For so much money they do not know how to vacuum or wipe a door clean. Exterior is Ok. Don’t waste your money doing the interior of your car.

The worst experience ever.....paid for full service and my car was still dirty....inside never wiped until I started speaking up.....will never come here again.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. The place often has lines but it was slow, so I gave it a try. The staff seemed friendly but were a bit cryptic about instructions. For the first couple minutes I couldn't tell if they wanted me to drive the car or exit the car. Anyway they started with manual wiping. The guy on the driver side was talking on his cell while he used a brush, but I let it slide. Then I drove from the automated machines. Then the final manual wipe with other set of guys. Normally I'd get out and look at their work, but the place runs right into a bust street so I didn't feel like get out of the car. When I finally stopped elsewhere, I got out and saw they missed a lot of dirt on the driver side. It was really the main reason I went in. So I guess the cellphone guy didn't do his best. Thanks for nothing.

They didn’t do a good job of clean the car. Windows were not wiped down properly. Rims still had dirt. It’s a cheap car wash none the less. If you want proper detail. Go to a detail car wash near ditmas and remain. They take time to clean. I regret going here and getting the 40 dollars package. Live and learn.

Small waiting area, but it had a few chairs and a flat screen, which is better than some in the neighborhood. The young man that toweled my interior took his time and did better than expected, so had to tip. My only complaint was the wash choices...I shouldn't have to pay for the most expensive wash just to get some rainx and decent wax.

I took a chance driving there after searching for a cheaper car wash than the ones near my home. Only a 15 minute drive so I figured it couldn’t be a total loss. Well I’m glad I did. The price was great the guys were super friendly and it was quick. My car came out great. I will definitely be going back.

They don't know how to vacuum. Cups and paper were left under my seat. When I brought it to the managers attention(african guy) he said that they don't move seats to vacuum because customers complain that they don't put the seats back in the position they found them...I will never go back..I'll go to utica and maple...they're the best!!!!

Got an oil change on Tuesday and the car wash was closed. I returned to on Wednesday @ 5pm to get my car washed and was told that the wash was closed. It clearly states on line that the business closes @6pm. They were still open and I saw the guys washing other cars and washing down the entrance. This was unprofessional and caused an inconvenience. Poor management

I work nearby and needed a car wash bad!!! The place itself isn’t the cleanest nor the fanciest but my car was SHINING! I paid for the “Super Wash” and was VERY satisfied. They took their time drying my car and wiping down/cleaning the interior which I was MOST happy about! I will definitely be coming again ✅

This carwash is usually okay but today they were negligent and caused damage to my roof box. They claim they are not responsible however they actually ran their machinery incorrectly which caused the damage.

Simply said, DON'T waste your time. Imagine paying for the highest priced wash, and your vehicle still comes out dirty. Even after pointing out the areas that needed to be redone, absolutely no change occurred. Find another car wash, or come here and have water thrown at your car and blindly wiped with dirty towels for nearly $50.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This car wash broke the Toyota emblem off the front of my vehicle and instead of being honest hid in my son’s car seat. When I called to report what was happened they hung up the phone on me because I was upset and didn’t even offer a free car wash to compensate or my money back! The wash was bad as well. I DO NOT recommend, save your money!

I been there 3 different times and my experience has always been great however today I came in getting the same service as usual. The guys half assed my interior cleaning, one of flashed a dirty wet rag in my face on purpose and got mad that I said something. When you’re paying your money I think you have right to make sure everything is done properly, they were mad at me for inspecting my car after the service. After I complained to the guy at the desk , he was no help! I explained to him I get the same service every time and they wipe and clean the car properly. He literally said to me that I couldn’t have came here for this service. One of the three guys attempted to do something but it still didn’t look clean dust on the dashboard and all dirt in the cup holder….They proceed to laugh about and be rude. This is literally my first bad experience here and it made me feel like I wouldn’t go again.

I paid $35 for a super wash, and they returned my car dusty and dirty. Then they asked me to pay an extra $3. Very bad service — I do not recommend it.

Wait wasn't too long. I normally hand wash my car but due to snowstorm all the handwash spots were overbooked and I needed to get the salt off my car. Not too bad. Price was decent too.
