Stopped by this place a couple of weeks ago for the 1st time in a couple of years and I was disappointed at how the quality his diminished. The price is still the same for the self wash bays but when you use the wash soap it takes about 45 seconds to start spraying soap and it's very little soap at that. Used to be much faster and more soap. Also the brush puts out much less soap as well. Tried to used the wheel cleaner function and no soap came out. Maybe they were just low on chemical that day but I pretty much waisted 7 dollars trying to get it done. I'll try again next time I go to St Mary's and have to drive on a dirt road.

The carwash has a stop light that doesn't light up when you need to stop. The green light stays on until you've driven too far, and the carwash stops working. Come here if you want to waste your money.

Only have used the manual bays, usually everything works fine. Once the wax seemed to be out, and the foam seems to be 50/50 if it will actually foam. As for the bad reviews about the auto wash damaging aftermarket items (roof rack, bug deflector), every wash I’ve been to recommends not doing that and they can’t be held responsible for these sorts of things. Many even say remove antennas and fold your mirrors. Anyone considering those reviews should keep this in mind.

It will just scratch up your car so if it's fairly new, stay away. The rinse didn't get any of the soap off I ended up wasting 15 bucks and washing it again when I got home. Will never go back. Do not recommend.

Great self serve carwash. Wash bays always clean. Automated car wash not so great. Consistently misses an 8 inch vertical area in the middle front grill\hood area and on the tailgate\bumper on the rear of my truck using either bay.

Pretty good drive-thru car wash. Highly recommend. Really enjoy the spotless rinse. I also bought into the app to let you pay a certain amount of money every month to get unlimited washes. I gave it three stars because I entered the tunnel. It stopped working midway. I drove around nobody was working at 3:30 p.m. saturday. I called the customer support line got a very helpful man that was able to get the other side working in that charge me again. This is the third time. If it wasn't for the support line I probably would patronize the establishment. Not to say I won't recommend because it works well when it works

Great car wash! Never super busy so it a quick in and out but they do have self wash bays that are kept clean and ready to use. I purchased the unlimited package and wash my car just about every week there. Nothing beats have a clean ride!!

I went to this car wash and used the card machine to get car wash tokens, I received 3 car wash tokens ( which should have came out to $6 ) instead my card got charged $20 for 3 tokens and it has happened multiple times. Do not recommend using a card at this car wash unless you plan on getting scammed. This has happened not only to get tokens but also using a card on the car wash and/or vacuum.

It does a good job for the money on the manual wash. But it doesn't quite do as quality of a job on the front of my vehicle in the automatic. I believe it may be the length, width and shape that could possibly be the cause. Since, the rest of my vehicle comes out sparkling. So my issue is most likely not the standard result. I believe a normal style vehicle will have little to no issue. As such I highly recommend the manual wash. The automatic as well as long as your vehicle doesn't have sharp angles or duvets in it's styling.

charged my card $20 when i hit the $6 option on the coin exchange. they up charge like hell and don’t have the right amounts written. This place is a scam. there’s multiple car wash options that don’t work. the pressure sprayer is way to weak.

This place honestly just sucks, i went twice tried using the ever wash app paid the membership it didn’t work so i had to pay twice, The wash wasn’t even that good. 2nd time i came i contacted the ever wash company they instructed me how to use the app, i did what was instructed they approved but it wouldn’t wash my car or even tell me to enter the car wash. I tried looking for help no one was there i ever called and no one picked up. Waste of money and time

Went through the car wash today it stopped midways my Car had soap all over it. It would not rinse it. I had to pay six dollars from the machine to get the tokens just to rinse my car. No one was there when I banged on the door. The water inside smells Of sewage

I was also one of the victims of paying for an express wash without getting it. You can tell on the self service wash areas they have slowly done upgrades but they can be on the slower side to work.

Water stinks, selected ultimate wash and got not pre wash on the sides, no wax at the end and there was still dirt on the car

I’ve been there three times and something always seems to be malfunctioning. On my last/final trip, I paid for a car wash and it wouldn’t activate. I even drove through twice just to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. My car was not washed at all. I’ve left two voicemails trying to get a refund with no response.

I went thru the automated wash for the first time today... It did an ok job, but did not get all of the dirt off of the paint, and left a lot of the dirt on the rims. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500, and was sure to remove my antenna and fold in my mirrors, but the machine still did damage... it bent both of my wiper blades and broke one of them completely off (I reach out during the wash and grabbed it so that the machine wouldn't do more damage with it), and it bent one of the wiper arms. I reported the incident to the onsite staff (two kids), but unfortunately they were unable to offer any kind of help or reassurance other than the phone number for the main office, the made no report of the incident, didn't even take down my name, but they were sure to tell me that there is "signs all over the place saying enter at your own risk" (I saw no signs). I will be calling the office Monday morning about this. It cost me $40 for new wiper blades after an ok $12 wash... this is unacceptable. If Birch doesn't do something about this then I'll never come here again and never buy anything from them again, and I am definitely going to tell everyone that I know about this. This is unacceptable.

Literally every time I come here there’s something malfunctioning. With no employees to pay I can’t imagine your overhead is that much to where you cannot keep your hoses from leaking and soap brushes from dripping down my hand and clothes. I will buy your business if running a car wash is so difficult for you. Maybe just start investing in a few vending machines around the area. That might be more of your speed. Why wouldn’t you strive to have the best car wash?

Posted sign says $2 for the vacuum yet this shady place charged me $10 for 4 minutes of a weak vacuum. Not sure if it's worth the hassle of disputing the charge and getting a new credit card but I probably should because this place seems like the type to "accidentally" charge me even more money. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE
