Horrible service, waited over 15 minutes to have propane filled only to be told that they couldn’t because only 1 person working. If not available a sign stating so would be nice!

This station is NOT the one near burgerking across from sugar loaf,they don't sell cigarettes or propane.read the location people!!!! THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE MY HUSBAND WORKS HERE

Well hello central oregon have you gone to this Chevron, please don't go they have no manners and are very rude. Oh and don't even ask for them to clean your windshield because they expect a flipping tip!!!! Stay away from this Gas station. 😕

I prefer this particular Chevron over other Bend Chevrons because their price is the most affordable and one of the workers there says that they have better quality gas they get because his vehicle runs better from their gas and he seems to be trustworthy enough to believe it. This gas station employs ok staff and all, but they have a defect in their parking lot that causes cars to bottom out while pulling in or out of the lot. This is evident by the amount of gouges scraped right into the pavement at this location. I reached out to the station management, they have yet to return my call. I filed a notice with Chevron's corporate website, we'll see if pressure from their franchise whips them into shape. This is 100% the responsibility of the station, to maintain their parking lot in a manner that does not damage customers' vehicles while operating within reasonable boundaries for a parking lot. I was not driving fast, in fact I was crawling forward. My car is not lowered, it is the stock factory height. If Chevron can't trust the owners of this station to do business with a sense of integrity, Chevron should yank their sponsorship as a franchise from them.

I was a stranger and they took me in...with a flat tire! I was traveling alone, trying to get from Bend back to Mendocino, CA. New employee Brandon, and other attendant Chance, took off my flat, put on my spare, filled up my tank, let me in from the cold and lent me their phone to call my roadside assistance. They made sure the tow driver had me securely in hand, and they were kind and gentlemanly to this very befuddled woman. I was blessed, and I would recommend this station to anyone for service with a smile, and much, much more. Great employees!

Can't believe how badly the people who work inside the store treat me on many occasions. One worker threw the cup of ranch I asked for on the counter at me after scoffing at me when I asked for some of the hot food. The last straw was tonight. They don't have matching lids for the cups and my drink spilled all over my carpet ruining it

The gas attendant was very nice and quick to get my gas done and me on my way . Yes I had to wait a few minutes but people expecting immediate service need to relax . Staffing is an issue almost everywhere so give the people that do show up and work some respect, they deserve it!!

Absolutely terrible service. Most Chevrons ask for loyalty cards when they get the pump ready. The service attendant didn’t ask and when I told him I’d like to use my rewards card before he started pumping, he scoffed and tossed the pump nozzle back in the pump. Decided to go up the street to Shell. If I could 0 star this review, I would.

Didn’t know it was possible to have a favorite gas station but this Chevron is my very favorite!! To make this review even better, I drive a diesel pickup and they don’t even sell diesel!! I wish they did, I’d be driving all over the planet, just to fill up again here! We use this Chevron to dump our black tank on our RV after playing in the desert. While it’s a great service, that gives diesel owners the discount on the dump, without buying gas, because we can’t, it’s the employees that make me love this place. They’re helpful, good humored and willing to go the extra mile. One guy was willing to go out into the highway to stop traffic while I figured out how to maneuver my RV into the dumping area. Only $3 for diesels/ $5 for gas rigs.

Overcharged me $15 for gas. I purchased $20 in gas and one pack of cigarettes, using my debit card. It immediately posted to my acct. Three hours later, a charge popped up for $15 for gas. Went to ask what the second charge was for. No one claimed responsibility. It took disputing the transaction through my bank to get the charge removed, which took many weeks. Will not buy my gas there. Again, because someone used my card number for fraud. Someone should do a sting operation because this could be happening to many others and many people aren’t as observant as I am.

To the kid who shut off the pumps while I was pumping gas - why the attitude? You suck. You couldn’t wait 2 minutes to let me finish pumping? I got there before they closed and I was using my .40/cents off a gallon when he shut off all the pumps after like 4 gallons. Easily won’t be back.
