I am going with 2 star mainly due to not being able to contact anyone or receive a call back about an issue.. it's pretty clean for the most part, always super busy, and until last visit, they were always my go-to but I will not be going back!! Even if there was nothing they could had done to fix the issue, a call back would had been appreciated. Bad Customer Service / Management skills

I really liked the car wash actually it was nice to be able to wash dry and vacuum my car at night with the open 24 hrs a day . They had great products and security even checked in on me . If I'm in the area I will go back !!

EXPENSIVE!! Bring lots of cash. $3.50 just to get the water started, and that's for only 3 minutes. I don't know about you, but I can't even do the first round of pre-wash in that time, and I have a small car. If I knew it was going to be that expensive to hand wash my own vehicle, I would of paid the drive-through wash down the street the same price and just sat in my car.

It is outstanding, how well maintained they keep this carwash! Although! There is a lot of tweakers that like to come around and mess up the environment! Other than that, it is an outstanding Car wash! Even has a carpet cleaner & a 3x the Suction Power vaccum. Perfect for cleaning any mess a kid can make!

Directly after the wash I parked and my car still had cat paw prints in the dust on my hood. I have a Mini Cooper it’s not like it was filthy it had a dust layer. I was immediately disappointed. Especially since I now have paid someone to do it and I still have to do it my self.

The employee there came up to me after I was finished washing my car and asked if I needed help in stopping the timer on the clock so my card is no longer charged so I said yes I didn't know how to stop the timer, and he walked up and pointed at the instructions then walked off. What the rude employee failed to see my confusion is that the stop button only marked stop was for the wash, in order to stop the timer there is a red button located in a completely different area was red and contained no words around it so the directions were not clear since where the only stop on there was wash only, and what you are supposed to push to stop timer is just a red button with no words saying what the red button was for, the employee was just arrogant because of that I will never use their facilities again, if employee just showed me how to stop timer like he said he would when he asked me if help was needed and actually helped me instead of walking up only tobpoint at the unclear instructions then walking off I would not have had this opinion,

Easy to use the self wash. I was able to wash my car, clean the tires and wax in less than $12. Vacuum ran twice for 4 mins. Costing $3 total. So, $15 to get a better wash than a drive through.

While the people are nice, the price for the work that is actually done, is too much. To get the Full service, to me, means that the vehicle should not have dirty windows, nor should the wheels. Regrettably, it is a two strike moment for me. I'm outta there. I do hope the detailing part improves tremendously. It is bad for business, when a customer can do a better job for under $10, and in less time. Good luck and God Bless.

Didn't like the prices or the equipment/washing tools. I had heard good things but my vehicle was still dirty after spending $30 to prewash, soap wash with brush and rinse no time or more money for wax. I could've taken it in to get it washed for that price. Maybe I just got the wrong wash booth. But I won't go back.

I wish it was cleaner. I see them cleaning a lot. The people that use this place bring all the mud with them. It was clean this time. They really do try their best. People shouldn't bring muddy tractors there. As always, clean and ready to go!

This place was great. I had to google places to manually wash your car otherwise it just gives you all the automatic places and they just don't do as good of a job and cost like 4 times more. This place was inexpensive, convenient, and easy to use.

The pressure was good but that's the only good thing. There was no presoak left so it just blew air. There was only soap residue left so the high pressure soap setting just sprayed water with a few bubbles. There's no spot free rinse option. The houses are an old rubber that's degrading and feel sticky to hold. The starting price is $4 and then I think it's $1/minute which is the highest I've ever seen at any self serve car wash. I ended up spending $14 for my car to still be dirty because there was no soap to break anything up.

Took my money and didn't work. Called the number posted about issues and COULDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE SINCE VOICEMAIL WAS FULL...... VERY MESSY, HASN'T BEEN CLEANED, GARBAGE EVERYWHERE, and on top of that it steals your money and doesn't let you contact anyone!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!

Spent $15 mostly trying to get soap out of the pressure washer. Finally gave up. The card machine is tricky and keeps charging until you smash buttons a few times. Save yourself some time and money by going elsewhere. I looked for a way to report the failure without success. Consider this my maintenance request.

About 2 dollars worth of tokens I bought wouldn’t be accepted by the machine. They looked slightly different than the others, so wasted money. Then they also got jammed in the machine when I kept trying them. Also it takes about 15 seconds when switching the sprayer to different options/setting. I will also point out the time on the machine starts counting down while you are still actively putting in tokens. Other self serve car washes I’ve been to don’t start the time until you stop putting money in. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Ridiculously expensive. Put $20 in token machine thinking I'd come back and use them up another time... Then I dropped $20 to do a rushed wash on a small pickup.... one crappy quick wash for 20 dollars!!! A quarter (.25c) gets you less than 15 seconds!! Save your money and go buy an electric power washer at home depot. It will pay for itself in two washes! There's other automatic car washes that will do as good of a wash for $10.
