were on my passenger side mirror. It was basically just a quick rinse for my car, in and out in like 2 minutes.

Visited on a wed around 2pm and it was busy about 4 cars in front of me 😫.... prices are very comparable to other drive thru car washes. You get $1 off if you purchased gas.

Don't use their handwash service! First, when I called them, they said it would be $55, including carpet mat wash. However, when I arrived, the salesperson told me it would actually be $65, and the mat wash wasn't included. Secondly, the salesperson, who was overweight and had a bold appearance, was extremely racist! I waited for 20 minutes while others who came after me got their cars washed, but mine wasn't even processed. So I asked him why he hadn't started on my car yet, and he just made excuses, saying I hadn't parked it in the right spot, so he didn't know if I wanted it washed. He even told me to leave if "people like me" didn't like it. What kind of service is that?!

Had the $14 touchless car wash today, it barely does the cleaning! I should have listened to the comment saying it only spray for one minutes. Here is the process: You park the car in the middle of the pit. A moving gate goes accross your car, spray 1 round of soap and 2 round of water. You drive out and the exit gate has vent around it to dry your car. It barely does the cleaning! All top surfaces, like roof, hood, are OK. The side literaly still have a round of water spots formed by dust that's not washed away. Plus, the spot free rise is no where near spot free so your chrome parts will have water spots all over it. Below is the price and service for your reference.

This has to be a joke. We washed the car and left. Upon getting home we noticed that only the right side of the car was clean, and the left and back were not touched. What a horrible car wash. Photos added are AFTER the supposed wash. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. RUN away.
