RUDE CASHIER .... Very tight lot that took forever to get through! Purchased the most expensive wash now $15.00 and my car came out still dirty. I went in to complain and cashier said OH WELL tuff luck! Wow....... Avoid this place at all cost.

Purchased the "best" Extreme Wash. The car was dirty from all the exposure to snow and salt out west. The Triple foam was looked pretty, but no touch means no clean. Given the reviews I'm reading now, I'm unsure what the purpose of the touch free wash. It is pretty useless, a waste of $14.00 and an hour in line.

This is the only gas you’re going to find in this area late at night. The store isn’t stocked very well, but the staff is very pleasant. Only con is that there were a handful of times a few months ago when the pumps wouldn’t accept credit card payments. The same thing happened around the same time at the Exxon next door, so maybe it’s a regional issue. In any event, debit card worked fine at time of posting.

My local gas station, and what I like is that it almost always has the best price for gas. Thus sometimes it can be busy. There is a gas discount when you buy a car wash. I rarely go inside for items or help.

Well they have a gas station. But the carwash tends to back up the pumps, until there's a line onto the road. Don't go here to get your car washed if there is a line. The wash is decent but has no brushes. Definitely don't go here for gas if it's crowded. 3 out of 6, it's like a mediocre piece of pizza.

The car wash is always good, but the layout of the fuel pumps and the line for the drive through car wash seem to cause people to abandon all sense of courtesy every time. Don't get me wrong, most of the time it's smooth sailing, but every now and then someone blocks a pump or blocks the car wash line and then someone else gets all up in their feelings and lays on the horn.

I got the extreme wash and my car is still dirty. I asked for a rewash or a refund and the clerk said management writes them up if they do that, I'm supposed to call and then go to some office somewhere. Bad quality with management enforcing bad customer service. Bummer, this used to be my standby carwash.

I went with the highest option (Extreme?) for $12. It would have been nice to know that the dryer at the end wasnt even working when I went in to purchase a wash. At least a discount would have been nice. Craziness. It's also pretty tight to get into this particular station. Def needs expansion.

Buyer Beware! Purchased most expensive wash available despite truck not being really dirty. Triple foam, spot free blah blah. I couldve gotten same wash with a water hose and nozzle. (Pictures were AFTER the wash).

Does a great job. The final outcome greatly depends on the vehicle owner, and how you care for your vehicle. If your vehicle has embedded dirt, or contaminants on it from never being looked after, you need to get that off. I noticed some photos from others saying their vehicles were still dirty. Well, fact is, if your paint on your vehicles are contaminated, it will not come out clean. Do not blame Carroll for your non-consistant personal car care. I am a professional detailer, so I know what I'm talking about. A car wash alone on a contaminated paint surface, does not work well. "Carroll's" is a car wash, not a detail shop! Once your vehicle's paint surface is clear of contaminants then bring it to "Carroll's Car Wash" to really see how good it will look. Look at my vehicle after visiting "Carroll's". I just went to this store that I have been going to for 7 years. Today at3:34 pm on a Sunday this employee racially profiled me and treated me like I have never been treated before in my 59 years of living in Baltimore city .SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Ps all the other ladies who work in this store have been nothing but nice ,friendly and courteous. PLEASE FIRE TUIS NEW LADY OR IM GOING TO TAKE IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA

If you plans to take your vehicle to do a car wash make sure that you pick the cheapest option because none of these options are different. I washed my car twice deluxe $11 and last time I used the extreme option $17, and guess what my car was in same condition as I did for the cheapest price. They’re sneaky and trust me if you do, make sure save money and use the cheapest option all of them are the same. I have pictures attached when I used the supreme option $17
