⚠️ Warning: Make sure you check your bank statements monthly if you have a membership. They have been more than double dipping for 8 months. They only refunded 6 month of my money because they said I should’ve known they were taken my money before now! They stole my money and it’s my fault!

This is a great carwash, however the last few months at Hwy 463 & Ridgeland locations have issues. The Madison location on 463 was not open, then a week later the soap was not working properly. The location in Ridgeland has low soap volume and it takes 10 minutes to find which vaccum has suction! I’m tempted to cancel my subscription, and try Goshine where as, everyone says it has working equipment!

My husband and I recently visited this car wash. He's not a big fan of the drive-thru car wash but we really need a wash. There was a young lady there that made our experience amazing. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I think her name was Shanese. She was very helpful and answered all of my husband questions. Even the silly ones she answered with a smile. I truly appreciate her and we will be back soon.

I pulled up to this car wash. It was a car in front of me . I thought someone was in the car. But some guy had parked his car there. So we could not get through to get my vehicle washed. After sitting behind this car for several minutes I got out to see what was going on . That’s when I discovered no one was in the car . As I was walking back to get in my car a guy come out from the car wash area. And I thought maybe he worked there. So I asked if it was closed. He said that’s my car . He got in the car and the gate went up and he went through the car wash. It was so weird . I pull up to the gate and scan my barcode to enter. Well apparently the worker stopped it from working and I had to sit a while longer as the weird guy went through the car wash. Finally I was able to scan my barcode and enter. As we drove around to the car wash, The guy that cleans the windows did not speak or explain anything. I was a little uncomfortable at this car wash. So i don’t ask anything . It was just me and my child. It’s felt very unsafe here. I will not go back.

Wash is quick and just ok. Staff always helpful, friendly. Vacuums are mediocre and hit or miss IF they even work. Will attempt to cancel most certainly will not renew. Location very convenient BUT not worth the money

The car wash seemed to have several areas that needed repair. The blower on the dryers didn’t work well, so water spots. 🫤

The employees were sloppy and not doing a decent job of scrubbing windows prior to entering the car wash. Then the vacuum situation… why do none of the vacuums ever have any suction to them? I am very disappointed in the way this car wash has gone down.

Scratched our brand new car in many spots , vacuums do not work well . Not ever coming back. So I did as they said to call and guess what .....2 days later no return call . It's real easy to say we want to make it right on the Internet but look at the bad reviews and lack of amended reviews .

The customer service is great, but the car wash and vacuums are terrible. Most of the equipment inside the wash doesn't work properly and most vacuums don't work. This would be a great location, and hopefully, the owner will get it working again like it used to.

I recommend this car wash. I needed to reactivate my club account from the other location. The manager and staff were extremely helpful in every way. And the car wash was great! 5 stars!

Scratched the car I’ve had a little over a month. None of the vacuums work. They charged me 22$ after I asked for the cheapest wash I could get and then bugged me about a membership 3 separate times. Wouldn’t waste your money or time here.

6 of the 12 hoses are not functional on one side, I didn’t bother to check the ones on the back side and considering we pay for the monthly pass one would expect to have functioning vacuums, it’s gotten to where we don’t bother to use this location, because when they are busy finding a functioning vacuum is sometimes impossible!! we have brought the vacuum issue to the attention of the attendants and it’s usually just shrugged off, this isn’t a new problem, this has been an issue every time we have come to this location but since it’s obviously not going to improve, my suggestion is don’t waste your time here if you are wanting to vacuum your vehicle !! I won’t be back and am currently debating my monthly pass, the pass is a great value if you actually got the service you are paying for!!
