Employee 105 not very attentive. I pulled into his lane and he walked off to the next lane. I waited for 3-4 minutes. He finally started walking back, but of course had to stop and play a little catch with one of the employees. Threw a baseball back and forth twice, then walked away, then finally decided he would attend to a waiting customer. I made eye contact with this guy when I was pulling in. Very unprofessional. So far, I’m not returning unless vehicle comes out immaculate. Customer service training needed.

Felix did the detail for our truck and did an amazing job. We are in town for the holidays and could not have been happier. Felix was very nice and personable and got our truck looking great after a long roadtrip. Will definitely be coming back whenever we are back in town. 10/10 service!

I brought my car in for a wash and was really disappointed with the results. When they finished, my car was still visibly dirty, which defeats the purpose of getting a wash in the first place. I considered asking them to redo it, but the attendant had a negative, unwelcoming attitude

Alfredo and his team did the best job on my car! He made sure to take good personal care of me!!! His team, although it’s extremely hot did so good and remain smiling. The hand detail value is top notch. I knew when Alfredo came to get me, told me my car is ready, and stood there as I checked that he did a good job. 👏 they even wiped down my seat covers!!!!!! I travel 1 hour and ten minutes here because they stand firm behind their work. Excuse my personal items (they didn’t mind working around them and yes all was accounted for, never have to worry about theft from this company).

Detailed & Grateful I brought my car in for a deep cleaning after a trip to Mexico, and there was sand everywhere. I honestly didn’t think it would ever feel clean again. Eliseo did an AMAZING job every corner, every seat, the carpets everything looks brand new. My Tahoe feels like it just came off the lot. Highly recommend!

Thank you trademark car wash Salvador and the whole team did a wonderful job but Salvador. What’s the one who approached me about some marks that I had on my car from a accident a car running a light and Ashlee hitting my car and he say I can help you with that so he took some type of spray sprayed it off and I was so thankful for that and plus the prices the car wash Head and I’ve been seeing this place but I was like they look like they are expensive but when I came in and got service, everything was excellent. That was quick hands on they talk to you and I just want to say thank you this was my first time here and I did get a membership.

My interior is always left dirty even when I pay to get it done. Shoe print in the back of seat, side panels not wiped down. The rags they use often smell. This place use to be much better. After this month I am cancelling my membership and finding a new place to give my money too.
