The single best car wash I have ever received. Some guy named Tyler gave me great care. Later that day I saw him racing down the street in his Hellcat to save about a dozen kids from a burning orphanage! He seems like a great guy and again, the wash was just as elegant as it gets. Perfect shine, cleanliness, and execution by the washer, Tyler. I can only give 5 stars but the amount my rating deserves an unlimited amount. Godspeed.

So, fun story: I was vacuuming my car and when I went to get change (and granted it was a little bit later in the evening and the location had probably just closed) the change machine had run out of quarters and only to spends a couple dollars worth. I called up and left a message about the change machine situation. Shortly thereafter, the business manager returned my call and not only refunded the change from the machine but also had given me a gift card for my inconvenience, which was way above and beyond anything that they had to do. I just used the gift card and I have to say I am now completely sold on this location. My car shines like justice and even though there was a very long line (a nice day in winter will bring everyone out) I was in and out, from start to finish, in under 10 minutes. I have spent much longer waiting at other locations and this is hands down the best experience I've had getting my car washed. I know once the weather starts to break I do plan on getting one of their monthly passes and using that. I don't know if I can more strongly recommend a car wash location. Everybody I've spoke with, from management, going on down the line, has been attentive, helpful, and yeah, made my car absolutely shine.

I have tsunami memberships for my truck and my wife's car. I like this one because the brushes touch your car. Always comes out clean and shiny. Friendly techs also spraying your car to get dirt off first. Highly recommend.

Do not purchase any wash beyond the lowest end. Car is still super wet even after "Power Dry". If you have any lips, spoilers, or any other edges on your car the wash doesnt clean under them.

Okay when it first opened, we used it multiple times a month. It was a great wash and dry. But over time by the time you pull your car out you might as well bring a couple of tiles to finish drying off your vehicle. Also when you play for the tsunami, which is what we usually get, and you pull out in the wheels are dirty still, it's a shake my head moment. I don't know what they've changed mechanically but the wash just doesn't seem to be quite the same it used to be when they first open. It is convenient, but when it comes to service it's a toss-up if the two people who do the initial cleaning with the mops take their time or just hit it and get it. I'll probably keep you using it, but it is somewhat disappointing that the quality of the wash has changed.

Disappointed overall. 1) Cheapest option was $10, quite pricey for a drive through car wash that isn’t even touch free. 2) Didn’t even do a clean wash. There was still areas of my truck with visible dry dust parts. 3) Drying section isn’t good. Vehicle was still soaking wet when it came out. 4) Vacuums lack suction power. Couldn’t even lift the pebbles loosely sitting on the floor mats. Really hoping this isn’t representative all car washes in Boardman area.

As far as car washes go, besides convenient, it does a pretty good job of cleaning your vehicle. A special shout out to some of the recent attendants that gave the extra effort to scrub off the front and back end of the vehicle!! We literally hit a 3 mile "May Fly" swarm on the PA Turnpike 3 weeks ago that completely covered the windshield and surfaces in bug juice! See the picture of the initial impact of bug-o-mania then multiply that by 3 more miles! I've come here ever since it opened, and there have been some changes. Originally it was fantastic, but I've noticed they've changed to air dryers, and even some of the brushes. For $20, the Wave Rogue Wash is worth the price. But, bring your own towel of Shammy if you're wanting a spot-free dry, especially a SUV. I'm fairness, most of these drive-thru wash centers are the same. I'll gladly pay for the convenience, especially trying to get the bird droppings, road grime and pollen off our vehicles when we travel back for Washington DC to come home to see family and friends.

Great staff! Friendly! Always got my suv super clean. It was nice that they had vacuums free with service! Lived the monthly plan, go anytime (while they are open obviously). Unfortunately, I just had to end my services. My toddler was terrified of the car wash. Thought after 2 months he'd be used to the bubbles by them but he screamed every single time. When he's older I will do a membership again for sure! Great mom and pop business feel!

If you're looking for a detailing shop that can somehow make your truck worse and then pretend nothing happened, congratulations-you've found it. They "detailed" my friend's truck and managed to rip him off and ruin it at the same time. Truly impressive. The job was so bad you could barely tell it had been touched at all. I've seen rainstorms do more detailing. The inside still looked dusty, the outside still looked dull, and whatever they did do remains a complete mystery. When my friend brought up the damage they caused, customer service went straight into ghost mode. No accountability, no fixing it, no professionalism—just excuses and silence. Apparently their policy is: "Once it leaves the lot, it's not our problem." Calling this a "detail" is generous. This was more like a quick glance at the truck followed by a bill. If attention to detail were money, this place would be broke. Save your cash, save your vehicle, and save your sanity. Take your truck literally anywhere else-even a drive-through car wash would show more care and respect than this place did. Would not recommend unless your goal is disappointment with a side of regret.
