Don’t go, come to this car wash. Worse service ever. The sign when you pull up for car wash it clearly states Hand Car Wash. one of the guys grabs a freaking brush and starts to do his thing. Continuesly hitting the car cause the guy can’t reach the roof. When his done he sets the brush on the ground not in a bucket of water. So when I pull out for drying process the rags are dirty I tell them to vacuum it which they didn’t do correctly. When they said they were done the car was greasy stains. Bad bad bad service Don’t go ever.

They wash my car just spay water NO SOAP ( why Indian people so cheapppp).This is a wrong place to wash your car. $30.00 not cheap at all then I have to go home and wash my car again.

I bought premium gas in late October of 2022, and my car started stalling shortly after. Still have not resolved the issue, seems like fuel injectors were damaged by bad gas. Do not buy gas at Capitol Expressway Chevron, operated by Propel Fuel.

Absolutely worst customer service from the gas attendant working June 12,2018 at 6pm. Dude really tried ripping me off and when I called him out on it he shrugged like I was some kind of idiot. I even let him try to fix his mistake but I guess he would rather just refund my money and end up not helping me. If you can not properly communicate with customers you should not be working this job. I feel bad for other people who get ripped off and are oblivious to it. I will use social media to let everyone know to no longer support this location due to lack of customer service and most importantly integrity and morals.

Raised significant concerns regarding the attitude of staff and the policy of charging for air tire pumps. Worst customer service ever, the cashier was super rude. This location need to retrain their staff again please!

This is the worst gas station ever I always pump gas here because I work down the street and then I came to pump my tire that was flat and they asked me to pay for it. I said I’m a customer. I always come here. They said you pump gas now you get the air you buy the gas now you need to pay for it what messed up service and owners?

I used to go here all the time but my mom was having trouble reading the dials on the gas tanks because they were all scratched up. She asked for help and all she got was a guy that berated her to the point that other customers were defending her. Never again.

Horrible car wash service!!! Took my Mercedes Benz Sprinter for wash all they did was wash the sides ( hardly saw any soap bubbles). And yes they did not wash the top of my van. I went inside to pay and they charge me $45.00 for a lousy service. Never going back there again. They really don’t deserve any star.

Went to ask about a propane refill at the counter, and the clerk said he would be right out. Got outside and someone else was already filling a half full tank. I had not asked for anything yet. They topped off a partial tank and demanded I pay for 5 gallons of propane. The encounter was very uncomfortable. I'll go somewhere else and happily pay for what I get, not what I don't get. U-haul charges customers for what the get.

I purchased gas and lottery tickets today 10/12/24 at 3:15pm and then I went inside the store to ask the cashier/ attendant if he could turn on the air pump machine for me. He said “it’s not working”. But when I inserted 6 quarter coins in the machine, it works! The cashier was rude and a liar! It’s the law that all gas stations must provide FREE air and water services to customers who purchased gas.

Friday afternoon at 3pm I went to this gas station to try and put air in one of my tires, I was forced to pay $1.50 just to get the air machine turned on and then the air machine ended up being broken so I went back inside to try and get my quarters back but the cashier told me that I needed to ask the owner Mike who was sitting in a chair outside. When I went to talk to Mike he was so snobby and rude and told me it "wasn't his problem" and that I wasn't getting my money back so I proceeded to politely tell him that I will be filing a complaint with the business bureau because it was illegal for him to charge me for the air in the first place and he tells me "shut up and go file your complaint then" while gesturing for me to go away.... What a horrible owner, how is this gas station still open with this bad of an owner?

Absolutely poor quality service from staff and Owner Mike. I regularly put gas here and occasional car cash. On Monday 9/11/23 I put gas and as I finished pumping gas I decided to get a car wash. I empty out the back of my car for the workers so they can "vacuum" the back seats. I personally seen allllll 4 of my car mats in my car "original mats". After I get home I noticed my back seat mat is missing after I'm placing things back in my car. Not sure why they'd even removed it since they DO NOT remove mats to clean the carpets anyways. They only clean above it but whatever for $22. So when I went back into the store right away and asked if I can please see the short clip of my car being cleaned because I can assure them that all 4 mats were there and they were acting very non caring. The clerk gave me the managers number and I called him being very respectful letting him know that I've been a loyal customer for years as I live just up the Street and that if he can please take the time to give me a call when he went In the store show me the short clip. Mike said " yes I'll give you a call and immediately wanted to hang up. It's been about a week and I have not gotten any Update from the owner even after kindly asking for an update or if he seen in the camara that we're pointing only directly to my car being cleaned. No other cars were present at the time my car was being cleaned so I didn't see the issue of him showing me since my property went missing. Definitely unprofessional for the manager Mike to not reach back out to me or keep his word with any update at all. I am now only have 3 mats thanks to this irresponsible car wash shop. Never did I think I'd have to look out for a missing car mat! Absolutely unprofessional!!! Taking my business else where and if you don't want things missing from your car. You should too! Skip back to about a few years ago I was getting my car cleaned at the same car wash and I had some closed beer bottles in the back under passenger seat and the Indian guy tried to hide and take it when they were finished cleaning and when I noticed I was kind of embarrassed that I hadn't cleaned it out and said oh you can keep it as like a tip or whatever he just smiled and said thank you. Point being they definitely are sneaky and now thinking back I should not have went back so I can see why Mike may want to cover his employees. It may be a family business. I'd still like a call from the Owner MIKE with update.

their hand car washes are too expensive and they don’t even do a good job. my car was still left dirty and they completely missed spots on my car, at one point they even hit my car with the hose. avoid their car washes and choose literally anywhere else.

Most rude people I’ve ever met. Wanted to pay for hand wax the 2 signs outside say 65$ the indoor sign says 80$. I ask which one it is and he says “if u don’t wanna pay for wax don’t get wax” I said I do want to I’m wondering how much. Rung me up for basic car wash. Left their dirty towel in my car.

Went in this morning around 6:14 AM. Got $113 dollars' worth of gas. I decided to go in and cash a scratcher that I won $15 on while the gas was pumping. Told the attendant I wanted to cash in the ticket, he said are you getting lotto, I said yes. He processed it and I told him I wanted a $5 scratcher. He said that I was supposed to get the whole $15 in lotto, I said that's not what you said. He got upset and gave me this ramble about how he doesn't have cash that early and that lotto was not important to him. He gave me my $10 cash (even though he said he had no cash) and was upset that I came in to cash a ticket too early. I told him that maybe he shouldn't sell lotto if it bothers him so much, he said he didn't care about lotto. His name is mac, poor customer service mac. I don't recommend this location if customer service is something that's important to you.
