Not perfect cleaning but better than other carwash shop Update: After few weeks, I came back to do my other car coz I’m okay with their service on my first time but on my 2nd, i saw some scratches on my wind shield and lost of my some belongings and they said they have not seen any of my stuff. Sadly. Can’t do anything. I also took VIP plus (45 usd) and gave a 5 usd tip. I dont feel the VIP plus. Upon observing the washes, i’m sure they have not done any under-wash.

Zero stars for them. These people are scam. There is no manager to look over these people and they do a very dirty awful job. I brought a brand new Highlander 2022 to wash and clean and paid $29.99 with $3 dollars because they are saying my vehicle is over sized which is not but any ways even paying all that money while I was watching they barely vacuumed inside, then when the vehicle when through the wash barely pour some kind of pink liquid which didn’t even hit all the vehicle. The guy up there barely moved the broom around then the vehicle went straight through water and air blowing through it with nothing else and dirty more than it was. Then I was watching an old man barely dried the vehicle then called vehicle is ready. When I looked at the vehicle it was full of bugs, dirt and anything you call it, told the guy I am paying you even $5 more for tip for God’s sake clean this vehicle little bit. This whole vehicle cleaning cost me over $38 and the vehicle was nasty and not cleaned at all. I had to go Walnut Creek and pay again to clean my vehicle. Don’t waste your money here and stay a way from it

They say it's a hand wash, but they use a very abrasive nylon brush. I paid to get the number one service and they didn't clean under the car and the wax rainbow is broken and when I showed them the video that I took, they said it got some of the car so they wouldn't give me any discounts. And my car still has dirt on it. Stay away not worth the money.

I thought I have finally found a car wash/detail place for my cars but I was wrong. I've been coming in over the last 2 months to get my 2 cars washed. Today was where I draw the line and say never come back. I usually get the VIP plus. It's $42.95. I've paid the same amount ever since I started coming regardless if it's an SUV or sedan. Today became different. The lady in front added an additional $5 for "bugs". She saw that my front had dead bugs on it. I asked why charge more. She explained there's a solution that they use if the front has a lot of dead bugs on it. I said this isn't the first time I came with dead bugs on my bumper and was never charged extra. Then she said "I didn't even charge you for an oversized car". I was appalled! Of all the times I've come back I was never charged anything more than $42.95. I told her I was even considering paying for unlimited but I never did because different people wants to charge different amounts. She said "well, different sales people charge different rates". I was out of words. I was fuming mad. I told her this is the last time she'll see me get my car washed here. She just rolled her eyes. She just showed she didnt care. This is the younger Hispanic lady. I've paid and talked to another older lady in the past. Naturally since I was charged extra, I inspected the work. Dead bugs are still on my car. I even ran my hand on the front of my car and I still feel the dead bugs stuck. Worst is the grill part. You can see the dead bugs. They're still stuck there. I went back inside to get a refund for the $5. Same lady pointed to the sign that said all sales are final. No refund. I then said you will get this car re-washed. Then there's another Hispanic man that looked at the front of my car. Pretended he didn't speak English but just signed to me to drive the car to the back again to be re-washed. Some kind of customer service!!! I drove the car back. They re-washed the front. Still the same, dead bugs still caked in there. I asked for the rag and wiped the grills and front myself. I gave the man my tip (I tipped him $10) he didn't want to accept it because he knows they did a bad job but I insisted that he tale it but I told him I'm never going back. The tire shine was only rubbed on half of a tire (one part Shiney one part not). The windows had tons of water marks! Front of the car had dead bug marks that were never removed. The car wasn't shiny but instead oily. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DON'T BE SCAMMED! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED NOR DETAILED IN THIS PLACE! To the owner of this place, your people's customer service is the WORST out there! Never again. Never going back!

Would not recommend. I own a Volkswagen Taos and they charged me $60 because my car had been in the snow…. I was already getting their deepest clean and they still charged me $15 extra because of this. Felt completely scammed and ripped off and will not go back for them to up charge me and not go off their listed prices.

paid $69 for handwax and what a waste of money. they didnt bother opening the trunk and the car looked same as i drove in. the more cars they have the worse job they do. i'm surprised this business is still operating.

Don't waste your money. It is a rip off. They are up charging to remove bugs, which should be part of washing. And there were no bugs on the front of my car. I won't use them again. The cashier said she had to look and came and charged me anyway. But charged it as miscellaneous, instead of bugs. Not to mention they are trying to upsell things you do not need.

