TL;DR— Don’t order delivery. I ordered delivery through the Casey’s app and didn’t receive the correct order. My delivery driver said he would go back to the store to get my order and disappeared. When I called the store for a refund they said I could stop by to receive my refund in cash since putting it back on my card was too difficult. I stopped by the store the next day to get my money back and instead was told I had to call Door Dash even though I placed my order through the Casey’s app. Confusing, but okay I’ll call. After I called Door Dash they told me since I ordered through the Casey’s app that I had to call Casey’s customer support to get a refund. My head hurts, I still don’t have my money back, and I feel robbed. Don’t order delivery from Casey’s.

My grandfather ordered on the app & hit the “I’m here” button after waiting 15 minutes he goes inside . The lady working got rude with him & said they did not get a notification that he was there . Upon returning home we opened the box & this is what we got . Absolutely ridiculous.

The pumps are terrible here. Pumps never have paper for receipt ( car wash code). You have to go in and wait in line to get it. Very inconvenient! Plus some of the card readers don't work. They obviously are not doing anything about it as it's been going on for months now.

If you buy a car wash at pump, you will have to go inside and wait in line for your receipt. None of the pumps print receipts. The men's room was a disaster, toilet paper and napkins all over the floor. You might want to try somewhere else.

Carwash was AMAZING! The two men did a really nice job and it was just as good as Mr. Carwash. It was really easy to use the code from the gas pump!

What a terrible and disappointing experience i had today here. I have had a car wash membership for over a year now that i use as my primary method for washing our dealerships cars, and today the app didnt work. It didn't let me log in and I went inside for help and was treated incredibly poorly by the manager daniel. She didnt care my app didnt work, she made sarcastic comments that she wasnt IT and could do nothing about it. She said to just call corporate but she wasn't going to help while being extremely rude. She could have easily helped me and my car wash situation but said I just have to buy another car wash and wasnt going to help. I have already contacted caseys customer service, if you guys care to help you can contact me there.

I have to update this, I've not been this upset in a very long time. I'm currently pretty sick. I ordered food and drinks last night to be delivered through your app. I left instructions for the delivery person to leave my things on the porch and just ring the bell and go. I fall asleep and wake up hours later. Nobody rang the bell, and they left my food sitting outside on the step IN THE RAIN. Did NOT bring my soda. To make things WORSE, NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT CASEY'S. I tried to call last night, and I was actually trying to call the evening before as well. 6 calls, on hold for more than an hour in total. Last night I was so sick, and felt so badly, all I could do is sit there and cry! I was very feverish. I'm so lucky that I have a son who loves me, he drove all the way from Waukee to get my soda and have my food re-made, was late for his date on Vday. But I want a refund. I don't purposely pay for this kind of hassle. I want my order refunded. $20.54. Obviously this isn't the right venue for asking for a refund, but since you refuse to answer the phone I have very little choice. And no worries, I'll not shop there again. Neither will I utilize DoorDash. The dasher, Abner, feigned stupidity on the entire issue. I don't know why I continue to stop here. They never have any coffee creamer, they never have any mountain dew, they never have any cookies they never have any donuts they never have any pizza. The store is always filthy and there's always at least three cars in the parking lot with people just sitting and then blurring their music and no less than two bums begging for change.

Usually love Casey's pizza. NOT at this location. Last time I had it delivered and it had been on its side. This time asked for pie cut and it's square. Those four burnt corners are worthless with a thin crust. And I really enjoyed paying for the dipping sauce and not getting it. I'll still get Casey's pizza, but NEVER again at this location. Not trying for a third time a charm.

After working all day hard manual labor in the 100 degree heat, 45% humidity and no chance for a break or getting the opportunity to eat yet today. Now on top of that I get to go without supper as well on top of showing up and having to wait 45 minutes for two people in a kitchen with only 2 orders both requiring less then 3 items and you still managed to give me a 15 minute order 45 minutes later made like absolute slop. The site said lettuce wasn't even a option so the sub was to have to lettuce or tomato and instead came out with a pound of both, two broken burnt strips of bacon and and destroyed joke of bread. I know things happen but come on this is just insane how you manage to take that much extra time and still completely destroy the order.

I LOVE this Casey's. I don't know what happened in the last few months, but this store has improved 10 fold! It used to be sad, never stocked well, dirty, and there were never plain cake donuts. That has all changed! The staff is super friendly! I like listening to them talk and joke around with eachother (always the sign of a happy place) the food is always on point! I came in for the aforementioned plain cake donut and left with breakfast pizza because it looked so good! (I also got my donut!) And now the drinks are always stocked. Also, it is clean in there! This is a complete 180, Casey's! Thank you for the plain cake donuts, stocked energy drinks, and happy people working! This store is awesome. ♥

Menu buttons on gas pump barely functional. I had to get an employee help me just buy gasoline. I intended getting a wash code, but couldn't. Then I tried just buying a car wash and the card readers and menu was even less functional.

