Update 02SEP23: I like to do ongoing reviews as businesses sometimes change for better or worse over time. I'll admit there was a little misunderstanding, but the owner, Dave, reached out to me and cleared it up. As a result, I have a beautifully detailed car inside and out and I will definitely be returning. Their new shop is really nice and has a nice waiting area, but there's also picnic tables out front which was my pick since it was nice out. My car took a few hours to complete,so don't really expect there to be much in the way of places to hang out that you can walk to. When the car was done, they took me back in the shop and pointed out what all they had done and I could provide feedback. All around a great experience. ******************************************* They did a fantastic job! It had a bunch of dirt and grime that had collected on it from its journey back from Germany, but all cleaned up and looking good now. Only did an exterior wash and wax. It took about an hour to finish and they did a walk around to make sure I was happy with everything. Will certainly be back again.

I chose Atomic Auto Salon for my detailing job after reading their reviews, and I’m glad I did! The owner’s attentiveness to monitoring customer feedback made me feel like my car would be in good hands, which it was. I got the Express complete package, and my car came out after about 3.5 hours practically looking brand new. I think it helps that I tend to keep my car pretty clean on my own, but it confirmed my own suspicions that many of the negative reviews left by customers who were unsatisfied with their results likely had cars in a state that would have required a more extensive cleaning to get their desired result—which I’m sure they were told, as the team were all very forthright with what expectations are realistic for each detailing package. My car was in average condition (some crumbs in the cracks of the seats, leaves and other dirt on the floor mats and carpets, a few more crumbs and dust in the center console and cupholders) and for the amount of time and money the detailing took, I was amazed at the results. The car looks newer than it did when I got it! And the best part was seeing that my tiny plastic spoiler (the funniest $6 I’ve ever spent) was just as shiny and rejuvenated as the rest of my car. The team was very friendly and I don’t think you will get a detailing job this thorough for this amount of money anywhere else. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Absolutely fantastic! I’m an avid outdoorsman, camper, fisherman, canoer, and I get “mucked up” all the time, and track the muck into my car regularly. After 13 years with the car, and hundreds of camping/fishing/snowshoeing trips up in the Adirondacks, Maine, Western Maryland, (and almost NEVER cleaning my car), it was time to sell it. It was dirty, smelly, unkept, and just bad. I brought it to Atomic, and boy am I glad I did!! They literally brought the interior back to life! The next day I put the car up for sale, and even put a higher price on it because the interior looked so much nicer. The 1st person that came to look at the car, after opening the car door, immediately commented on how nice the interior was, and said how impressed she was with how well I kept up the interior (little did she know!). She handed me the money, and did not even bargain with me! That never happens! The interior sold the car! Thank you Atomic! I’ll be back!

I had my car windows tinted by Atomic 8 years ago and they still look as good as the day they were put on. More recently I brought 2 cars in to have them detailed and am very pleased with the results. My technicians, Demontae and Mario, restored my 7 and 8 year old cars to like-new condition. The communication from Erin at the front desk was also terrific as everything was covered in advance so there were no surprises. Fantastic company! They were able to apply window tint in a short time frame and the results were absolutely amazing. He is extremely professional, and his communication is truly top tier — his response time is immediate, and you will always get a clear, honest answer. As a woman, it can be really hard to find a reliable mechanic who actually stands on integrity. But he does. I contacted them about a scratch down the side of my car, that was assumed to be a keying. They said they could probably get rid of the scratch but maybe the rough spots would still be visible. I had them try and when I came back the scratch was pretty much invisible, even less visible than they thought they would be able to get it. So I have to say I am more than happy with the job that was done. Also had them wash and polish it while they had it so the car came back to me looking brand new. Great place, excellent people.
