I tried a lot of car washes before I became a member of Caliber Carwash and come a couple times a week- they are always professional, very helpful and every location I’ve been to is clean and friendly! If they’re out of something they’re quick to refill, and the staff are always there for anything you need. I definitely recommend!

Tell you what. They beat “ Super Star car wash “ out by a mile and more caliber car wash has excellent vacuums , great washes and never an issue unlike superstar. Cancelled my old membership And moving on with Caliber. Can not beat their service.. extremely happy

Great place to go to for a quick wash or to vacuum towel dry and even air to blow out water from areas hard to dry they also have spray bottles of cleaner to help clean your vehicle to a perfect shine I would highly recommend them.

Caliber car wash is the place to go. The washing is on point and so are the vacuum stations - clean towels, air fresheners are constantly provided. Shout out to Adrian and Jacoby for great customer service, as well. I guess I been dirty cuz tell me why I had a ant colony in the trunk of my Honda; thankfully, Jacoby and Adrian were there to assist me and get them safely removed. They also gave me tips on how to make sure my windows are extra clean after the wash. 5 stars.

First time coming here, I should have stuck with my regular car wash. And traveled the extra 3 min 😖🤦🏻‍♀️ I came based on reviews. Car wash is nothing special. As far as the company in itself. Management is questionable...I bought a membership, and the dude was insistent on taking off the old sticker because of an issue with the barcodes, which is understandable. I had a scarper in my middle console and should have insisted he wait for me to do it, but I wasn't trying to seem like an ahole. I'm a relatively nice person!!!! Dude went buckwild with the scraper and tore my registration sticker almost in half. I was annoyed and wanted to drive off at that point. But, again, didn't want to seem like an ahole. I waited until I parked to vacuum, and then pointed out the manager in my brain, and when I asked, he admitted to being the manager. He seemed to shrug off the issue, like it wasn't an issue and said I could just tape it. When I explained my disappointment and dissatisfaction about his said solution and asked him to cancel my membership, he again shrugged it off and said I would have to call member services and he had no control over payments, memberships, and so forth.....? 😅 Said he could get me a free month tho!!! 🤷‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣 I came here for convenance, and it was anything but that!!!! My fault... Live and you learn.

Doesn't do a very good job on a F150 truck. Front and rear look just as dirty as before. The wheels look good. Not worth the $30 paid. Employees are nice.

Jacoby helped me so well. And came by and made sure I had everything I needed. Also assured I can get comped in case it rain. Great service from that guy. Good place to get a car wash. Oh and gave me a good amount of air fresheners.

I used this car wash back before caliber acquired it. It was good and I always appreciated until the machinery started to violent jerk the wheel to the left midway through the track on any vehicle I drove. It damaged my rim and management refused to investigate the equipment for faults. I canceled my membership and haven't been back. Update Feb 2nd 2026 I reached out to customer service via email as instructed in the reply for resolution.

At Caliber Car Wash right now and just paid $25 for a wash. This is what my front end looks like right out of the wash—still filthy. They didn’t bother to scrub down the front like a lot of car washes do, and the car was dirty all over. It only looks semi-clean because of the wet towels we had to use to scrub it ourselves, not because of the actual wash. The attendants spraying the windshield couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. They barely acknowledged us and were too busy laughing and goofing off with each other while doing the absolute bare minimum. This place is a complete waste of money, and I will not be returning.

We’ve been bringing in our 3 vehicles for about 4 months and have been very happy with the service, always available towels and supplies needed to keep our cars in tip top shape. *Also, back in September I had a rental car and was able to get it washed and keep it clean while in my possession. I genuinely appreciate the care of staff and well kept facility! Highly recommend

I love this carwash they give you free air fresheners which in Houston mister car wash never did that and I payed $40 here I only pay $19 a month you do get to pick your own plan. So 10 out of 10 highly recommend

I started coming to this location when it first opened. I wash my car a few times a week. This location is always clean, workers are always visible changing out towels, refilling cleaning bottles. I've never had issues with the vacuums. Today these guys gave me a pink wristband so we're sporting our bands😉.

The establishment was well-maintained. The facility was relatively new, compared to some other Caliber Car Wash locations. The car wash result was not bad. The team members were helpful. One team member kept supplying the cleaning towels and removing the dirty towels around the detailing booms; she also checked the solution level in the cleaner bottles. There were the vacuum and the air gun available in the detailing booms. Good impression and experience here.

I have been a member for over a year. I originally would go to the Arlington location until I had a damage on my vehicle that they never fixed or paid for so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and continue visiting a separate location where one of the team members put a sticker in my vehicle and as he pulled it off removed all of my Tint manager said there’s nothing he can do but take pictures and report shitty customer service
