The employees are very slow, it takes them a long time to help you. Sometimes you are standing in line for 10 minutes and two employees are just talking and talking.

I'm on hold as I sit here writting this review waiting for an answer about the regulator I need its been ten minutes on hold so far and I dont see any light at the end of this dark tunnel ONLY IN OXNARD COULD ONE ATTEMPT TO TAKE A STEP FORWARD WITH A SIMPLE QUESTIION AND SLIDE SO SO FAR BACKWARDS.🤔

Dont ever take your car here!!!After taking my truck jere for a oil change . My truck completely stop working after getting a new battery and alternator I learned there had taken my harness and put a not working cable instead.

I called customer service to see why you guys don't do, Same Day Delivery and apparently you do per customer service when i called! 2 people did stop by for pick up and delivery and for some reason you guys denied it? That's what Customer Service said which they didn't understand either! Why did you guys lie ? I order online this past Friday and waited and waited so I called the store and gentleman spoke to his Manger and said that they don't even do same day deliveries even though I've done this twice in a 3 month period? Well customer service said they will get in touch with you regarding this issue... Your staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived to pick up my order
