I do the 20$ a month unlimited wash. Great deal. These car washes are conveniently located throughout the puget sound area. Everytime I arrive at a customers house I know my vehicle looks it's best. 1st impressions can never be repeated.

It's a car wash? Like, it's not that hard, you pay, drive up, align your tires... I genuinely have concern when people blame the car wash rather than analyzing their own ability to drive into an automated car wash. The manual stations are easy to use too. Wish they provided ladders but that's because I'm just a short king.

Easy place to get car wash! I enjoy the towels they provide and cleaner does the job. A variety of options to get your car washed. I don’t love that you pay extra for the vacuum but i do understand why.

My windshield had a long crack after a car wash here. And the manager denied that it's their responsibility and refused to do any compensation. They said it's common sense that temperature change may cause windshield to crack and customers should take their own risk to do car washes here. The company is self-insured. So I also couldn't contact their insurance company. They also refused to even write a note for me to state the fact that the windshield cracked after the carwash and they said it's a company policy. Don't risk your car here. The company is not worth your trust!!!

Great place for a quick do it yourself carwash. I will say, make note, It had been a while since my last car wash and they updated the machines. They typically count down in time based on the amount of dollars spent but now they will run continuously and not shut off until you turn it off, with a max charge of $15. This is nice as you're not constantly looking at the timer and rushing to get the job done.

I have always taken my vehicles to Brown Bear despite their ridiculous $17 per wash charge and have been a loyal customer. I own a Dodge Ram diesel truck that has a slip tank in the back and have taken it to may Brown Bear locations and ram it through with zero problems. Today I stopped into the Issaquah location and pulled into line only to have an employee come over and tell me they couldn’t wash my truck because it has a tank in it. Really? The tank is clean and securely bolted down and sits flush with the bed of my truck. They told me they couldn’t wash it because it may get caught in the equipment. Really? So the guy in front of me with a flatbed that has a headache rack on it and the heavily modified Jeep Wrangler in front of him with the crazy bumper winch and light bars etc are good to go through but my truck can’t? Brown Bear lost my business for good today.

The line took 15 minutes and the car wash shut off for 5 minutes. Was not offered another car wash or coupon to compensate me for my time. The wash was not very good. Still had dirt on the roof.

I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The service was quick but meticulous! My car came out spotless! The employees were polite, respectful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs even though it was a busy afternoon. It’s rare to find a team that works so efficiently while maintaining such a positive attitude. The drive-thru area was clean, and the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend brown bear carwash in Issaquah to anyone looking for top-notch service and a sparkling clean vehicle. I’ll definitely be back! Big shoutout to Diego who was the manager on duty that day!

Great self-service car wash! First tap of the credit card adds 4 minutes. Excellent pressure washer, foam, and brush. Was able to quickly clean the Tacoma in 10 minutes. Much easier than taking out the pressure washer and ladder at home.

Long story short is that I bought a Beary Bright wash but at the end the kiosk wouldn't print a receipt, no matter how many times I tapped on "print receipt". After going through the tunnel it turned out the wash was inadequate (there was some grime and dirt still on my car) and when I turned around and asked for a rewash, the same employees that guided me through the wash literally a few minutes prior implied that I was lying and I hadn't gone through the wash. After I insisted, and probably because I was already in there, they let me go through the tunnel again but didn't activate the wash. I decided to leave and never come back instead of wasting more time arguing with the carwash employees.

Friendly staff, great results. Definitely a frequent stop through the winter as the parking lots get salted at my work.

The guy named Liam directing the cars to get onto the belt into the car wash doesn’t know what he’s doing. I get it, he’s short and can’t see but he needs to be trained better.

Issaquah location, getting the "Berry Best" at a not so berry good price of $18. Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there's really nothing cleaning the tires? They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car. But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30. Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.

Welcome car wash for my Jeep after a long road trip. Far away from my home car wash where I have a membership and frequent. Went with their medium tier wash and Jeep came out essentially spotless.
