I discovered that the best time to get a car was is when it rains. That's when I saw the employee standing in the rain holding a sign that advertised a special. It would be decent of Brown Bear to provide rain gear to such dedicated staff. Jennifer was awesome and gave me an upgrade. I will be back. Great service.

My favorite carwash (again), not only for the type of belt system that allows washing sport cars without damaging the bottom of the chassis, but the manager Jennifer is very welcoming and she is always ready to help customers. 😊👍

5/7/2025 Car washing. I believe Brown Bear Car Wash has been upgraded. Has been cleaned your car really good. I go the one in Lynnwood and Redmond. Just to make sure always put tapes on your rear windshield wiper so it won’t get stuck. Or else you feel sorry! Thanks

I visited Brown Bear in Redmond today after a disappointing experience at another car wash that didn’t clean my car properly. Frustrated, I searched through Google reviews to find a better option—and I’m so glad I chose Brown Bear! My experience there was excellent. Angel, who was working at the front, was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended the Berry Clean wash and explained the benefits of the Rain-X add-on, so I decided to go with both. The results were fantastic—my car came out shiny and looking brand new! Despite several cars being there, there was no wait. Plus, they provide clean towels for drying off your car after the wash, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Brown Bear!

I've taken 2 vehicles through here in the past 2 weeks. Both of them with the highest wash i could get, both of them still dirty when I left. If you just need to get some light road dust off, you'll probably be alright. The positive, since they're sending cars through so quickly the line moves fast! The employees have all been nice as well.

The price is not wroth the milk. Crazy $4++ increase. Maybe the owner is financing the kids mods on the sports car parked in front. Every other week he has a new tweak. Lots of money for that carbon fiber hood and body wrap. Now the heavy camber off sets. No way anyone can justify a 25% increase for a car wash otherwise. And please spare the canned reply.

Brown Bear car wash always does an excellent job. This location is a bit tight to get into if you drive a Large Truck or SUV. I did not use the Vacuum at this site and exited straight to the main road.

I believe this is one of the best Brown Bear car wash locations, both technologically and for their customer service. The mechanism that pulls the vehicle through is a platform conveyor belt, rather than the rails system. This dramatically reduces the chances of any scraping damage to the wheel rims. The staff are also a joy to interact with. They are a collection of diverse, eclectic and friendly individuals. It is evident that they take pride in the jobs they perform

Love this drive through car wash. I got the basic option for $11.99 + tax, and was really happy with the outcome. Minimal wait time on a Monday evening, and done in 2 minutes!

I got the 15$ wash. I wasn't too satisfied with it. I could see droplets of mud on the car after the wash which meant they weren't washed off properly and also felt that the dryer didn't run enough for the water to settle. Also after the wash I noticed this small particle from one of the brushes lodged inside my headlamp.

$18 for a wash plus shine even though it was regular wash. Heavy brushing against the car yet there were spots unclean after the wash. Don’t recall there was a high speed jet of water. Vacuum was pretty weak as well.

Absolutely terrible experience. I came to this car wash based on misleading reviews, bringing in a brand-new vehicle less than two months off the dealership lot. After going through the wash, the machine ripped the rubber liner off my window — clear, visible damage. When I brought this up to the staff, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they became aggressive, defensive, and downright insulting. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic decency, but what I got instead was blame, gaslighting, and verbal abuse. The assistant manager, Jennifer Blum, was especially unprofessional — yelling at me, refusing accountability, and offering zero support or even basic courtesy. No apology, no resolution, not even a refund — just complete disregard. Antonio is equally terrible. Their excuse: cameras are too blurry to tell so we won’t cover anything. This is the most dishonest business I have seen. ALSO LOOK AT ALL OTHER 1-STAR REVIEWS, THEY USE THIS TACTIC OF BLURRY CAMERA CONSTANTLY TO COVER UP FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR MACHINES TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY! I will never return, and I strongly urge others to stay far away. Don’t risk your car or your dignity. Spend your money where customers are actually respected and the staff are honest.
