Bright line cleaning is not a trustworthy company and quality of their cleaning is surprisingly disappointing which appalled me considering how many great google reviews they have. Nacho seems like a nice guy and appears likable, but will ignore you after he takes your money even though their cleaning service was actually not as great as you thought. I’ll include more detail later in the review. The cleaning service was also pretty expensive. They charged me $840 for a house and carpet cleaning. Surprisingly, without the carpet cleaning, he first quoted me over a $1000 for just a house cleaning but told me that he can go down to $840 and throw in a carpet cleaning. I don’t know if this was a sales tactic but I could’ve easily gone to another cleaning service and carpet cleaner and it would still be cheaper than what he ended up quoting me for. I trusted that Nacho would do a really good job cleaning for the price offered, but I was wrong. After the cleaning was done, we did a quick walk through of the home and everything seemed okay at that time. It wasn’t until after we paid Nacho when my bf and I did more of a detailed look at the cleaning. The first blemish that we noticed was the fridge and it had a dent in it. I looked through a video of what it looked like before and that dent was not there until after the cleaning! We also noticed that the pantry was not clean at all. There was rice on one of the shelves and after wiping it off with a wet paper towel, we realized that it was completely dirty. We were baffled. Also, after lifting the stove covers, we realized that there were areas where it was not clean at all. The stove top also had a lot of oily spots on it which was weird. We thought it was the cleaning material that they used, but I just couldn’t wrap my head around why it would be oily. After confronting my concerns to Nacho, he was at first apologetic and mentioned he was going to come by and clean a little bit more. He also promised he was going to clean the outside windows as well. Long story short, he never came. The first time, he told me last minute that he couldn’t make it to clean even though I canceled all my plans for this cleaning that day. After that day, I would mention the days that I’m free so he can come by, but he never followed up. It was honestly very unprofessional for Nacho to act this way. I gave this company so many chances and I just feel betrayed. I have already accepted that fact that he is not coming back again to fix the mistakes that they made.

Nacho did a great job removing the film off of our windows which the original owners had put on the windows sometime in the '70s. The windows were very high and he did a good job getting up there and getting it all off and then cleaning the windows. I would recommend him.

Back in November my parents purchased a home and it was SO NASTY. You wouldn't even believe how the previous owners left it and how they lived in that home. I would highly recommend Nacho and his team to any of my clients, friends, and family. He stepped up big for me and went above and beyond what most people would’ve done on a rainy day. Now we are breathing clean air and have heat after two weeks of no heat. He also went on the roof to measure and seal vent openings where our roofer left openings that led to water coming into our house. Bright Line Cleaning will be my go to for any duct cleaning, carpet, upholstery, window cleaning moving forward. They also cleaned everything up after themselves. World Class service!
