Nothing in the instructions says there is a $3.50 minimum. Needed to rinse mats so used credit card. $3.50 is awfully high for a 20 second rinse. Feeling ripped off.

There were multiple options for car washes ranging from Basic to VIP. The car was cleaned thoroughly and at a good price. I highly recommend this car wash.

Moved into Canfield October. Looking for a close car wash that could remove the mud off of my tires & Clean my car sufficiently after all the rain. Read reviews, eh but gave them a try. Skimping on their products, $13.00 later, MUD STILL THERE ! My car needs a bath for sure now, streaks, dull lack luster !! I won't be back.

Basic car wash package doesn't provide dryer. No jets that hit the side of your car/wheels when you pull in. Didn't fully wash my car... will be last time I use this wash.

Went through the wash, paid for premium. The soap did not come out, the wax didn’t come out as well as the spot free finish. I’ve called them multiple times about this and never got a response. Waste of money go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers. Not to mention what little soap came out, stained part of my car blue.

I have been using this car wash for years, now things have changed there... the brushes are wore out, there is no pressure to do a good cleaning and most times the spot free rinse does not work, ( no chemicals) just water... not impressed anymore with the car wash.. the owner says brushes are changed... more BS.. the pressures are turned down so you cannot get a good car wash... I now go to TAKE 5 in Austintown.... I will never go here again....

I used the service here to sweep my car out and used the credit card machine and the machine charged me several times because it doesn’t notify you when it is working. Also my husband brought his vehicle here to sweep out and wash and the owner was rude and disrespectful because he was washing and sweeping his DIRTY vehicle which is WHY you bring your car there and proceeded to tell him he’s what’s wrong with the country because he brought his dirty truck there to be cleaned and the guy only wants Mercedes’ and expensive vehicles to use his services. Disgusting choice of words and human. My husband is a good respectful man and we were appalled by this man’s response to using his CAR WASH AND VACCUM SERVICES. Me and the rest of my family in the area will NOT be using this car wash again. Good riddance!

I used this drive through car wash (11/05/21) and got the highest level of service, or at least that is what I paid for. It was the fastest drive through car wash I’ve ever been through which should have been my first warning. It was dark when I drove through so I couldn’t get a good idea of how clean my car got until the morning and it was FAR from clean. There is still a film of dirt on my car as well as dirty water spots ALL OVER. I was optimistic as it seemed like a nice place but I will NEVER go there again and I urge others to save their $14 and seek services elsewhere.

I've had my car washed there several times with no issues. But today my car looked worse than it was before I washed it. The water spots are terrible!! The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it's convenient to home and it was simple to pay for in the app.

Absolutely horrible. I paid $14 just for it to malfunction the whole time it didn’t clean nothing the dryer was 10 seconds long and the washer kept pausing and stopping I was in there for a minute while it malfunctioned the whole minute do not come here and save your money. It’s all a money grab. There’s literally still soap on my car and my mirrors are frozen because it didn’t dry anything. This is ridiculous. Will never be back!

I went to wash my car and the wash was horrible first of all it didn't even do my undercarriage or get my car clean from the snow. Afterwards I went to use the vacuum and used my credit card and it charged me 10 bucks. Ru kidding me!! 23 dollars I think was ridiculous for the service I got and using the vacuum for line two mins. Then when I went to call to see if there was a possible malfunction and maybe it charged me more than once the mailbox was full and I can’t get through to anyone. I will never come here again!! Smfh
