I wouldn’t use this company unless you are wanting the bare minimum. I got the COMPLETE INTERIOR. Thinking it would be all of the inside but it was not. On top of the multiple spots they missed, they didn’t get any of the inside glass. My backseat didn’t look vacuumed and there was no air freshener smell. Over priced for sure. I don’t know how they took an hour an a half to miss so much.

Once I had my car detailed and someone asked if I got a new car - my car was 5 years old! Also, you can't beat the convenience, especially if you work in the building.

Ivory values his customers. He isn't satisfied unless his customers are 100% happy with their car. My Mercedes came in looking dull and after he was through it was glowing. The only negative, if there is one, is it is somewhat difficult to find. He operates out of the parking garage on the bottom floor located at 2727 N. Harwood. When I was having difficulty finding his business he met me at the garage entrance. He has a customer as long as I live in Dallas! Thanks again Ivory for valuing your customers.

Absolutely excellent service and great attention to detail. This was my first time at this car wash, and they did a phenomenal job. The basic package is $45 before tip, and it is 100% worth it compared to a regular car wash. The owner was very friendly and cleaned my entire car in just 35 minutes. They didn’t miss any of the minor crevices or parts of the car that other big car washes often overlook or don’t clean thoroughly.
