I'm glad today's wash went well, because my previous visits here didn't go so great. My wife's Jeep Renegade was serviced by Rafa, who did an excellent job despite the confusion on why he continued to work on the Jeep after wiping it down, and doing the tires. We paid for the plastic panels to be shined up as well, but that was questioned by one of the employees. It's clearly on our ticket. Thank you, Rafa! 🫡

The worst place ever 😪 I wish I could give this place less than one star. They washed my car before and left the windows down, letting water get inside. I decided to give them another chance and even paid $130 for a full detailing, and they made the same mistake again. This level of carelessness is unbelievable. If you value your car, don’t go to this place

I had my first car detail ever yesterday at Wash and Lube in Burleson and it was AMAZING! Jose greeted me as soon as I pulled in—his energy was great and he made me feel so welcomed right away. The manager, Victor, was also incredible! He checked in with me throughout the process and kept me updated the entire time. The customer service was top-notch, and my car has never looked better! I 100% recommend this place to anyone needing a quick wash or a full interior/exterior detail. They truly go above and beyond!

Shoutout to manager Victor for running a solid ship—and to Eric and Irene, the dynamic duo who leave my car looking brand new every time. They used to work by AMC, and thank God they stayed local! For just $20, they clean my car inside and out like it’s headed to a car show. Two people tag-team it like a Nascar pit crew, and I always tip $10–$20 each ’cause baby… they do not play when it comes to details. Ask for Eric or Irene—you’ll thank me later! Been using them for over 8 years.

$120 for the most half ass detail job I have ever seen. Some kid spent about 5 minutes vacuuming the car, then it goes through an auto wash same as anywhere else, and finally gets a 20 minute wipe down by some lady who couldn’t care less. I can’t believe I paid that much money for this bs.

I don't give 5 stars lightly, but they deserve it. Shout out to Burleson Wash and Lube!! I took my truck in to have a good ol hand wash today. The young lady working outside told me it would be an hour wait or she could give me a good deal on running through the auto wash. I was skeptical because of the height of my lifted truck. The guy next to her that I think was a manager checked it out and assured me it would fit and it did. The young lady that greeted me jumped on my truck as soon as it came out. She detailed it all by herself and did and amazing job. Even scared the poo out of everyone in the parking lot when she accidently hit my train horn. It was great. I didn't get her name but she's a keeper. Awesome customer service and did a fantastic job on my truck. Skinner was right, they do a great job.

What a great crew here! I saw this place while driving and thought I would give them a try. The pricing was great and they were very professional. I had been on the ranch hunting the last 3 days. Truck was a filthy mess. Brought it in today and got the "presidential" wash. I was above and beyond satisfied with the work they put in to clean my 2017 tundra up. It looks brand new! Great work! Ill be back for sure.

The wash is ok for $8. I doubt i'll ever come back because of the terrible customer service from the guy with the tattoos on his legs. I just moved here and wanted to try this local car wash after the recent snow/ice storm. when you pull up, there is NO instructions on what to do besides choose the lane with a description. I pulled up to the express lane and wasn't sure what to do, so i called the carwash while waiting in line. The guy on the phone was ok. At least he tried to help. Mr. Tattoo guy over here walks up and starts hitting me with pure attitude like i kicked his dog. I just got the $8 basic wash and the guy gives me a receipt and just walks away. Mind you, I've never been here, so i ask where do i go and ol boy yells something unintelligible at me and points around the corner. I just got the wash and left. Just pure terrible customer service. The receipt says Humberto is his name.

I just used them for my Tesla Model S and most recently my wifes Mazda CX-90. When I brought both vehicles we had just come back from a camping trip where we got trapped in some mud with both vehicles, and the cars were absolutely filthy, inside and out. I showed them all of my concerns and they made both vehicles look good as new after a detail. I'm very pleased. It also helps it's the only car wash I've been to that knows how to operate a Tesla S. They do great quality work and pay great attention to detail. I'll be back!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. They did a half-assed job on my car. When I pointed out spots that there was still dust/sand in the driver’s seat, the guy told me that I should have paid for a higher service. Upon further inspection when I got home, I noticed there were still dead bugs and bird poop on my car. 0/10 would recommend.
