Been using Mr Car Wash for years, and I miss those days when it was half the price it is now. But their prices do reflect the work. Truck looks like new again! Updating to say I still feel the same way after multiple years using this location. Recently had my five and a half year old truck washed and it looks great.

Got my car washed here yesterday and I regret it. I just got this car from a dealer and I paid for the monthly membership but I won't be coming back to have them wash any of my cars. The pros: Some of the service team is incredibly hard working. They paid extra attention to my wheels and tires and even after it rained a little they still look great. The cons: Their machine left scratches all over the roof of the car, A-pillars, C-pillars, and on the hood. The time that was spent on the tires could have been better spent since the interior of the car left some to be desired. The infotainment screen, front dash, sun roof and some of the back seat area looked like it wasn't touch at all. I went back today and a manger opened an incident report so hopefully something can be done for this. He mentioned how the scratches were hard to see on camera yet their cameras would be used to see what happened. I'll update this review with whatever happens. Edit #1. Manager is claiming the scratches sres too consistent to be done by their machines or washing techniques. That to him (Eric Flores) it seems like there was a 12 pack of Cokes or something that got dragged around my car... Ok sure bud. Going to higher ups with the claims department which doesn't have live staffing or something so now I have to wait a few more days to get progress in this stuff done.

Horrible car wash ! Been coming for years ! The quality of work doesnt match the expensive price! They are slow! 2 hrs only for the car to come out still dirty! Water marks, didnt even bother wiping the car down , I paid extra for a reason! Unacceptable Had to send it back and from the pics yep still bird poop , $90 for an exterior wash, interior super clean and seat detailing ! never any coupons or bundle deals! I wont be back im done with this place!

The prices have gone up, and the service has gone down. I paid for the Platinum package, and got a below basic wash and vacuum. My mats were thrown all over, at least 50% of the car didn't get cleaned or dusted, they put so much wheel shine on my tires, that it splattered all over the sides, hood and windshield. When I showed the work to a guy there he offered to get me a rag to wipe my own dash. I showed the manager, which was very nice and courteous, and he had my car rewashed and wiped down. This has happened way too many times, and I'm not going to waste my time and money going there again. I was one of 3 cars there, and we had left the car for 30-40 minutes to be cleaned. Yet, they couldn't clean it correctly the first time. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished the second time. Not worth the head ache.

This was an example of "You get what you pay for". I bought the Titanium (highest) package, but it was far from top tier; maybe we define those words differently. Areas all over my car were still wet, they cleaned something on one side of the car, but not the other, marks on the windows caused by my dog were not wiped off.....It was just a very disappointing experience. The staff I interacted w/ was nice, but the quality of the "detailed" wash fell well below expectations. It's my fault for not going to the nicer, more expensive place up the street; I thought I'd give this place a try, but never again.

Horrible service smh! My car dealership gave me a coupon for a car wash here. I added the service of them just drying the car off and Vacuuming the car out which came out to $27. After spending $27 I get back in my car only to see water stains still on windows, inside of car was not wiped out. It was really packed and I didn’t have time to go back and talk to a manager. Total dissatisfaction!

Nice carwash. Could use updating. Could also use more of these carwashes around the DFW area. I was visiting family in McKinney and had to drive 40 mins to use this carwash, since there was no other in the areas. I signed up for in Wisconsin where I live.

I've got a black vehicle. Anyone that has a black vehicle knows how hard it is to actually look clean when it's done. I normally wash my vehicle myself because I am picky about the finished look. I had my dog with me on this most recent visit. The gentleman that assisted me when I first came in saw that my dog was reacting to the vacuum and compressor sounds so he asked to workers to pause until me and my dog were out of the way. I realized my interior was messy from my dog. And the passenger door had my dog's drool all around it so I ordered the platinum because of that. The staff here did a great job. One of the employee's even opened the passenger door for me so I can get my situated in the seat. This is my second time here and I plan on coming back. Kudo's for the great customer service here.

Pay 40 a month AND an additional 20 for them to clean the inside of my truck. For that price you’d expect them to at least run a rag over SOME of the interior. Literally just as dirty as it was before I brought it in. Had to ask them to at LEAST wipe down driver side window and dirt on floor. Not asking for a spotless vehicle but for the price of a membership and paying extra for interior clean they’d at least put a bare minimum effort to ensure a clean vehicle. Have had this membership for 6+ months and have maybe taken it in 4-5 times in that time span and it seems each time it gets worse and worse. DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You’d be better of paying a blind person with no arms to clean your vehicle, I’d bet it would come out cleaner.

Worst experience I’ve had paying a premium fee to wash my truck…if I could I’d give half the stars. The place offered exterior wash for single wash pay the titanium price only exterior. They don’t even allow to towel dry your vehicle to make sure there are no spots of water. As soon as you tell them no respectfully I don’t need the premium subscription only one time please. They roll their eyes and make sure no receipt is printed. You turn a very tight corner to wash and point you to the exit they got your money already. I even tried to speak to someone about it in person they waived me off. Their website doesn’t even have the location such a horrible experience. Will never come back

Just. No!! I purchased a Titanium Exterior and Interior clean today. The entire job looks (looked, because-at 70 years old-I went out to my car in the driveway and cleaned the interior windshield (I'll do the rest of the windows tomorrow) and the rubber and hard plastic door trim, baby wiped the speakers and vinyl areas inside, drink cup inserts (had a few months of dust a grime in them. First time I've used a car wash service. Next time, I'll spring for the higher priced mobile car wash in my area. Just. No!!

I have a monthly membership and I love the customer service, the workers and they keep my car clean and shining!!! All the workers and so nice! I been with Mister for a few years now and been sending people to join too because of the service and the friendliness! My car stays clean going here! Went today for the first time have to say the service was very questionable. My truck was not clean had a lot of areas that were still dirty including running boards and muffler. Man tried to sell me monthly service very glad I didn’t purchase seeing the quality of work I received today guess I’ll try other places. Well I got a response asking to email the customer car department and I did just not to receive a response back. As I reviewed my truck after I left I noticed the exhaust was still dirty along with the wheels they just cleaned what was easy to see. Again I’ll say overall a bad job I received. Been a week now and still no response from the customer service

WORST CAR WASH EVER IN THE DFW AREA Never again coming to this car wash I paid $12 for the Basic Plus wash and didn’t think much of it at first. But once my car came out of the wash machine, they told me they weren’t going to dry my car. That is honestly insane. Every single car wash I’ve ever been to dries your car after it comes out—especially when you’re paying for a wash. What’s the point of a “plus” wash if you leave with your car soaking wet? Super disappointing experience and not worth the money.

I’ve had a membership with Mister Car Wash for a while now, and they never disappoint. I recently visited the Galloway Ave location in Mesquite, and, as always, I was very pleased with the quality. The employees were friendly and attentive; they truly do a great job, and it’s clear they work hard to provide top-notch service. My truck came out looking like new! The only thing I noticed was a slight odor in the lobby that could improve the waiting area experience, but it didn’t affect the overall quality. I have the monthly and it is well worth it (Titanium) because I live in Forney work in Dallas and Mister is by far the best carwash that I've taken my two vehicles, and I've tried others but there is no comparison.
