I used mobile detailing for the first time and felt very compelled to share my wonderful experience :) Hollywood Golden Detailing was right on time and did a full detail, inside and out, to my Jeep Cherokee while I was on a meeting in my home office. Scheduling was super easy and the communication was excellent. They definitely took their time and didn't miss any details. I didn't realize my car could sparkle as much it now does. I thought the prices were very fair for this high end service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Will be scheduling regular detailing to help keep my Jeep in excellent shape.

I was thrilled with the results I got from my was with HGD. I have tried so many mobile wash companies and have never used them a second time because the results were always subpar. I am so thrilled to have finally found a service I can use again and again. This was honestly the most quality wash I have ever received that was not a full detail, it almost seemed like it was. I am a stickler for my wheels and they were done perfectly, that never happens. Also to note, there was great communication and I was squeezed in same day and was given an awesome deal on my first wash despite my car being absolutely filthy from a trip to the mountains. Very impressed and will continue to be a customer of HGD.

Wow. Just wow.. from convenience, to pricing, and such an amazing job well done. Hamdi allowed me to drop off my car before work for interior cleaning (vomit stains) and he had it spotless by the time I got home AND brought it back to my house. As well as accepted a Venmo payment because I forgot my wallet in my purse! He has a new regular client for life!

I'm visiting LA for several weeks and have been renting a luxury car while here. I needed a massive deep clean because the car's interior got very messy and had an odor. I contacted several mobile car wash business and Hollywood Golden Detailing very responsive and got back to me right away. They have quite a few reviews and all looked pretty good so I was confident they knew what they were doing. I'm very happy to report that not only did I get my full deposit back on my rental car but they also said this was the first time anyone every brought back a car in better condition than when it left. Couldn’t use the service; booked an appointment and they asked me to move it up an hour the morning of. No worries I made it happen. They didn’t show up so I called them they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Didn’t show up. Sent me a message 45 minutes late saying they are 10 more minutes away. At this point thats an hour late and since I’ve never worked with them - I couldn’t trust them with my car if they can’t honor a time commitment / communicate delays. Disappointing since other reviews are great.

Kai was so amazing and is such a gem! He was super responsive and was able to accommodate an exterior/interior detailing for my dad’s SUV on the same day. I can’t recommend this service enough! The fact that they come to your house is such a game-changer—I was shocked but so relieved. The technician who detailed my car was incredibly sweet and professional, and he did an amazing job. I have a dog, and I’m a nanny, so it had my car looking like a fur-covered disaster zone, but now it looks brand new. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to get it this clean again. If you’re on the fence, just book them—you won’t regret it!

Cleaned my car for $190, inside and out. Was on time. Did mostly a good job, but missed an area. Tried to change price AFTER cleaning, instead of letting me know ahead of time or even mid-cleaning. When I called him out, he backed down. He said if he missed anything he'd come back to fix it. He did miss something which I noticed later that day, but when I reached out, he ghosted me and I had to have another service come finish the job. Would not recommend.
