I took my wife's car to get it detailed today and the guy I spoke with initially told me 35 bucks for an in and out detail, which is a really incredible deal. He started looking it over and said well the dog hair will probably add a few bucks maybe 10 at the most. I said no worries at all I know it's a pain to deal with. I asked him about the trunk which needed to be vacuumed out and the door cleaned up a bit inside. He said oh yeah that's included I'll take care of all of that. I came back about an hour later and he was still working on it. Another guy was talking to him and he asked me to come with him so we could discuss the dog hair charge. He informed me that it's an additional 40 bucks for dog hair. I told him it would have been nice to know that beforehand but it's not a big deal, again I know how difficult dog hair is to deal with all too well. I'm assuming the guy who took me in initially wasn't aware of the upcharge being that much. My problem is not what some people would consider a bait and switch tactic or anything like that. I don't have a single problem with them up charging for having to deal with dog hair. My problem is that when I got the car back and actually had a chance to look at it there is still dog hair in the floor, the seats, etc. The trunk was never even opened to be cleaned, it looks no different. I don't mind paying for something but when you double the price on me AND don't do what you charged me for....that's unacceptable.

They did a great job on my daughter's car. She is a college student so she never cleans it and it had stains and they shampooed the seats at a fair price. I am very meticulous so when I pointed out a few things, they quickly cleaned it all up. I am just thrilled that I didn't have to clean the car. Great job!

I came for a wash and shampoo and ended up waiting for two hours because they’d misplaced my keys, all to find out an employee took my keys home. They didn’t even have the courtesy to clean my car even though my car was open and waiting for two hours. I didn’t get my keys back until after I notified them I was calling the police.

Just gave them an opportunity and abandoning them 2 years ago. Door jams wasn't wiped clean. Trunk space wasnt touched at all. Steering wheel column or steering wheel wasn't wiped. The instrument panels werent wiped. Same dirt was there when I left. Wheel wells wasn't washed. Same sand still there. Gotta make improvements on things I saw on my vehicle. Good luck

I like the location, right outside of Governor Square mall. The service was quick (under an hour) and affordable. I had to ask them to go over the nooks and crannies on the inside (door pockets, cup holders etc.) again but my biggest concern was the tires which looked fantastic! Overall they did a good job and I will be back again.

The best customer service ever! Dropped my car off while I went into work & it was spotless when I got back. Very reasonable pricing as well! $40 for interior & exterior cleaning for my sedan. I would completely recommend this company & will definitely be back!

12.19.25;10.30a - Since Google won't allow a new review, I'm editing this one. Please READ IT ALL. As a reminder, a year ago this company was a hard pass for me. A week ago, the decision was tough; yet since I had to go in the mall and needed my vehicle detailed this place seemed a decent decision. I called the night before during supposedly open hours.... No one answered. The next morning during supposedly open hours I called.... No one answered. I called again maybe 20mins later. Brad answered and I think he just lacks phone etiquette (see my review from 2024 below). I arrived and a guy started on my SUV immediately. The guy was nice; Brad.... again, just has poor etiquette.... I think. All I asked for was it to be detailed in/out; no shampoo because the detailer suggested to not get it done from there. I'm in the mall for over 1.5hrs and called Brad FOUR times to ask a. is the vehicle ready b. did he accept cards..... No answer. I walked over and had to wait another 30+mins. The guy apologized and said that he usually works faster. I asked Brad why he's slow to answer his phone. His response, "I don't always keep it on me." Seems odd since he's the only one who answers and that's his only way to communicate with potential customers. My car looked so good that I tipped $40 in cash; except if the guy had done a thorough job he would have found a folded $20 under the passenger seat (on the floor). Brad checked me out and here are the bulk of my concerns: I made a rare mistake! I accept responsibility for allowing Brad to rush me through the checkout process via his Square app. I should have quickly done the math. When I checked the digital receipt I more closely noticed His extra 9.2% charge which is exorbitant! When I got to my appointment I called him within an hour of leaving to discuss the fee. Of course, he didn't answer! See the pic of my text the next day.... Of course, he didn't reply. I left a review in Square about my experience. So, Brad called me around 8.30a on 12.26.25 & of course he lacked proper phone etiquette. Because he immediately started going off (saying something about a convenience fee when actually a customer being cashless is a HUGE CONVENIENCE to a business) & trying to defend his fee charge I interrupted him by saying that he could text his reply because I didn't have time to talk. Of course, he was unprofessional. See the pics of what Square charges him to process payments. Therefore, the 9.2% "Brad Fee" is more than double what he, also, charged for the Square fee. That 9.2% extra fee is criminal AND Brad is a SCAMMER! Buyer BEWARE.... 2024 - I just called to ask questions before driving all the way from my home. Brad answered his cell and was very sarcastic and unenthusiastic when responding to my questions. He doesn't seem interested in receiving me as a new customer..... I'll pass!

This guys are top of the line. We called Brad and asked if he would do a motor home. We were traveling in the rain pulling our Jeep and it got really nasty. Brad told us to bring it in and they were expecting us so when we showed up they jumped right on it and did a perfect job. I wished I lived close by so I could use them on all of my vehicles. They really pay attention to detail and make sure you’re satisfied before you leave. Great group of guys that do an amazing awesome job. Both vehicles were spotless when we pulled away. Very very satisfied. Perfection at its best.

I really appreciated the quickness and care they took on my rather large truck. I refuse to go through one of those automatic spinning brush car washes. The gentleman who washed my truck was extremely conscientious and meticulous. The cost wasn't much more than the automatic wash, but I don't have to worry about scratches or swirls in my paint, and I didn't have to vacuum and wipe down the truck myself.
