WORST EVER. I’ve never been to such a horrible car wash. The interior of my car was still filthy, looked exactly the same as when I pulled up. When I asked if they could vacuum the backseat the guy completely gaslit me saying that there was too much dog hair and that “vacuuming the backseat is not included in the super wash package, you would need the $80 detail for that.” We went back and forth for several minutes where i explained i had never had this issue at a car wash before (certainly I’m not the only dog parent that gets their car washed…) and i was not trying to be a bother, but that i felt like i was leaving with an unwashed car. He begrudgingly agreed to re-vacuum my car but he made me feel so bad during our conversation (which ended with him walking away from me and saying “I’ve got customers to get back to” as if I wasn’t one?) I just said never mind and left in tears. I spent $55 including tip, wish I had just burned the money, would’ve felt better.

I normally wash my own car, but due to limited time, I decided to let the professionals detail my car. I paid for a super wash, which is almost $40. They washed it in not even 10minutes, a guy was already drying my vehicle. I went to check my car, and was I disappointed to see dirty rims, lots of stains on my black vehicle, I'm almost sure they didn't even add the wax. It looked horrible. Ticket guy tried to help me by letting me come back another day for a free wash for the inconvenience, right before the guy was giving me the ticket, another guy who must be a higher rank, rudely interfered and demanded guy to rewash the vehicle and no free wash. I wasn't having it. Asked him to refund my money no way I'm coming back, there thieves, you pay lots of money and you get a basic wash.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They did a lousy job washing and drying, and the person drying even scratched my car with his belt buckle, then they wouldn’t take any responsibility.

Worst car wash out there. First they scammed my friend and made her get detail car wash for $300 and said there are no other options for her. I was the one who referred her there - so it made me look really bad. Then they charged my boyfriend $50 for a regular car wash just because he has Tesla model Y. Saying this car is oversized. I hope this place goes out of business soon. I’m never bringing my car there.

Staff are friendly. The wait time is not too long. The car gets clean, but the price for a basic wash is $26. I noticed afterwards the spider webs were still there by the rearview mirror. We went on a Sunday and there were only 2 cars ahead of ours. Bring cash to tip.

The supervisor is always rude..they don't always do a good job...and they're not friendly..i stopped going here for years..i came back hoping things might have changed...nope they haven't...check out is really nice!!

Fixed a sealant issue with clay and buffer. Had been persistent for a year and was sure would be costly. Done in 30 min, fast and cheap, went the extra mile for a small extra tip

I have not experienced any problems over the years, but it is pricey now. I buy the book of 10 washes (I'm on my 4th or 5th book now). My first book was about $100, and I'll bet it's twice that now. I do not do the interior wash--I last had it done many years ago and decided soaking everything with soapy water using a large brush was overkill and potentially destructive.

Beware of this car wash. They returned my car to me with significant damage to the paint. I am still not sure what they did to cause the damage, but I have filed an insurance claim against them. There is no doubt that this occurred during their wash of my car. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT

Second time there. First my car got back with plenty of detail parts dirty. Now I got the "luxury wash" and they return my car like this. I didn't complain because I am really exhausted by people's incompetence or disregard. I'll finish it by myself. If you want a really superficial clean and are too lazy to do it by yourself, and have 20 dollars to trow away, you can go, if not stay away.

Dude with the cowboy football hat asks what service you want, I say morning special. He tells me tell the lady inside the morning special and she will take care of it. Go inside and she says we don’t have the morning special only Wednesday special. And she doesn’t know what to do and refuses to go ask him and charges me full price. (The morning special stopped last month apparently so it’s not like I was asking for something they never offered) so who knows what you’ll be paying when you come here.

Absolutely Horrendous!! I had a hand wash for a convertible for $55 and they only washed the exterior of the car. The interior wasn't done at all!! Never again.

Exterior of the car looks good but they didn’t so much as vacuum the interior. Worth noting I paid for the mid level cleaning, not the most basic.

Stay away from this place! Went to Bonus Hand Wash & Auto Spa with my friend for a car wash of her brand new car. They used a very strong soap (as we were told at the other car wash) and sprayed it all over plastic buttons and they stayed ruined. We came there to figure out what happened and how it can be removed and they said they didn’t do that and didn’t even look at the car(!) or tried to figure out how to clean it off. They just said “no no no it’s not us”. So rude. We didn’t ask the money back, we wanted to know why and what’s going on. The manager or whoever that person was refused everything and we had to go to another car wash where the person looked at it, was very helpful and politely explained us they used an aggressive soap for seats and it’s hard to remove, they stained it all. We can try to fix it and it will cost a lot of money or the easy fix there is to replace the car with a manual transmission. New buttons come with!!! Unbelievable and so horrible!!

Stopped there Fri cause it was late I know car wash I usually go to will be closed !! Terrible car wash! Car came out dirty ! inside outside mirrors came out dirty !! They are totally carless and dont care Charged me 3$2 for worse carwash in town !! nothing is clean !!

This place has really gone downhill. My third of three bad experiences with a wash here in the last few months. Refuse to do the actual work to fix it and claim you just didn’t pay enough, despite it clearly stating they will vacuum the interior of the car and wipe it down. Car was just detailed 1.5 weeks prior, and was not that dirty coming in except for typical kid stuff. The management is extremely rude and unfriendly from the time you pull in to the wash.

We paid for an interior super deep clean on our rental car to only discover a nasty surprise the next day after the road trip home. The clean in itself was pretty decent, just spots missed and the nasty surprise put such a downer on the whole experience.

This car wash detail legit saved me thousands of dollars. I was trying to sell my 12 year old car. It had so many dents and scratches and stains inside. I took it to a couple Autobody shops and they all quoted me 2-3K to fix the dents. But one kind Autobody suggested I go to Bonus first for a detail. It was about $380 all in, for inside and outside. They probably worked on my car for 5 hours. You guys. They somehow buffed out almost all the scratches, got out ALL inside stains and made my car look brand new. I decided to not do any Autobody work and just listed my car on FB marketplace. Within a week I had so much interest and sold it for at least $2,000 more than I ever thought I would, without fixing it at all. So worth it.

Just got my car washed. Not a good job at all for $30.00 ! The guy even charged me an extra $2.00 ovesized vehicle fee for my Mazda CX-50, what a joke. Had to go back because the guy drying the car didn't even bother to lift up the windshield wipers. It seems like water didn't even touch the bottom part of the windshield. Not to mention all the small places around the tail lights and trunk that he didn't even bother with. The sad thing is that these guys expect tips on top of the price of the car wash. I'm just letting anyone know not to bother with this place. The guy even tried to upsell me on a detail when I showed him what a crappy job they did. This place sucks. I will never go here again!

I am extremely disappointed with this car wash. I paid $60 for a VIP service and an additional $10 tip, yet the result was completely unacceptable. The service took about 15 minutes and was obviously rushed. The seats were still dirty, the cup holders were not cleaned at all, there were streaks on the windows, and the trunk was clearly not cleaned. After leaving, I had to clean the entire interior myself. This is not what anyone should expect from a VIP service. I honestly do not understand what I was paying $60 for. This level of service is unprofessional, careless, and a waste of money. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values proper cleaning and attention to detail.
