For a car wash that can’t manage getting all the soap off my car, it is capable of ripping off my very strong magnet as well as breaking off a piece of my rear wiper blade arm. I don’t know if this location sucks, or if it’s brown bear in general but I have not had problems driving through any other location. Sucks, this is the most convenient car wash near me because I leave and my car is still left with dirty spots. Not worth the $15 I spend going through, takes things off my car and leaves it dirty. Would suggest going anywhere else.

I just came from brown bear touchless car wash at Des Moines WA, they charged me 13$. It was terrible experience. My car is dirty the way it was before. All the dust and stains are still there on car and windows. I just wasted my time and money. Please do not waste your money here. Do not recommend it at all.

This drive-through wash/blow dry cleaned the Jeep up pretty well (just road dust) with the wash package I wish that they provided free Vacuum use after the wash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $27 for a single car wash and was pulled out of line after paying, simply because I have a mounted ladder on the back of my 4Runner. I was told this was against Brown Bear's corporate policy—but after reviewing their published guidelines myself, that's not what it says. Their policy clearly refers to ladder racks, which by definition are large metal structures mounted to trucks for hauling equipment—not a secured ladder on the back of an SUV. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’ve been bringing this same vehicle to various Brown Bear locations for the past four years without a single issue. Disappointing to be turned away with no refund confirmation, or an I’m sorry, and even more so when the reasoning doesn’t match their own stated policy.

Hello! I recently visited this location and Nicolas, Angel, and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch were incredible. I accidently ran over the automatic belt and they immediately stopped me and informed me that my “mud flap” had been damaged and were concerned of it coming off during the wash. Despite impatient stares from other guests they did their best to assist me and tape the flap so I could get my wash done. I felt very well taken care of through their customer service, knowledge, and communication. Thank you for baring with me.

I hate to say it but I can't wait until they get rid of the free vacuums so that when I go in to pay for my car wash I could then actually vacuum out my car because it's free you've got people they're constantly using the vacuums and then washing the outside of their cars with the free rags taking up a good amount of time so that when I go in to get my car washed I cannot vacuum out my car! I think I will have to be going somewhere else.

Went for a wash and vacuum. Upon finishing the wash , the way to the vacuums were coned off. So the only way to the vacuums was blocked by another car at ANOTHER vacuum station. The attendant came out and told me I HAD to exit. So you're making customers exit onto a one way to go around onto the main road and come back around JUST TO ACCESS THE VACUUM that you offer FREE TO CUSTOMERS. That's absolutely dumb

I use Brown Bear Car Wash quite regularly. I must admit the staffs in majority of the locations are very helpful; though I’ve never reviewed their services yet. Today was the day I can’t ignore at 22706 Marin View Dr S in Des Moines (South Seattle WA). My Subaru Crosstrek fitted with cargo box on the top and bike mount on the back couldn’t go in the wash tunnel for obvious reasons. I was straggling to unmount the EXEL Thule cargo box and one the most attentive team members named Steven Prak run up to me to help. I was impressed with his courteous demeanor and helpfulness. That was awesome. He helped me mount the same bulky box after wash. I offered a cash tip but he refused to accept saying “I’m here to help my customers. This is my job brother.” The entire team were great and respectful. I hope this won’t change. What a service. Kudos Team!!

Literally went to go for a quick wash and spent more time trying to get into the car wash. Had people waiting for vacuums blocking every entrance. And upon leaving there were cars blocking the exit almost causing us and the next cars coming out of the wash to hit each other. Yet none of the employees are to be seen to direct these cars to go elsewhere. Poor experience for a place that’s always busy.

This brown bear is great. It works well, there are helpful people, it physically removes dirt from your vehicle. The one is Auburn 3920 Auburn Way N doesn’t work. This one in Des Moines is great!
