I put a $20 bill in the changer and got car wash coins back instead of change. I was not planning on spending $20 at the dog and car wash but had no choice once I put money in the bill changer. Plan on spending how ever much you put in the coin changer. That doesn't even make since because you can use bills at the bays. Talk about a rip off. I still have over $5 worth of coins that I will probably never use because I don't even live in BA

Everything is Very Clean & Everytthing Works...From The Soap that is More than Enough to The Soap Brush that is Soft & does Not Scratch My Car. The Wax is The Best I've Ever Seen, & The Tire/Wheel Brush is Good Too. The Dryer Makes Sure I Don't Have to Bring Towels With Me. The Vacuums have Plenty of Power & I've Used Their Automatic Wash As Well It Cleans Very Good! They Have 2 Dog Washes that make it Easy to Clean Up My Dog. All I Can say is Excellent 👍

I have used this dog wash for years but when I went today it was filthy I would not give my dog a bath there at all it was too filthy. But I will be back to give it another chance. Just because some people leave it dirty is not the fault of management okay I gave this place another try and it was filthy there was dog poop all over floor and hair everywhere, on walls the drain was clogged and it smelled so bad I left I tried to call management but there was no answer I will not give this place another chance.

I went to use the dog wash, there was little to no water pressure, little to no soap, and the dryer didnt work at all. Not only that, but the wash is advertised as $7 for 7 minutes. Well I got 7 minutes and it charged my card $10! Total rip off in my opinion. Stay away from this place.

No. Just no. Dirtiest doggy wash station I’ve ever seen. Smelled horrible. Zero water pressure and no soap. Also good luck with the credit card reader.

This is a slightly older Car Wash but it still works great. It's close to the house so that's one of the main reasons why go there but I would probably go there anyway even if it wasn't. Power washers and washing detergent works good. The shop vacs work well and I give you plenty of room to get around your vehicle that's underneath the awning so you have shade.

This is my new go-to car wash now that my previous place which shall remain nameless is being turned into a lemme-scratch-your-vehicle tunnel wash. It's getting more and more difficult these days to find a good manual car wash that takes credit cards and has nice strong handheld air dryers. Not only that, but I can wash and dry my vehicle for less than $10! My only complaint/suggestion is to have the lights come on earlier. Sometimes I get there right at sunset when it's still light out but the wash bays are dark. 5/29/2023 update: I got there right before sunset and the lights in the wash bay came on plenty early. Changing my 4-star rating to 5!

I use the dog wash occasionally but I normally use the quarters and not my card. Well today it would only accept $2.50. So I had to use my card. Supposed to be $7 but I was charged $10 on my card and in total I paid $12.50!! I will just wash at home from now on! That was ridiculous!

One of the nicest car washes I've been to. I washed my work truck here. *Everything there worked. *The bay had several cleaning tools besides the traditional high pressure sprayer - I used them all. *Wash, foam brush, tire brush, rinse, wax, conditioner, spot free rinse, air dryer *There's a self service dog wash too. I did not have my dog and didn't go inside, so I can't say for sure but I bet it's really well maintained like the rest of the wash. *I was charged $10 on my card for 11 minutes of wash time. That may seem high but I didn't have to work as hard using the accessory tools and 11 minutes was enough time to achieve the results I wanted. I 10 out of 10 recommend this car wash.

One of my favorite and best self car washes in the Tulsa/BA area. It’s about $1 per 3 minutes of service. Water pressure is fantastic and all the options like the foam brush, wax and no spot rinse work without an issue. My company has used this location for our over-height work vans for a year or so with no problems. Might have to use the dog wash for my pup one of these days too!I do not recommend their “touchless” automatic wash. The name is right because it appears to look as if nothing was done.

The leash was broken in the dog wash so i could not secure my dog, and none of the shampoo options worked. A waste of $7.

I do like going here because it is one of very few automatic car washes in the area that is touchless. I've found that the touchless ones have a tendency to damage a vehicle's molding and trim, but sometimes the automatic car wash skips steps it was supposed to have in it, but still charges for them and there have been several times the money/card acceptor wouldn't work, so I would have to wait and come another time. A couple of times the rinse mode failed to work after paying for an automatic car wash and I ended up with soap still on my car, causing me to have to pay again to rinse it off on a self-service bay. I will say, they do resolve the issues rather quickly when the auto-wash is having issues, but there have been several instances when the auto-wash was having troubles. If they could just get these issues resolved for good, I would give it 5 stars, as they do have very good vacuums that are free with your wash.

If I could give this place zero stars I would all of the shampoos were out the place had not been cleaned, there was big piles of dog hair lining the walls, there was no water pressure and it wouldnt rinse the soap off of my dog and it said right there on the wall that it was $7 for 7 minutes and I get home and they charged me $10. Thsi is very bad business and I will never take my dog there again. I do not see how this place stays open.

I kill bugs. Thousands over the course of a summer. My wife and I are on the road to “Somewhere” a couple of times a week. I am in this car wash at least once a week. This location is handy for me and a buck cheaper than the other car wash I occasionally use. It does a great job, but like any car wash sometimes something doesn’t work. The owner has his cell phone number on the door. I have called him many times with issues on the drive through automatic wash. He always picks up. I explain the problem and tell him I will be back in a few days after it has been fixed. He has always given me a re-wash when I come back. The owner seems to be a nice guy who really cares about the customer. Carwashes are used and abused by the public. They are a gallimaufry of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. There are plenty of opportunities for something to go wrong. All carwashes have problems from time to time. I’m happy with the service here. When I call with a problem it gets fixed. And, I get the wash I paid for.

Honestly probably the worse dog wash I've been too water pressure sucked they didn't have a quarter thing and there card reader didn't work spent $7 on a dog who didn't even get clean all the way and was still wet has hell because the dryer doesn't work properly either highly recommended just going to the one over in Glenpool rather spend $10 and have a clean dog then 7 and barley do anything for them

As far as the dog wash goes do not go here!!! None of it works. - I got the oat meal shampoo and only that to work (no other soaps or conditioners) the blow dryer didn’t get my dog dry it blew weak pressure and cold air! I tried to go to office to tell them and later to complain but no one was there!! Worst place ever!

Went on 12/26 and it was busy. Apparently the bay I chose had an issue with the card machine. I should have realized when the car ahead of me pulled thru after struggling with starting the wash. Anyway I swiped my card and the water came on for 10 seconds then went off and the wash ended. Swiped again and it did the same thing. I went to another bay and it worked fine and I paid 5.25. Fast forward, I have a $19 charge on my card from that day I assume from swiping twice in the broken bay. Attempted to contact with number on google and it’s not the correct number. Won’t be back here even though it’s just a few blocks from my house. Something is always broken with the card readers.

It’s a shame how much this place has gone down hill. Both dog wash booths are disgusting, clogged, and completely out of soap. In both booths, the chain to clip your dog in is broken. I would like my money back. I put a 10$ bill in and then found out that it gave no soap. I, of course, got him wet before switching to soap, so I was pretty bummed that my dog was now soaking wet and still stinky. This was about a week ago and I called the number posted in the room with no answer, and no returned call. I went again today to try again, this time bringing my own soap, and both were still just as disgusting, clogged, and lacking soap. Bummer. I won’t be back
