Went to this gas station today 10/24/22 and was surprised that they had only regular unleaded and nothing else, what else can go wrong at this gas station before the card reader wasn’t working now it’s no premium gasoline what’s next?

“Open 24/7” definitely not, it was 8pm and the store is already locked. Store workers wouldn’t even budge for a toilet emergency.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude people who work here. I've been going here for over 6 years and they continue to be horrible. There are only 3 people who work there who know what customer service means. The rest should be fired and never be allowed to work with people again. I am done being patient and trying to give them yet another chance. Do not go to this location or maybe don't go to any Chevron again.

So they have this car parked next to the vacuum. They say they cannot call a tow truck that cannot move it even though it's been there for months roughly estimated 3 months. I think that's just b******* because it's on private property which is chevron's gas station.

Great touchless car wash for such a reasonable price! Only getting 4 stars though because I waited in line 15 mins last weekend and card reader on machine did not work & they did not have a sign or anything up.

Very rude cashier and not truly open 24/7. Since it was late and I couldn’t go in I asked the cashier (middle age, hispanic) to grab what I needed, like any other “24hr” place. He said they “didn’t have” my snacks- without even looking or moving a finger. I could literally see it from outside…. smh.

The cashiers made a scene after walking out with a 30cent cup of ice NO drink. It was not one cashier but two! Chevron do better!!! I came in at about 4:50pm. This is riculous. The debit card fee costs more than the cost of the ice.

It says it's open 7/24 but it's closed at 12:10 am I travel more than 5 miles to get here and the service is closed. I don't know who's in charge here but I'll report this to the Chevron inbound center.

I would never recommend using this car wash, it's absolutely terrible. The customer service is even worse. I will not be returning here at all. Absolutely not worth it. I went to the car wash and the machine was broken. I returned to the cashier and they charged me again. I went back out to the parking lot, entered the code for the car wash, and then went into the car wash. The car wash did one spin with no water on my car, which scratched my vehicle. I will certainly be placing a claim with Chevron for this situation. The employees took no responsibility for what happened or apologized for their mistake.

This Guy needs to be removed immediately as he is treating people very disrespectful & unhuman like , some homeless lady walked up & asked for $0.50 cents because she was very thirsty. it was a hot day he came over very aggressive yelling at her that she needs to leave , I tried to tell him that he didn't have to yell at her that she's leaving allready & He can simply just tell her & doesn't have to yell , he then got aggressive with me, he immediately told me I don't tell him what to do, I responded with the same responds as he doesn't need to tell me what to do either , he then immediately said his calling the cops with no crime committed , if he's gonna be aggressive & falsely making police reports he shouldn't be working here which is just a liability to the company!.

I recently visited this Chevron station and had a very disappointing experience. I used Pump #3 and paid $41.91 for gas, but the pump did not print a receipt. I went to the cashier window (since the store was closing) and asked for my receipt, but the cashier told me to come back tomorrow, which is very inconvenient. The pump was also giving error messages, and when I checked my account later, I saw I was charged $61.91 because of a car wash that I did NOT authorize. This is unacceptable. Chevron should make sure their pumps work properly, receipts are available at the time of purchase, and customers are not charged for services they didn’t request.

This is your typical gas station with an adjoining ExtraMile convenience store. The store is quite spacious and well-stocked with a wide variety of snacks, and the restrooms are well-maintained. They offer a good number of fuel pumps, and the window cleaner fluid and squeegees are in excellent condition. While the gas prices are somewhat on the higher side, it's in line with nearby stations, making it a convenient stop for travelers. Additionally, they provide an excellent touchless car wash service at a very reasonable price.

One older lady in there with white/grey hair is absolutely rude! She kept staring at me as I was looking through things which made feel very uncomfortable and when I asked her if there is a reason she's continuously staring at me she responded "is to make sure you don't steal anything". This is just INSANE to suspect someone being a thief just because they're going through sandwich selections. And I don't think I have "criminal like" appearance either. She definitely needs to learn some social skills.
