I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional or improvised service. There’s zero regard for customers’ time. Their system lets you book appointments on days when their only employee isn’t even available. After calling multiple times, someone finally picked up and confirmed a new appointment for the next day. Again, no one showed up. Five call attempts later, and 30 minutes past the scheduled time, I’m finally told no one is coming. No apology, nothing. Instead, the person gets attitude and hangs up on me mid-sentence.
