Took my boyfriend’s truck there recently and was blown away with how great their work is. The customer service is unmatched and his truck looked brand new after repairs. I can’t think Audra enough for taking the time to make sure everything went perfect. If you want amazing service and a body shop that has top notch communication this is your shop. I drive a 2023 Elantra and was in an accident about six months ago. I got an appointment within two days, and the repair work started quickly. Some parts arrived late, and my rental car coverage from insurance expired. Ed from the body shop generously provided me with a car for daily use for almost 10 days, which was incredibly helpful. Recently, I had another issue with my car, and once again, Ed assisted me without requiring an appointment. Everyone here is welcoming and very helpful. Big thanks to Ed and the entire team for their excellent customer service!

My car's rims and tires were stolen this past weekend and my insurance told me they couldn't move the car until Monday. I was really stressed out thinking they would come back for the 2 other rims and tires still on my car and called around and found Carl's Body Shop. Steve was able to pick my car up so quickly and got my car to safe and secure place. I feel really confident knowing they are taking care of my car. Steve even got some doughnuts to put on my car to minimize the body damage and so that it was on 4 wheels. I really cannot stress how great of a company they are. Quick, fast, super friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, understanding, and amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I finally got my car back after about a month and was so happy to see all of the previous damage was gone! Mike even went the extra step and vacuumed my car out for me! Having it back really helped me lock into my college work and graduate! I am forever grateful to this team and will recommend them in the future!

Had two vehicles towed off the lot in record time . Tow truck driver Steve towed the vehicles out into the street so the flatbed tow truck had easy access. He then hooked the other vehicle and was out of there quickly. All safety measures were taken to ensure safe delivery of the vehicles! A class act in record time! 😀

Carl’s body shop has worked on my car twice in the past 5 years. I’ve been very pleased both times. My car looks brand new! It was clean when I picked it up, inside and out! Great customer service and very accommodating. I remember how well they did when my car was damaged during the tornado. I ended up hitting an animal on the highway and damaged my car a few weeks ago. I went back to them again. My car is driving great and looks great. 1000/10 would recommend!

They went above and beyond I could not be happier. And the detail shop WOW outstanding!!! I picked up my Toyota Highlander today from Carl's Body Shop after some man rammed the back of it at a light and drove backwards to become a hit and run. Needless to say I was distraught after that accident happening to my car that had never been involved in one before. (neither had I!) The people at Carl's professionally walked me through the repair process. I got a date that the work would be started and then an estimate of the finish time. When I picked up my car it was like brand new. It shone in the sunlight with the repairs done beautifully. It was detailed outside and inside. You can tell that Carl's Body Shop takes great pride in the work they do and rightly so!
