Disappointing Car Wash Experience I recently visited your car wash for exterior and interior cleaning, and I must say I was disappointed with the quality of service. The exterior was left with visible streaks and missed spots, while the interior still had dusty corners and areas that were not properly cleaned. As a regular customer, I expect better attention to detail and thoroughness. They say they open at 8. So I came early on Sunday morning to get it out the way and run the rest of my errands and no one is here to do anything oil change. The employees who were here didn’t even know exactly what time someone would be in to do anything oil change. It’s like they make up their own schedule based on what they feel like doing.

Oh boy. Watch out for the gas attendant named "Mann." To the owner of this business, Mann just lost you a customer. Where else in the world can you go through a car wash and then pull around the corner so that your car is not hanging out into a 4 Lane highway... Only to pull in front of Mann's gas pump for less than three minutes to go inside and pay for the car wash while he screams at you the entire time. Screamed at me for two straight minutes about parking by his pump while I was trying to pay for their car wash...screamed at me in my face as I was trying to get in my car. Are you guys kidding?

New customer. I received my car back with scratches and spots of missing paint. Additionally, my vehicle was not properly cleaned inside or outside, as I found dirty spots on the car and in the compartments.

They did a very good Job on my Audi A4. Hanry worked on my detailing and as you can see the picture, looks better than when I baught it. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to detail their cars. Staff are very polite and Knowledgeable.

I bought basic package which includes outside wash and inside vacuum and wipe. The outside was OK but few places they neglected to scrub or wipe and I had to do it myself after the wash and removed all leftover touched stains the machine didn’t remove. The vacuum was below expectations, the trunk wasn’t touched (I had some stuff in there but the area close to back of the car wasn’t vacuumed even though it was free of clutter). Inside vacuum left lots of dust and dirt between doors and body, not wiped or vacuumed. Overall subpar job, do not deserve any tip, and. Or worth the $16 for a 2 minutes run in the machine and a 30 seconds wipe off afterwards. I prefer to pay a bit more and get a more thorough cleaning but I doubt the higher cost packages will deliver. I’m going to give these guys one more chance and do a higher end package and see what happens.

I brought my car to Viking Auto Spa and it was a huge mistake. This place used to be solid, but now it’s gone completely downhill. The workers barely put in effort, and the service feels rushed and careless. A lot of people have complained about sudden price hikes, poor cleaning jobs, and just overall bad customer service. The boss has a reputation for being rude, and there’s clearly no consistency or professionalism anymore. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Excellent service !!!!! Simple interaction, leave the car it's gets clean. Even better when visiting early less of a wait. They have lots of drinks and coffee. Car was extra clean. Also friendly staff. There is a gas station on site as well, knock 2 birds with one stone.

They didn’t even vacuum and when my car was finished there was places that were still dirty I paid extra for nothing, if you don’t wanna be dissatisfied, avoid this place!

I decided to give this car wash another chance expecting good service but left disappointed the third time. The workers barely did anything — I literally saw some customers cleaning their own cars while the staff just stood around. They are extremely slow and lazy and if i were you I’d take my money somewhere else. When I asked for a price, the boss gave me a number way higher than what’s normally listed, and only dropped it after I pushed back. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of anyone not paying attention. The wash itself wasn’t even worth it — there were watermarks everywhere, and the car looked dirty again the next day. On top of that, I later found out from others that they raised their prices ever since new management took over, and it’s been downhill from there. A lot of reviews also talk about how rude the boss is, and they’re not lying. What’s worse is that if you look at their responses to customer reviews, they talk back with attitude like they have no shame or respect. Instead of owning up and trying to fix anything, they argue and blame the customer. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and disrespectful — I would not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for years and the all of the latest reviews are right. Bummed to say but it’s gone downhill. They guys tried to give my car back without even vacuuming it after I paid for everything & the additionals. They don’t give a crap and basically pushed the car through the washing machine. I’m sad to say but I can’t justify coming back. These guys used to be solid, thorough and so kind. Now they barely touch your car.

These guys are amazing…! They washed the car super fast clean. Car was covered with snow. Even it is automatic car wash, still they first hand washed, cleaned mats, vacuumed floors. The whole process took about 5 minutes.

DISAPPOINTING 😔 I don't recommend this place. I took the risk after reading the bad reviews. First, the prices seem expensive compared to other car washes that offer better service. They even charge more if you have an SUV—the first time I've ever seen that. Second, the customer service is terrible. The person at the cash register has no manners, and the guys drying the cars outside are even worse. One of the guys drying my car slammed the door shut, and my car is new; there was no need for that. I complained to him twice, and all he did was ignore me. I told him in both English and Spanish in case he didn't understand. In conclusion, this is the first and last time I'll visit this place.
