I brought in a car that hadn’t been kept in a garage and hadn’t been washed in a couple of years. The staff offered unlimited trips through the wash until all the gunk was gone. I really appreciated that.

Went around 6pm, in a new Tesla. Uh oh, how the eff do you put it in carwash mode?! After a quick scramble we figured it out. Selected the top tier wash and the car came out almost clean. The attendants were friendly and professional

I rarely write bad reviews. But from start to finished I was unimpressed. My car was still left fairly dirty and I never was offered a towel to dry/clean with. Then I got home and noticed that there was a gouge/deep scratch and dents on my hood. I contacted the manager and she was nice enough to take a look at my car, but refused to admit that the car wash caused the damages. I most definitely will not be back, but I wanted to leave an honest review.

You don't talk to anyone, useless there is a problem and I have never had a problem. Great carwash and friendly people who wave and guide you into the carwash. They take care to tape down your rear windshield wiper so it doesn't get damaged during the carwash.

Great location and always a great car wash. They offer competitive prices and a monthly subscription where you can get your car washed unlimited times (a slight upcharge for taxis and for hire vehicles). Only thing i don't absolutely love is there 5 dollar upcharge for a coating.

Really great people. Sadly the car wash did bend my license plate and break the cover (dealership cover I didn't care for it), I called and explained the situation. I really enjoy this car wash and was super happy they had a solution for this problem. They gave me steel covers that work very well to protect my license plate. Thank you!

They changed their vacuums and it's now free but it doesn't NOT work almost at all. It just shuffles first around. I would rather have the option to pay for a functional vacuum. I will not be going back for this service there

I have a monthly plan and I'm very happy with this brand of car wash. The staff are friendly and attentive. With all the cameras and sensors on cars, it's so important to keep the car clean!

Pretty shitty Unlimited Wash Club experience. I went to brown bear and was signed up in person where they filled out my info which included my license plate that says “Sunset” for sunset Chevy since I don’t have my plates yet. The issue now is it’s required to have plates and part of their terms and service because they scan the plate. So now I’m told I can’t come through anymore. So I paid for a service, the top tier package I can’t use at the moment and they won’t refund my money. Super cool Brown Bear. Called twice and no returned calls, had to email and finally got some slow responses that weren’t any help. Good news though. Klean Freak car wash has unlimited wash club with touch and touchless washes, they will also turn the DIY washes on for you if want do it yourself. If I was told before my money was taken about the plate issue I would have waited and this wouldn’t be a problem.

I went through twice and still came out dirty. I can't recommend. They tried to make it right?!! They offered me a second trip through. Evidently they can't read., because I already stated I went through twice.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find a noticeable scratch on my car after the wash. The scratch had a blue residue, clearly indicating it came from this specific car wash. I hope they look into this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

I was trying to become a brand new customer of them coming from Utah. Nobody came out to help with the machine To add rain X I’m not honking my horn that’s terrible. Customer service sat there for about five minutes. Nobody came who pays 40 bucks or more for all those car washes. I go to Mr. car wash the same atmosphere and I pay literally 20 bucks a month to 25 bucks a month and you get everything with it. You’re all getting overcharged here. This place needs to go out of business. Terrible customer service if you’re gonna charge 47 bucks or even more, you better be there helping the customer out. Also, if people are gonna pay that much money, shouldn’t there be people standing by the kiosk all the time it was Mr. car wash provides that service maybe learn from Mr. car wash and go on YouTube and watch their videos I’m surprised this place is still in business Responding back to them ya I did click on kiosk for somebody to come nobody came Stop trying to cover for bad Customer service it wasn’t raining that day. It was a nice day and nobody’s gonna pay that much. For bad customer service and I’m going to the city and the state honking. Your horn is only for an emergency.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 this is flat out lazy customer service you act like you can’t stay out there continuously like your royalty and you can overcharge people that’s not customer service go to a Mr car wash and you’ll see that’s good customer service not what you’re promoting I can’t believe people pay overpriced charges when nobody’s there to oversee the charges and to go over charges with the customer if people are gonna spend a that much $$$ when I was going over on the machine, I’m looking at the prices they made no sense. How do you add rains for six dollars I was saying one price and then under it another price say something else

First off the packages for one use car wash are too high. $23 for the best wash....what? When you check out it goes up to $26 yet they don't have anything showing why. If it's taxes then state that before the person checks out. They don't precast your car before driving through the wash. There are no clear signs saying cleaning products are available for you to use near the backwall near the vacuums. Having free vacuums are nice but I'd rather go to the other place in poulsbo and pay $6 less.

As a bit of a car wash connoisseur coming from Southern California and just visiting the area I can tell you this is a fine establishment. They provide free vacuums as well as microfiber towels and spray to knock off any stubborn dust as well as get your car looking great. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond normal service!! I came in yesterday Feb 5 2026 in Silverdale WA location with paint that had splashed all over the front of my car from a vehicle in front of me on the highway. I took it through the car wash, and it's didn't help. I pulled in to try and remove by hand as it seemed to come of when applying light pressure with my fingernail. I saw an employee walk by, Leslie, and asked if there was a better towel or substance to help me get the paint off. That's when this experience at Brown Bear car wash turned into an amazing experience.Leslie not only came out with 3 different products to try and new more abrasive towels, she jumped in and started HELPING me get the paint off. I so did not expect that! Then it got better!! Zaa came along when the wash was not busy and started helping with paper towels and such, Ryan gave us a suggestion for another product to try... in the End. With everyone helping out, we successfully got the paint off, I took the car through again and it was good as new. I simply HAD to give high praise for these three employees for helping above and beyond their duties. Their kindness, patience, customer service, overall positive attitude and professionalism left me super impressed, especially in today's work climate.
