5-Star Service from Start to Finish! Went in for a car wash today and was blown away by the service. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The young man who assisted me was incredibly patient and helpful—he took the time to walk me through all the available packages and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs. Since they’ve updated the membership options, I went with the 3-month prepay, which felt like a great value. The team members who detailed the interior did an absolutely amazing job—my car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor when they were done. I also asked about getting my cabin filter changed, and once again, I was impressed. The service was quick, professional, and significantly more affordable than what the dealership charges (no surprise there). I think I’ve finally found my go-to car wash in North Dallas!

I have been taking my cars to this Car Spa on Beltline Rd in Farmers Branch for years, for both wash/detailing, as well as oil changes. On a recent visit before the extreme cold weather arrived, both Kevin and Consuegra were extremely helpful in giving me peace of mind my cars were ready to survive the extreme weather. They show they cared, and represented Car Spa well!

I've been going to this location for a while now. Always a great service, until this past Friday around 4pm. I paid to get everything cleaned inside and out. First they didn't put any type of scent which I requested. Second I had a small item missing, probably from the vacuum, how about you put objects on the passenger seat like they have done before. Third there was such a BAD and NAUSEATING smell inside the car like old stinky rag, mixed with dirty sweat. I called this morning and asked to speak with the manager, the lady that answered the phone was super nice BUT the manager Marcelino was awful. I don't know if he doesn't understand or he just didn't care about me complaining, he was in a rush to hang up the phone. Please don't respond to this review with your automated apologetic response, if you really care about the customer, address it and reach out. No wonder you guys have a 3 star rating, you should have 1.

Everyone that helped me was great! From the guy who greeted me and helped me choose the best option for what I wanted. I signed up for the $20 monthly subscription for an unlimited exterior wash so l have clean all the time. I also got 20% discount on my interior cleaning for signing up for $20 monthly subscription. Cris, the team lead made sure I was satisfied with the service I got today. His team did a great job! See you next week.

I paid $70 after being told they would be able to bring my car in the wash and the mats will also be washed for the deep clean I asked for. Turns out the mats were not washed and they couldn’t bring my car through the was because on my roof rack. They need to train their staff better because I was told one thing and another thing was done. Never coming back here.

I thought I was getting a good deal but in the end I feel ripped off. I had been wanting to get my car detailed for the first time and when I found out about car spa & email coupons I kept my eye out for one. I was excited to finally go this week with a email coupon. I was decided for the $225 package but my car had a lot of little specs they offered to clean it with clay, I asked for price and was told $100. It seemed like a lot but hesitantly I agreed to it so my car would leave looking better. So they told me my total would be $325 and I thought like ok plus the coupon. Then they came with 2 prices of $250 or $287 with headlight restoration. At the time it seemed like a good price so I went for the $287. When they gave me my receipt in the lobby it had all the items separately listed and charged. The guy told me to ignore all that extra stuff, that the workers had a list with what we agreed. I know the guy could see that I wasn't too pleased with that but I was already there and I had given up my key. Why couldn't my "receipt" match the workers one. It was already weird that they were taking long to reprint the $287 receipt they first showed me which had a small amount of things listed. It should have been 225 + less than 60 for the clay cleanse as it states on the website (because I know they did not spend an hour clay cleaning my small sedan) + 50 headlight restoration - 25% discount. Total comes to $228.75 not $287.50 $325 (price given to me with clay cleaning) + 50 headlight restoration - 25% discount gives me $281.25 not $287.50. I feel taken advantage since I had never been there before. Instead of giving me the package deal of $225 they separated everything and added wheel polish which I did not mention I needed/wanted on my receipt so it would come out more. I had been looking at the prices online for a while that the numbers just weren't adding up. In the end I didn't get a discount, it just added up to normal price the way they did it, there was no point in waiting/using a coupon. I know a sales rep job is to sell you more but throwing out numbers and manipulating prices ($100 for clay cleaning a small sedan when it's supposed to be 60/hr as it states on the website) and up selling are 2 completely different things. What I should have done was said no to the clay cleaning and went with the $175 package to avoid being taken advantage and disappointment. It would be best if there was a sales rep available in the lobby for 1st timers like me who needed to have numbers laid out and explanation/questions on what exactly certain things are instead of dealing with that at the car wash line, holding up the line and feeling rushed. I will give credit to the guys who worked on my car. A little more vacuuming on the left side and trunk was needed but other than that Im happy. All employees I came in contact were friendly just the pricing was the upsetting part. i definitely would rethink about getting detailed services done here again or using coupons because that's when they most likely manipulate the prices. This place definitely won't be at the top of the list again since I've lost trust on my first visit. FYI : If your receipt has other things listed most likely you're being charged more than you should at their convenience instead of yours . I'm sure management has to be aware that this is going on.

Im waiting 47 minutes for a inspection and when finally go and ask how long will be they said the car it’s electric they don’t require a inspection when last time I do here in the same place the guys wasting my time hiring people want to do the job and a least know what they doing

I’ve been coming here for a while and they’ve always done a good job, but I don’t know what happened today. My car was left dusty, streaky, and still dirty in areas that should’ve been cleaned. Definitely not worth the $65 I paid. Really disappointed because I usually trust this place, but the quality today was nowhere near what it used to be.

Carspa is by far the best full service car wash I've used. I mainly come for the interior detailing services when I don't have enough time to do it myself, and they knock it out of the park! Not only that, but their prices are so much more reasonable compared to other full service car wash places in this area. The staff was super kind and helpful. And, one of the managers, Christopher, went out of his way to make sure that my vehicles were down really well on the inside when I told him that I was having them done in advance of having a baby this week - I wanted the cars to be really clean when we bring our kiddo home from the hospital. I'll be coming back for sure.

I always bring my cars here to wash. The best supervisor Marcelino is the best. He is outgoing if your your car is not cleaned properly. He will make sure his team get it right. Denny the sells representative he is also the best. He will tell you every detail you are looking for if you’re not sure what you need. He tells you the details of what your car might need. This guys deserve a good raise. They work hard every day. They also show it.

I have a membership, great price for unlimited washes, very nice employees, always friendly. However I went to another Car Spa located in Plano and they pre washed my car before I went into the drive thru and they hand dried my whole car, then polished my tires, no extra charge. This Farmers Branch location doesn't do all that, I wish they did. I think all locations should do the same services.

My wife brought my sedan in for a wash and quick detail. When there she asked about a headlight restoration. They cleaned up the headlight fog, but scratched the paint all around both headlights. Very disappointing professional service

Service: 4/5 Cost: 4/5 Duration: 3/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Visited Car Spa on Tuesday afternoon. While there, I noticed an influx of patrons but it didn't seem overly busy. There had to be about 20 other cars that arrived after my car began to get detailed. The demand is managed extremely well. My only gripe is th service was completed in 75 minutes despite being informed it would take at most 40 minutes...not sure if that is reasonable for a compact car. The waiting area is spacious, comfy & clean. Plenty of refreshments to purchase & even some retail merch for the car ie., (windshield wipers). Opted to apply for the monthly membership. 30 days of exterior wash...why not?! Also, an al la carte charge if I decide to have the interior cleaned.
