Car wash looked good but the inside of my car was Still dirty nothing was cleaned. Front driver carpet vacuumed but that was it. The passenger front and back were not vacuumed at all my seats are still dirty nothing of my interior was wiped at all disappointing. Never coming back here. Manager should have employees trained on a model car and show them what and how it should look when the car is finished.

I am beyond disappointed in this place. The front and back cup holders were not cleaned, the inside back doors were not cleaned, and they didn’t even bother to vacuum or clean the trunk. See photo. I don’t understand why we paid $40 for an “express wash service” . They need to train their employees again. I understand that you don’t need that new car feel, but at least turnover a clean car. That’s your responsibility that the customer paid for. If you do come here, be sure to review your case before leaving so you can have them redo what was missed.

I think the experience all depends on who is working that day. I've gone before and they vacuumed my car super well then I went recently and it looked like if they just passed the vaccum super quick. They do a good job on the exterior but interior needs some work.

If you need to get your car washed the price is ok. They do a good job. As far as getting your car detailed in side and out I give it a 2. They said they could get the Oxidation out of few small places but, they didn't get it out like they said they could. Will not be taking my car back for detailed service. I will take it for a regular wash.

I’ve tried this place a couple times, to be fair and understanding. I’ve tried Bronze, Silver, Gold and the Wax today. All give you the same results. I’ve gone early morning, mid day or late PM. Same thing. I’ve brought new cars and 6 yr old cars. A worker told me I need to get the Hand Wash ($79 May 2023). You will do a better job washing it at home.

Just had my carwash today. Was confident that they cleaned my interior pretty well. Left and didn’t check. The dirt and stains on my floor mats weren’t removed. Not satisfied at all.

The car washes themselves are not perfect, but for the price, you can't beat it. Try to go in during the week if you can, because it takes quite some time on busy days (the weekends). They do have an excess of chairs and a shady area, so at least for the longer waits, it's not uncomfortable. Overall, recommended if you're looking for a good value car wash. They also do wash by hand, so you won't ruin your paint.

I paid 45.00 for for a car wash and my car looks like it was never washed inside at all. And i called them and all they could say is call US back tomorrow when a mánager is here and look at the pix.

They use to be really good. But lately they get worse every time i go. I'm never going back again. I paid for the gold car wash and you can see by the pictures that they just don't care anymore.

I just left the car wash, I paid for the more expensive service and got home and realized no horrible of a job they did, I will post pics, vacuuming correctly and seat cleaning shouldn’t be that hard if they stand by their word but clearly they don’t, please take your car somewhere else!!!

I have been coming to this place since 1997 know each other person who had worked here.it’s not a easy job its cold in winter and hot in the summer so these hard working people deserve some appreciation for the job they do I frequently talk to the manager gurmail singh , and he is always happy and busy doing something And he will greet you like his own family.so I will say 10/10 for the whole team

Paid $189.00 for detail wash. But they ignored and washed as routine work. Did not clean dust in the windows so much duct near the parking break. No thorough vaccum under the matts. Total dissatisfaction after paying so much money. Careless no good customer service. Next day I showed to the lady worker she did not say sorry no respect of customers.

Poor service. We bought their Gold cleaning package for about $200 - big mistake! We took our car today for cleaning and they didn’t do a good job at all. When we confronted them about it, they said we should pay $40 more. What a ridiculous response! They never do a good job but we have been stuck due to the package we bought but this time we told them about their low quality work. We will finish our package and will be done with this place. Horrible workers!
