Absolutely horrible. I paid 22 bucks and it left soap all over my car as well as didn't even touch the bird poop on it. Save your money and go somewhere else

Won’t allow you through the side of the car wash that’s staffed but the touchless side isn’t managed at all even though they know their technology on that side frequently has problems. Instead of fixing it they expect you to deal with their problems by getting out of the line you just waited forever in to tell them there’s a problem and then get back in a new line to wait for service. No phone on site so even when I called the business they wouldn’t come help or get ahold of someone on site to come over. Such poor customer service with no resolution but making customers deal with the inconveniences of their poor business practices and equipment. No “we’re working on it”, just putting the inconvenience on the customer.

Just go to the penguin car washes. They have rags and wipes for after. Way better. Paid for the $26 car wash and it turned out terrible.

On June 30, 2025. My dad and I went through this car wash, with the pickup truck. We picked the most expensive wash they had $26 because we had a bunch of dead bugs on the front and figured the top-tier wash would take care of it But honestly, it barely made a difference. Most of the bugs were still there after the wash, especially on the bumper and windshield. For the highest level wash, we expected way better. It felt like a waste of money, and we left pretty disappointed

They have to run sprayer in the summer time to wash off the bugs before wash. As long as they do that it works great. Update: I've never received a gift from a car wash before. Thank you Buggy Car Wash for great service! Friendship started with complains but now all issues has been resolving. Great management! Thanks Mike!

We waited in line for 10 minutes while they tried to get the car in front signed up for a monthly service plan. We paid for the $22 (2nd highest tier) wash and it did an ok job at best. It did not clean the back of my vehicle at all as you can see from the attached picture.

I have been a member/customer for over 1 year and had a horrible experience this late afternoon. Last week, I was kindly told to come this week and have my barcode switched out for the new machines. I was warned the process could take 10 minutes. I came today to get a car wash and get my barcode switched out. I was told by the gentleman at the machine to go ahead and go through the car wash and come back into the office to get this done. I pulled in and went into the office. A man before me had tried going into the office himself and couldn’t find anyone. I had my 2 young children with me. I went into the office and a man was in there. I told him I was there to get my new barcode sticker. He replied by saying he may stop doing them and couldn’t help me today, that he had a bunch of tools laying out to work on stuff. I stated I was told to come in this week and get this done. He stated he was the only person there who could do it. He helped someone earlier and had to help 11 others afterward. I then asked when to come back because if today didn’t work, how do I know what day will work. He replied any day from 8-5 pm except today. This place clearly has poor customer service and places themselves over their customers. I work night shift, worked all week and was finally able to come today with my kids to be treated like dirt. I pay $65 per month for 2 vehicles. For a while now, the back of my Tahoe doesn’t get cleaned (see picture after today’s wash) and I never complained because my vehicle has a lip on the top that doesn’t allow the brushes to reach. I live next door to this car wash, but for these reasons, my husband and I will be returning tomorrow during business hours to cancel our memberships and take our business elsewhere. I will not provide my hard earned money to a company that treats their customers like crap. I will not be referring anyone I know to this car wash. Terrible.

I paid for a touchless wash and didn’t even get the dryers, what a waste. You must only be to dry your car if you purchase the most expensive wash!

My husband was just refused a car wash by the attendant. He said, "It's excessively dirty." My husband chose Buggy Bath because it's close to his work and he can get back quickly. We won't be returning to Buggy Bath. Usually we go to the car wash with all the animals over by Texas Roadhouse. That car wash will let you go through until your vehicle is clean. For the record, it has poured down rain for 3 days and we live on a gravel road. Our truck is going to be dirty. I think that attendant should move back to a state where that type of behavior is normal.

I just left their $19 touchless car wash and it was basically useless. The wash cost me $20 because it wouldn't take credit card at the kiosk and I had to put a $20 in. Also, no one was around to give me my $1 back as change. Look at the pictures I posted. I got the best wash they offered and it was very disappointing.

Thought I'd try out one of the "touchless" automatic car washes for our new truck. We got a voucher for a free ($16.00) wash from a local car dealership. Our truck wasn't really even that dirty, mostly just dusty from driving on unpaved roads. Unfortunately, none of the non-contact washes - whether automatic like this one, or the high-pressure DIY coin operated wand places really get cars clean. They always leave a layer of dirt that has to be washed off with a sponge or cloth. If that weren't bad enough, even though this car was has a "dryer" that blows much of the water off with high-pressure air, unless you get out and wipe your vehicle dry, you're gonna end up with major water spots. Whether this is because of hard water, or perhaps a "recycled" water, it's serious and unsightly. Our truck looked worse after the wash than it did before. I'll post pictures, but not sure how visible the water spots are. They show up especially "well" on our black truck. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for this wash. It wasn't an improvement, and certainly no better than the results you'd get for a $5 coin operated car wash with wands.

Possibly the worst car wash in town. They are conveniently located and the vacuums are great. BUT their card readers in self wash are never working. When they do work? They occasionally steal your money. When you do get to spray your car the water pressure is the lowest in town so it takes twice as long to wash. It forces you to go through the auto car wash that does a really poor job for 20 bucks. There are much better options in town. This is convenient for a light spray off and not much more….

I've tried this place twice now. With my truck I went through okay but I suspect I got a new scratch or three. Then, with my SUV my vehicle was following their directions etc but somehow at the end started drifting off course. And my windows remained very dirty. It's okay for a quick wash, but if you wana spend that kind of money... Go to literally any of the other car washes in town. Some of them even have rags so you can wash your windows.

I had a great time at the car wash! I really enjoyed using the self-serve and vacuum machines. The pressure was just right, and the service was excellent. The only thing that could have been better was the spot-free rinse. I asked an employee about it, and they said they weren’t sure why it wasn’t working. Overall, I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a cleaning expérience. Wish that the setting worked as my car does have water spots now. I do think other than that issue it was a great place will try again to give another chance.

My daughter took her car here and after the wash asked the attendant to remove the marking on her front windshield from the towing company. WITHOUT ASKING the guy used a BRILLO PAD to remove the marker and subsequently destroyed the window. The worst part is, the owner said they are NOT responsible for glass damage. I understand if the machine did it, but this was a human who made this decision! No wonder this place has horrible reviews. The owner clearly doesn't understand that as a business owner he owes his customers a "duty of care" wherein he shall provide the best care and diligence when performing services. They never offered to make it right or anything! Horrible way to treat customers and even worse for putting themselves at risk of a lawsuit.

Big car wash is rarely working, only one time was it working when I went. Our membership only worked occasionally when we did go. Tried calling several times, no answer. I saw an auto charge as pending on my card for $44.99, called them to have it refunded and membership canceled same day. They would not refund the charge and said we had to notify them within 10 days, according to the app, which we could never get to work. Stay far away from this place!

$20 wash!? My truck was cleaner before I washed it! This was my third attempt using this wash and it seems to be getting worse. I will not be returning.

Been here twice. Both times I was dissatisfied. First time was with a Tahoe in the brush wash. It completely missed the back of the vehicle. Went through the touchless wash today. The wand hit my mirror and stopped. Ok...my fault, but I couldn't get it to restart and there was Noone around to help. Had to go to the wave and finish the wash.

Terrible. I paid $26 to go through the drive-through wash just to have to immediately go and wash it by hand. And of course I had to pay another $20 to do it. The tailgate and the front of the pick up weren’t even washed. And the tires looked awful. I would like to add we were only in the drive through one for about 2 minutes. Maybe less.