This used to be a fairly inexpensive place to get your car washed, but that isn't true any longer. It's probably an appropriate amount to pay for the wash and then hand dry but it's definitely not cheap. My main reason for four stars instead of five is because it is very slow. it was probably between 45 minutes and an hour to get our car washed and I'm usually not patient enough for that. They could use some more help but busy times.

False advertising, no manager on site, employees make rules. I usually don't like to do reviews but I have to today. They advertise that they are open until 5pm. I was there at 4 25pm and the employee told me that they are closed. I have brought three cars regularly for wash. Sometimes the inside windows are not wiped at all even when you pay for inside out wash. Bad management for a business and I don't recommend anyone. I now see a lot of negative reviews and I can see why. Don't waste your money.

This place is a joke. They advertise hand washes, but clearly don’t want to do them. I’ve come twice—once 1.5 hours before closing, and now 3 hours before—and both times I was told to wait over an hour or “come back during the week.” When I questioned it, the manager straight up told me, “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” That’s the level of professionalism here. If you’re not going to provide the service you offer, don’t advertise it. And if your manager thinks running customers off is a good look, you’ve already lost more than my business. Won’t be back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how this place operates.

I brought my work vehicle in to just get an exterior wash on it. This place is slow but on that day they were very slow, not super busy, just slow as molasses. After an hour and my vehicle still had not moved to the wash tunnel I had to leave. They would not credit back my card (they don't take cash) but gave me a card for a free future wash. Today I brought the vehicle in and they refused to honor the card saying too much time had passed. There is no time limit on the card. They do marginal work at best and are usually very slow. We have a fleet of vehicles that will not be returning to this business. There are lots of other places to get your vehicle washed.

🚨 WARNING: Damaged Items, Thrown-Out Belongings, and Zero Accountability 🚨 It’s unfortunate I have to leave this review because they actually do a decent job with the service. But during my last visit, they damaged a brand-new storage item I had in my vehicle and threw out something completely different without my permission. I found out randomly, with no one saying a word about it. When I went in person to report the issue, I spoke with the supposed manager, Karina, who told me, “Sorry, you have no proof it was us.” That was the entire response, no apology, no accountability, no ownership. Accidents happen, I understand that. But a simple apology and some honesty would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I was met with complete disregard. As a regular customer paying $50 per visit, I expected better. I trusted them with my vehicle and belongings, and they couldn’t even offer a basic level of respect. I was a customer for 3-4 years, they did a good job and in time back then but these last two times I went they have been of poor quality for what they charge even for the basic washing I left with a broken tubless tire valve stem and the employee in a good manner looked for how to solve the problem until the manager came out with unprofessionalism and told me to leave and fix what they broke with my money and come back so they could finish washing it.

Crashed my car with the floor mop car clean technique. The self-announced manager blamed that it was crashed before and started discriminating my origin even though he was immigrant also. What a shame… be careful with the service over here. No apology and treated customer like dust same as the self-announced manager’s reputation.

I really like to support family owned business. I’ve given this place too many chances. They seem to disappoint more each time. The work is so sloppy. I went at a time when it was not busy so can’t excuse the laziness. It wasn’t until I left and the sunlight hit the windshield that I noticed streaks and fingerprints. Then once pulled over there was much more. Sadly, It’s a waste of money to come here.

They didn't even do anything. I paid for the most expensive one they have and my car is still hella dirty. I left a giant tip too. Edit. I just found huge scrapes on the back of my car. I took my stuff out right before I came so I know they were not there before. Dont go here

Worst place ever. Do NOT come here for any service because you can find another place that deserves your money with better results. I did a VIP car wash because I also wanted the inside vacuumed. I have seat covers, don't have stains on my seats and arm rest, and don't eat in my car. I removed my seat covers when I parked at the vacuum area for them to start so they can vacuum the inside thoroughly. I checked my car before paying and my passenger seat in the front and arm rest have new stains. I opened the door, touched the new stains and they were still wet. It's almost like they spilled or sprayed an incorrect solution. If they attempted to clean it, they did a terrible job. I came inside and told the associate there are new stains on my seat and arm rest, and her first comment was, "you haven't paid for your car." She ignored what I was saying to her completely. I replied and let her know, I came in to pay but I'm just telling her someone stained the inside of my car. At the end, they don't offer any solution and don't take ownership for mistakes so they don't have to work on fixing it. They just want your money and for you to leave. They are not professionals and do not have integrity in their work. They just hire people to fill bodies to do a job even if they are not skilled or trained on basic car wash details to do the work properly. I paid the full VIP price of almost $50 and left (which is all they wanted). I like to support small businesses but this place is a joke and a waste of your time and money. Do yourself a favor, and do NOT come here.
