I asked for a auto window seals for my car. Some d asked me to be more specific. So I say window seal or weather strip for my car windows. So she said silicone sealant? Just WOW Then I told her I see them called by both very descriptive names. She asked me for the skew number from carquest...I don't work there and now I will buy it from crapazon, which I was trying not to do, but lack of knowledge on her part about the part, losing hope in the intelligence of ANYONE.

This place is frieking amazing. I went to get a distributer from them and they ordered it overnight. I got there and it was sadly the wrong one but looked super similar and was listed as the correct one. I was supposed to leave for Santa Cruz the weekend. They took it as their responsibility (it wasn't at all) and were super sorry. they ordered the other company's version (way more money) and they took the difference and barely charged me more. When it came they came outside and helped me install it properly. Couldn't be more grateful!!

It's been getting close to Christmas and my windshield wiper blades have been beginning to shred. So I called my neighborhood Carquest and was told to stop by, and they would help me pick out a new set of blades that would fit my budget while at the same time be of good quality. Not only that, they offered to install them at no additional price. The associate was friendly and the spirit of Christmas was in the air.
