Crazy hours!! Tried to get a car wash at 5:15 on a Saturday and everyone was walking out to leave.. I guess I'll take my 💰💰 somewhere else 🤷

this place! ay. i'm not someone who gets off on writing bad reviews, honestly, but i needed to share my experience to hopefully save you some hassle. i've had 3 washes here - first was fine (not amazing, but clean enough), the second was yesterday and i had to go back today bc the inside of my car was filthy. they offered me a free re-wash but told me that to have my door jams wiped (not just dusted, which was barely done) it would be the $80 option and suggested that i needed a full detail where prices were running $200-400. they also didn't even shake out the backseat cover for the dog and left a full small trash can in the car without emptying it (despite all of the garbage being contained). idk what the deal is but the quality of their work is horrendous and their prices are outrageous (i have a kid who comes TO my house for $95 and does an amazing full detail that takes hours!). do yourself a favor, save the time and money, go to a self service wash and grab some microfibers and dawn to do the inside yourself. i wasted $60 and about an hour and a half at this place this week. don't bother.

Great news with this crew, they are the best. The guys really do an above and beyond job. Never got anything missing (went to another car wash in PH and something disappeared from my car). I been going there for a while and they just get better. All hard workers. Give them a chance you won't be sorry. !!!!!

cannot stress enough what a shotty business is. One of their workers quite accidentally damaged part of the electrical seats in my car. They said they would fix it. It took months, and when they did, they actually made it worse and then wouldn’t pay to have it done at Volkswagen or it should’ve been done in the first place, what should’ve been a simple $120 repair is now a damaged $7000 driver seat.

If you don’t care about your fender wells, car mats & door jams, yes get your car done from them. I guess nowadays these places don’t really pay attention even if you’ve paid $45.+ I’ll go to WC or Lafayette car wash to get those basics done and then some. Difficult to find a good car wash and detailing place that gives that kind of service. We won’t return and will refer folks elsewhere.

Used to come to Autopia’s a lot growing up (Peralta/Dusterberry). Can’t believe the pricing for a machine wash. My car was still dirty on the outside afterwards, with streaks and all, and I vacuumed my own trunk (when I paid for the package with trunk vacuum) Pro’s: Staff was friendly and the inside of my car was clean.

I use this car wash regularly but I wish they had a better system to get the cars through the checkout line because I’m sitting here behind several cars and the line goes all the way to the street and there are no cars in the tunnel. I’m quite happy with the quality of work performed here by the people who dry and clean the interior of the car but they need more support in the office so we can get the cars moving it shouldn’t take an hour to get the car washed. I wish the owners would prioritize making the whole operation flow a little better which might take a little more overhead cost but would probably benefit the business financially in the long term. It is rare to have a short wait here.

This place used to be excellent. They always did an incredible job and were very attentive to detail. The last 2 times I’ve come I notice the jobs are mediocre. Today I went and when I got my car I had to show them dirty spots left on the outside of the car, pointed out where they didn’t vacuum well and noticed the dash was still dusty. The windows had smudges and water on the exterior of the car that should’ve been dried off blew onto my windshield when I was on hwy 4 driving home. I drive to Martinez because the car wash has always been extraordinary but it’s not worth the drive for mediocre. I’ll try a few more times to see if they get their act together but something has changed here. The quality of the work has really gone downhill. I’m think I’m going to be looking for a new place.

First time visiting this car wash, the lady upfront rushed me , She automatically chose the package for me didn’t even give me a chance to choose, the outside of my car was very clean, but on the inside, not so much in the package it stated that it include leather seat, wipe down, and they did not clean My seats as stated in the description, I was highly disappointed, and they had an attitude when I asked for a rag to wipe it down myself, I was not able to submit an online. Customer service form will never return.

It was fast and the outside of car and windows were ok but the inside job really fell short....I didn't take the time to look over everything because I had somewhere else to be but I definitely expected more for 40 bucks plus a tip

I brought in a brand-new 1 month old car for a basic clean and was talked into an interior detail after being told my car “really needed it.” That was a mistake. They applied a slick, shiny dressing to the interior surfaces that left everything feeling greasy and artificial. Modern interiors—especially in new cars—are designed to be matte and tactile, not glossy and slippery. The car honestly felt cleaner before the service. This wasn’t about dirt removal; it was about applying product for visual impact, without regard for material or owner preference. I wasn’t asked if I wanted dressings or shine, and I would have declined had I known. The outside looks good tho. If you care about how your interior actually feels and functions—particularly on a newer vehicle—be very explicit about what you want, or consider another shop.