I think the food is great , but how much the workers get paid should be more …especially in the area they work at . I ordered a sausage pizza and after an hour I was finally able to pick it up. I understand the frustration of being short staffed but I still think this place is kinda shady to go to ,to pick up orders . Will probably only go here once in my life . I also don’t think DoorDash should be working out of this specific Casey’s if there’s a worker shortage . I’ve ordered through DoorDash and have had similar wait times as I had today

Idk who has been doing the day pizzas lately but they need to be put elsewhere. If it's the oven, it needs to be looked at. The crust is always hard as a rock or dang near raw. It's became a frequent occurrence to try to find the most edible pieces, there's absolutely no consistency.

Edit: I spoke w/ the store manager, Deanna, who was very apologetic & helpful. She assured me that a refund would be processed and would be having a conversation w/ the 2 employees involved. I have NEVER had an issue with this Casey's location, but today, I would give zero stars if I could. This morning I ordered 2 breakfast pizzas and a dozen of thier Reese's peanut butter cookies. The cookies were specific for an event that we had to be at, at noon. I ordered through my account on the CASEY'S app for delivery as we were getting ready to be leaving. Nothing in my order showed out of stock when I ordered. The food was delivered on time by Doordash (thank you for that Doordash), however, instead of 12 Reese's peanut butter cookies, I received 2 Reese's peanut butter cookies, and a variety of 10 other cookies. I called the store and spoke w/ Dawn, explaining that my order was incorrect. Her response was, "Yeah, we didn't have 12 of the peanut butter cookies so I sent you a variety". I explained to her that I didn't want a variety, I ordered what I wanted. Again she responded with, "Well, we didnt have them". I told her that if they didn't have what I ordered she should have called me to let me know & I would have cancelled the cookies. She responded with, "Your contact info doesn't show on the order, I had no way to call." Now, I've ordered from Caseys through my app account plenty of times to know this isn't true. There have been times in the past, when something wasn't available and I received a call letting me know so they could substitute or cancel. If this isn't the case any longer, she should have cancelled the cookies, refunded me and just sent the pizzas w/a note or something explaining. She told me that if I didn't want what she sent, I could bring them back for a refund. I explained to her that I paid for delivery specifically so that I didn't have to drive to the store and was not going to drive over there when it was not my mistake. She said she thought she was doing the right thing by sending me what she had. Now, I understand wanting to fulfill a customer's order, but when it comes to food, you don't substitute without verifying that its ok first. She had no idea why these specific cookies were ordered and no way of knowing if anyone eating these cookies was allergic to something in the substitutions she sent. Again, I told her that if I wanted a variety, that's what I would have ordered. She tried to have a man working with her talk to me, since there was no manager on duty. He wouldn't get on the phone and just told her that if I was unhappy, I would need to call Doordash for a refund. I told her I didn't order it through Doordash & it can take forever to get someone on the phone with them. She then told me that my choices were to bring them back for a refund or eat what she gave me (Excuse me?). I contacted Doordash & explained the situation and that Caseys told me to get a refund from them. Nelson was very helpful, he even called the store & explained to them that this was ordered through the Caseys app & Doordash is unable to refund. He also asked why they didnt just cancel the cookies and refund me the amount instead of sending a substitue. He understood that could be a health or medical related issue. The man was just as rude to him as when Dawn tried to have him talk to me. Nelson tried to request a refund through the system on my behalf, but it was not allowed. Unfortunately, now I have to wait until Monday morning to contact the store manager and hope she makes things right. Luckily, we still made it to our event on time, however we had to stop at 3 other Casey's locations to track down 12 Reeses peanut butter cookies. I always order from this location because its convenient to my home, I can get it delivered and I've never had an issue. I will probably take my Casey's business elsewhere going forward. Think about your customer's needs when deciding if you should substitute without permission and do better Casey's. (Photo of the cookies. They look good. But this is NOT what I ordered).

Many of the cashiers are not properly trained. They often don't know how to do discounts at the register when you use your rewards and they don't know how to ring up your Hy-Vee fuel saver when paying for fuel inside. It is doable cuz I just did it the other day when the pump wasn't letting me do it outside! Yet today the cashier they had was apparently new and didn't know how to and didn't seek help to figure it out so I was unable to use my fuel saver. They shouldn't be put on a register alone if they are not fully trained. I would like to say this is the first time there's been issues with the fuel saver or other coupons or discounts but unfortunately at this location it's not. This is a recurring nightmare at this location.

Honestly if I could give this store 0 stars I would. An I never do reviews anymore, first experience was about 3 weeks ago. I ordered pizza for the kids and the baby sitter and got the jack-o-lantern pizza got the pizza and all of the cheese and toppings were completely off the pizza. Then opened my taco pizza and it had no toppings. Went up to Casey’s and the manager on duty, looked at me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. That she would put my receipt in the office for a manager to call me and still have yet for anyone to call. Then again tonight decided to give them another try figured maybe it was just a one time thing, ordered another taco pizza. AND AGAIN NO TOPPINGS!!! They said well we can give you a discount! No, I didn’t order a beef pizza this was our dinner for tonight. I would stay clear from this Casey’s if you want your pizzas to be correct.

A little bit disappointed with my last order for delivery. I ordered 20 boneless wings and received bone-in wings instead. The wings were super greasy and not really tasty. Delivery was pretty fast but I wouldn't have minded if it took a bit longer and therefore my order would be properly made (I spilled the ranch in the pic so don't mind that)
