You really don't find many businesses these days that have great quality + excellent customer service nowadays. My husband and I worked with Mac for our Model 3's ceramic coating and sought him out to work on our Model Y for PPF and Tint, and that decision has definitely not disappointed us in anyway. Our Model Y looks great in this matte PPF and everyone at the shop has been such a pleasure to work with. Not only is this business filled with really good people, the quality in their work really speaks for themselves. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their car tinted, PPF, wrapped etc. Great people to work with!

There’s customer service. And then there is service that makes you feel like family. Thy explain every aspect of the services they offer and allows you to pick and choose what suits you best. They’ll have recommendations and will provide the best service. I PPF my entire car. I wished I knew of them sooner so I could’ve done more with them. If you are looking one of the best and most friendliest places to take your car for a complete makeover, this is it. The whole team is experienced and will make you feel like family. My car was filthy when I brought it in. The guys inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimated time for completion. They even showed me the type of products they use and each step of the cleaning process. When my car was finished, it was a completely different appearance. Pretty much looked like it just rolled out of the show floor room! No window streaks, no blemishes, no water spots, etc. Car was air dried as well! Definitely give this place a try. They are local, friendly and have great work ethic. You will not be disappointed!

I had a minor incident with a concrete medial barrier near Aspen CO during a snow squall in my 2007 350z Grand Touring. I’ve always taken good care of the car, and it has performed nicely over 150,000 miles. When I had the fender damage repaired, I also decided to get some dings removed, and the drivers door and bumper repainted, I’ve had PPF on the hood since new and it didn’t look good after the fender and bumper repaint, so I had the hood repainted. The people who did my repair and paint (Advance Auto Body, Martinez - tremendous work) recommended Ceramic Pros for new PPF. Turns out to be one of the best recommendations I’ve ever had, for anything. Chris, Alex, Mac and the whole crew are some of the most affable and professional guys you will ever meet. Over the course of several visits, Chis examined my car, explained the various options in detail, showed me how it was done and then made recommendations as to what would be best for my car. I ended up with PPF on the front end and lower half of the doors. Ceramic applied to the remainder of body, windows, and wheels. What they did with a well used, 15 year old car is amazing. They color corrected the old paint to the point where it looks as good as the new. They touched up some rock chips on the passenger door, and the whole car now looks damn near new. But wait! There’s more! They cleaned and detailed the interior, the engine compartment and even the under side of the hood. Totally unexpected but a fine, professional touch. If my car was another 10 years old, I’d put it in car shows - it looks that good. PLUS, they offer a significant veteran discount, so vets get a great job at a great price. I don’t often write Yelp reviews but as you can surmise, I am a totally satisfied customer and recommend them without reservation. For people with an older car that is really valued and needs some shiny love, see Ceramic Pros. If you have a new car, go there now, don’t even think about it. You can’t do better.

My black car, which previously had noticeable scratches, is now smooth, shiny, and flawless. What really stands out is the amazing team and their attention to detail. Chris and his crew in Martinez are great. Fantastic customer service. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM for window tinting my 2023 Nissan Maxima and I got 35% on the 2 front side windows and then 5% on the back 2 sides and rear windshield. OUTSTANDING customer service and integrity! After several recent experiences with companies trying to take advantage of my elderly parents, Ceramic Pro was a breath of fresh air! My parents brought their car in to get an engine wash, and the first surprise was being told the cost would actually be lower than the amount my mom told them she was quoted over the phone! How often does THAT happen? My parents were getting the wash because their regular mechanic was looking for the source of a leak. While performing the wash, the technician noticed a hose joint that had corroded and was likely the source of the leak. The manager offered to send someone to track down a replacement part and install it. While my parents waited, the staff was very kind and attentive toward them. Then to my parents' amazement, they weren't even charged for all the extra labor performed! Ceramic Pro went above and beyond to help my parents, and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Recently took my RV into Ceramic Pro, if you're looking for full windshield protection and PPF work, Chris and his crew are definitely worth considering. Their new Concord location is a great, well-equipped facility that can accommodate even large Class C RVs indoors. I was impressed by the team's knowledge and professionalism and they did great work, providing excellent value for the money. Julius deserves a special shout out for his great installation work. The shuttle service was a convenient perk. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro based on my experience. I'll post before and after pictures of my RV.
