I asked if it was touchless. He said yes. It clearly isn't. I'm pretty sure 95% of the cleaning was actually done by the initial manual walk-around with a sprayer. The automated washing part appeared to do little-to-nothing to clean the sides of the car. I guess some soapy water accidentally runs over the sides but there's no cleaning mechanism I could identify that did anything to the sides. And the proof is in the pudding: the sides of the car are still dirty. The clearcoat on my paint is slowly failing on my hood, and when I get a decent clearcoat/wax at a carwash it always looks infinitely better. In this case there was zero improvement in the appearance so I wouldn't waste any money on the clearcoat. On the positive side, the lady who worked in the office was really nice.

For less than $13 my full size Silverado 2500HD crew cab looks nicer in 10 minutes than me hand washing the truck myself for an hour. Save yourself the time and aggravation and let the team at Car Care II take care of your vehicle. Mike, Mike, Bob, Judy, Tom, have been taking care of me for over 20 years. The quality of their wash does not even compare to the other touchless washes in town, including the joke of a car wash on upper Peach.

9.50 for a good wash hand dried has brushes that touch car but they hose off the car real good before it goes through to get the debris off. Better than one of those Niagara car washes for about the same price.

For the same price as one of those "touchless" car washes, you get 10x the better job. No film left on your car and windshield. Pre sprayed by the employees and hand dried at the end. Why go anywhere else? P.S. Tip! They deserve it!

My 2013 RAM was covered in scratches outside, and dog hair inside. I had little hope and nothing to lose. I cannot believe it is the same truck I dropped off. It is shinier and cleaner than when I bought it. They really do an awesome job. I will definately be taking our other vehicle over in the future.

I was visiting Erie PA for the weekend and decided to stop here to get my car washed. I got in line, got a receipt, and went through the car wash. The price was good and the staff drying the car was nice. I’m used to going to car washes where you pay up front. After tipping the dryers, I was about to leave not realizing the receipt that I had was not paid. That’s when an angry old lady comes out and bangs on my window and cackles, “Are you on contract?” with some sarcasm. At this point, I’m kind of consused and I say, “I’m sorry, what does that mean?” She cackles, “Are you gonna pay for the car wash?” At this point I realize I have the receipt but I did not pay. So, I apologized and explained that I’m used to paying first and it was an honest mistake. She continued to cackle and was highly unpleasant. She totally soured me on the otherwise pleasant experience. Avoid this old hag if you frequent this establishment.

The wash was great and it was done quickly. They take your car through the wash. They then dry it too. At the end they leave it out front waiting for you, but no one came to tell me so I waited a few moments to see if anyone else came back to it. I would have appreciated a quick nod or something to let me know that I was good to go.

Great prices! Had my truck washed and waxed a week ago and it's still clean! Never had that before. Wish there was one of these wash places in Steubenville, Ohio. We have one but it's not nearly long enough to get your vehicle cleaned, dried and waxed.

5 stars isn't enough for the guys at The Detail Shop! A couple weeks ago I was following behind a tanker truck that had to slam on its brakes when the car in front of it made a sudden turn. The roof cap on the tanker wasn't properly fastened and when it stopped, it spewed hot roofing asphalt into the air that rained down on to my car. My heart nearly stopped! I saw Car Care II's reviews on Google and decided to give them a call. Even though they were booked out for weeks, they told me that if I could leave my car, they'd work on removing the asphalt and re-waxing the paint during any spare time they had. Three days later, I got my car back looking better than anything I've even seen in a showroom. It was so shiny and smooth you would have thought they dipped it in glass! Everyone there was so nice, too. Do not hesitate to schedule your detailing here! (Don't worry - the tanker company paid for the detail work!)
