Clean car and a 'quick' line. I appreciate the belt system for pulling the car through the wash. Much better than those tire rollers with guide rails that can scratch your rims. Love that if my car doesn't come out as clean as it should, they'll let you go through another pass. Would like to see community drying cloths or even window spray for interior use would make this top notch. Either way, I'll go out of my way to find a Brite WorX for my car wash.

Went through the car wash and it stopped mid wash, and took off my bumper!! Staff is no help and very ignorant, trying to blame it on me when my car was in neutral like instructed. This employee sat there eating his cheetos while telling me i cannot have a refund with crumbs falling out of his mouth!

I recently went through Brite Worx car wash expecting a quick but decent clean—unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. Even after selecting one of the higher-tier wash options, my car came out looking almost the same as it went in. There was still noticeable dirt on the lower sides, around the wheels, and along the back of the vehicle. The windshield and windows were streaky, and the drying process left water spots all over the paint. It honestly looked like the equipment wasn’t doing its job properly, or it just rushed my car through without enough attention. What’s frustrating is that there was no one at the end of the tunnel to check the results or offer any follow-up. For the price they charge, I expected at least a reasonably clean car—not one that still looks like it needs another wash. Tunnel washes are supposed to be convenient, but not at the expense of quality. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve both the equipment and customer experience **They're getting worse. I recently enrolled for monthly car wash plan as part of promo going on and the guy who enrolled me only charged for the single wash, therefore when i visited again for wash, they said you're membership is not active and since we don't have manager here, please go back and come again. This is the worse I've experience ever when it comes to car wash.

Very disappointed! This car wash broke my rearview windshield wiper and bent my license plate and broke the license plate frame. I am replacing the broken wiper blade, but don't want to go through this again, so I canceled my membership and wanted to let others know.

I have used this car wash quite a few times since it opened but in my recent visit, my rear windshield was torn off by the wash. Unfortunately, this did happen before at the same car wash (same car Volvo XC90) and I had to replace my entire rear windshield wiper arm. This is the only car wash that I have been to that is so powerful it kills wiper arms. Just be careful!

I had a great experience, and my vehicles come out clean. My only issue is they never come out dry enough, so the driveway out is always wet, tossing a tiny bit of dirt back on the lower parts of the car. They're head and shoulders above a competitor near my home. Yeah, I have to drive several miles further to get a clean car. Totally worth it.

Love my washes from here for well over a year but today at the Creve Coeur location I received a wash that when I got out of my car at home has the whole left side of my car with a smeary greasy finish. From top to bottom. Tried to call to report it so soneone can fix it before dozens upon dozens dont all get home to find same greasy mess. No one will answer their phones though. Headed to a different location this evening with hopes that it will wash off. Giving Rock Hill a try

Would be great if you guys add carpet machine and drying rags with cleaners. Some vacuums don’t work at all - zero suction power. Please fix and add those missing options as it’ll help people with membership a lot.

Wash was decent but car was still soaked when it was done and they don’t provide rags at the vacuum stations. Luckily I had a microfiber with me to dry off. Vacuums were extremely weak. I gave up and the woman next to me asked if we had to pay to turn them on because they were barely working. For $15, I expected more.

If you’re looking for a quick wash to get bird poop off your vehicle I recommend. It moves quickly so their no wait time. The clean was good for what I needed! Not as clean as I expected based off the advertised quality, but clean enough for a drive through car wash.

The staff is super friendly. Quick service. I have not experienced the Brite WorX car wash broken in two months. It was quite frustrating to drive to my previous car wash places only to find out that it’s broken. They just celebrated the appreciation day where I was offered a cleaning kit (Thank you once again). I’m so glad I was able to find Brite WorX. Good Job guys!

I’ve had an ongoing billing issue at this location that has never been resolved. On multiple occasions, I was charged twice for the same transaction. Each time I reported it, my contact information was taken and I was told someone would follow up with me, but I never received a call or resolution. Because the duplicate charges were not corrected, I had to contact my bank and close my debit card multiple times to protect myself. This has happened more than once, so it does not appear to be a one-time mistake. I hope management and Brite WorX Car Wash take this seriously and improve how billing issues are handled.

So I subscribed to the premium package, if only for the winter in case there are really salty roads, to get the undercarriage washed Now I go almost every day, is that a waste? The grandkids love watching the wash go over them !

I was lookiin’ for a car wash. Came across Brite Worx. Went to the website to sign up. They offer a free wash to everyone! I went to redeem my wash and check out the business, but for some reason it wouldn’t validate. I was referred to the manager Corey, who was courteous, professional and understanding. I got my free wash! Nice! I’m now a member! Thanks Corey!! His actions sealed the deal. I’m a sucker for good service!
