The older man at the kiosk is very disagreeable and is not happy when you ask him any question about services - whoever runs this business doesn't realize that this directly leads to lower sales. All the staff is constantly on their phones, they don't care about anything. They prefer to chat between one another rather than tending to a customer waiting in line. After my last wash my car still had soap residue on the body and my back window was not cleaned properly. I am not going back.

I've hardly ever reviewed a place but felt the need to in this case. I hope it accomplishes something. In VA I paid $35 for the same service so signing up for over twice that amount was a shock but I just moved next door and decided to pay up and see how I liked it. I cancelled within a week. I drive by the place all the time and the line for interior cleaning is jammed up constantly. I decided to wait it out one day when there were only three cars ahead of me. Incredibly I was there an hour and 40 minutes. Granted, there were likely four additional cars already inside but there were just three ahead of me outside. I'm not sure how so many people can set aside an hour or two for a car wash. They only do interiors on the weekends and do not offer a vacuum you can use yourself the remaining days. When the weekend comes everyone is there so it's just not a workable situation. Now I see I'm going to be charged over $70 for not keeping my plan for three months. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I gave them two stars because the wash is better than other places. They have good equipment and did a good job on the interior the one time I tried it although they didn't get the bird poop off even though I pointed it out when I handed my car over. I had to go back. Good wash but good luck waiting between one and two hours just to get your interior washed which they can only do Friday-Sunday.

Don’t waste your money. The exterior wash was good but not worth the money, you can get the same wash at a cheaper place. Definitely do not pay for an interior clean, worst vacuum job ever. I gave them a shot, but won’t be returning.

This place is great for exterior only. I would never recommend or have them do interior again. Our 4Runner did not have any of the interior wiped down and barely vacuumed. They do clean the rubber mats and windows but takes way longer than should and cost way more than other places. I regret that we went payed 40 and tipped 20 dollars for such little effort.

My wife took her camaro through this car wash and I was there to witness this on Friday 03/14 . In the middle of the wash the car jerked and we heard a noise. Causing 2 big gashes in each drivers side wheels. We reported it to the management and they completely did everything they could to back out of liability for it . Knowing full well it was there equipment. I would not recommend anyone ever using this carwash. The manager completely tried to prey on my wife's lack of mechanical knowledge.

Since it wont let me write another review I have to edit: Decided to give them another chance. Same result. This time I paid $32 for their "best" wash lol. Seems to do the same as the cheap wash. This is a crazy price for a car wash and I still needed to clean my car more at home. Will never go back. Updating to 1*. Added a second photo from this trip. Went here for a car wash. Paid for the premium since there was a lot of salt on my car and wanted to get it cleaned. Price was reasonable at $13. Wash was not worth the money. I got home and got out of the car and it's is definitely not cleaned that way it should be. There are white streaks down the side. Seems that all the water, soap, and brushing that hit my car was not enough to get it clean. Overall less than satisfied with the clean and that is why it warrants a 2*.

I drove to this car wash specifically on Saturday morning. It’s 10:14 and it is closed. All information I see says that it opens at 9:00 on Saturdays. It’s sunny and 57 degrees outside.

Definitely not for lower car's. I understand the the whole damage to car sign but it would have been nice to have a second sign not for lower car's or at least the the guy at the kiosk could have also warned us before wasting $32. Definitely don't recommend.

A 25 dollar car wash I paid to have Tire Shine put on my wheels they managed to put tire shine on 1 of the 4 wheels after trying to call and see what could be done No answer so I will take my business somewhere else in the future don’t waste your time or money on a place that dosnt take pride in doing good work or there job at all 2013 Lexus Dark Grey between 230-245pm 1/30/2023 I can tell you what happened them young boys drying the cars and putting tire shine on didn’t feel like doing there job

If you want your car cleaned inside and out you can only have this done on the weekends now at this location. Thats according to manager at the gate, he said they can't keep help and have very limited resources. Additionally if you request the works for the exterior, don't be surprised if you go home with bugs and other residue issues on your car. Since I wanted my car vacuum on inside I asked if I could do it my self, I was told they didn't have vacuums for that and was told I could go to 340 car wash on flowing springs. Spent $32.00 dollars to have exterior clean and ended up going home and finished cleaning exterior, then vacuum the inside myself. Beware!!!

Worst and Lousy car wash I ever visited 10/08/2022. The elderly man at the kiosk needs be educated on how to provide a good customer service, as he sounded arrogant and rude. They did a horrible job on my car. Such a waste of money for $35.00. When I pay for a interior Package I expect my interiors to be clean and tidy. I am never going back to them. My car still looks dirty and have to clean up after coming home. I don't recommend them. Please go somewhere else.

We used to come here every Sunday. Service went down, prices went up, we haven't been back in over 2 years. I should have heard the wisdom in my wife's tone when she said "oh, you're going to this one"...but I didn't and we went. We paid $32 for a car wash, assuming that, when I requested the #1 I was getting the inside/outside. No, I was told that I didn't choose the 'right' #1...the #1 I should have asked for was the $60, #1. So they wanted nearly $30 more to vacuum the inside and wipe it down. The exterior wash was literally no better than the $15 automated wash just down the road...and at least it's touchless. We won't be back. Its always sad to see a business fail but with service and prices like this, its no wonder.

Sent my Chevrolet Suburban there for a wash and detail and couldn't be more disappointed! My truck is NOT clean at all. It literally looks the same as it did before it was taken there. I've tried calling to get a manager on the phone and can't even get an answer. Someone answered once and just hung up on me. I am beyond mad and will not bring my vehicles there and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I added a few pics so everyone can see how dirty it is.

As a small business owner myself I love supporting small businesses and am more understanding with bumps you get sometimes. I gotta tell you this place works hard to go out of business. I have tried three times to get my car washed, haven't been successfull yet. First two times it was because I had a trailer hitch on my truck, the guy at booth claimed it damages their equipment. That's not accurate, I have used a ton of care washes and not one has had an issue with a trailer hitch nor has anything been damaged. Well now I have a new truck with no trailer hitch. I come over to get a car wash plan, see the flashing "OPEN" sign yet not a person to be found and there are cones preventing people from driving in. The car wash bay is open, cleaning cart out but no one around. Hopefully they figure it out soon or get new owners.

Paid 70 dollars for full service. I was not told of the 10 dollar upcharge for oversized vehicle. I waited for 25 minutes for vacuum and wax. My car did not move. I ended up having to leave. They were understaffed for a Sunday. I am never going back. I suggest you never go here.

This is my first ever google review. If you value your car, don’t go here. The guy at the door whose only job is to line your car up couldn’t even do that. Just getting lined up to enter the car wash itself left damage on the bottom of my car, his response “oh it’s okay, it’s probably just the oil pan or the fenders.” Imagine, somebody telling you damage to your $65,000 car is “okay.” I’ve been through this car wash twice and it’s consistent, scratches were left in the same exact spot both times. Terrible business practice. There’s no way they don’t know this is a habitual issue but instead of trying to fix the issue they just leave a sign saying “We’re not responsible for the damage to your car.”

I have to say, the people working here should have tipped me off. The car wash itself made some odd noises and I was terrified I was going to get out to scratches on my brand new car. I paid for the highest level wash which included a tire shine and towel dry. The man that “dried” my car used a wet towel, so there were streaks everywhere. I think the tire shine was just a really old brush with some oil that he very quickly half-ass did a brief touch of the tire. Then he went to help his friend dry off and shine his red jeep. My car was still wet, like dripping into my driveway. I will never be using this place again.
