Just finished going through the car wash it was a great experience. My car was super dirty from all the salt and debris from my hour commute to work and it got it super clean. Should have done a before and after photo. Highly recommend!!

First time using the car wash in Wilder. Pulled up expecting to pay the average $20 for a wash, but then noticed a free car wash code if you texted to become a member of Carriage House Express. Did that got a code in 30 seconds or less typed it into the machine and BOOM free car wash. The BEST they offer not the cheapest which kind of surprised me too. Everything is brand new and my car came out shining so definitely will be going back. Once completed I got another code for $2 off my next wash. I am a fan!

I would have given 5 stars because it is a fabulous express car wash! The vacuums are great however the vacuum is also the reason for 3 stars!! I was given a free "The Best Wash" The coupon stated I would receive 8 minutes of vacuuming for free however I did NOT I had to purchase the vacuum time!!

Awesome car wash. Best automatic car wash I've ever been thru. Even with the windows up I can smell the fragrance spray the car wash sprayed while washing. And it cleaned my the same as if I'd spent hours doing it myself!

Came here for a free wash! There is no track to hold the cars. During the wash your car will move forward and back. Exiting the wash, the dryers did not come on. Car was clean but not dry. Vacuums don’t work.

The wash was Meh… the soap did not get rinsed off all the way and took extra time for me to wipe off and buff after the fact. The vacuums are perfect though. Reminds me of a place in NC call Sam’s Express Car Wash, but Sam’s had a good wash and had black microfiber cloths to use for drying/ wiping down the inside, etc…. Sam’s Carwash is still the best IMO, but then again I have not found an equal. The best wash and dry experience in Florence is Classic Carwash.

This place advertises a free first time car wash, both at gas station and in line for the wash. I followed all prompts, sent the text, scanned q r code, and watched the video. Did not receive any code and I waited quite a while to be sure. I even tried resending the prompt from my other number. Nothing. On a longshot I tried the code mentioning on insteuctional video. The screen kept buffering saying "please wait"for quite a while, finally gave an error message. I attempted to get help both online and called "service" number provided too. Of course I got no response on the text, and only an after hours message on the "service" number. Left a voicemail. Worn out after a long busy shift, I just gave up on the free promo and went ahead and purchased the $17 mid grade wash. should have just gone home. when I exited the wash, noticed the dirt on my car looked just as bad as it did when I left work. Not only was my car still dirty the bird poop on the trunk and window was practically untouched, which is why I had decided to stop in the first place. I probably would have gotten better results driving through a sprinkler in the yard😡 So aside from falsely advertising a free wash, wasting a bunch of my time, the product i paid (entirely too much) for was really shitty quality. I had to stop and use a squeegee by the gas pump to get rest of the bird poo off. Never again So save yourself the headache and just go to a school or church car wash instead.

This is a relatively new car wash in the area and I noticed when I got gas that they were offering free top level car washes so I figured why not. Overall, I think it went well, though there was still some residue from cicada guts on my car, but those came off pretty easily afterwards. I think the one weird thing about it is that instead of your car moving through the car wash, the car wash and brushes all move around you and because it does that it shakes your car a little bit. The free vacuum was nice though, good suction on those.

The entrance is very narrow and the payment-wash-selection screen was difficult to read/navigate. There are no attendants to help, it’s all automated. I simply couldn’t get my truck in past the narrow entrance. Best for small cars.

NEVER GO HERE !! I left with two dents scratches all the way down my car and body molding off of my car! I’ve sent multiple customer complaint forms and nobody has responded to me! I will make sure not to recommend this place to anyone to make people stay away!!!

What an awful “car wash”. The soap wasn’t fully rinsed, there were streaks all over my car, and I noticed at least 3 scratches when I got out. The “tire shine” is an absolute joke, and I had to spend an hour outside the wash wiping it off my rims. No towels or cleaning supplies included, but the wash is the same price as their locations that do provide those tools. Horrible. Stay away.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Absolutely terrible I will never go there again and I will tell people to stay away from this place. I got a touchless car wash and my car ended up coming out with two dents popped off body molding, And a scratch all the way down the side of the Car I could hear the sprayer dragging across my car. I have contacted this business multiple times to Correct their mistakes, And they have shown no effort.

Convenient location and 24/7 so I can go anytime and not worry about them being closed. Even when it’s freezing out!! Wash works well. The customer service is exceptional. We have an unlimited plan on 2 vehicles, we highly recommend.
