Be careful when you put gas and pay right from the pump, last Saturday I put gas on my husband truck spent $75 something and when my husband check his statement today he noticed that they charge him $125 and I went today to talk to someone about it the person at front do anything about it and he was so lost and he even call a manager

Absolutely horrible. They have no phone number to get a hold of them. If you don't believe me, call it . It is sad. Then I call another BP to see if they can find a number for me. And they tell me, " im sorry, but we're not affiliated with that location." Smh

Bought some alcohol and after I pay I take two steps from the counter and the bag rips and the bottle falls out. I was not reimbursed nor given another bottle. That’s bad customer service. Invest in paper bags or double bag alcohol for the 12 year old pea sized brain worker working here

I went to this gas station to vacuum out my car. Three of the four vaccums did not work, and the one that did had horrible suction. Do not go to this place if Google sends you here to vaccuum

One of the few places with 93. Being downtown is a plus and they are not nearly as dirty or dingy as most downtown gas stations. Surprisingly, they also offer fishing bait.

I would give no stars if it was an option went to use thier vacuums and car wash paid for both did not receive the services and was told no refund even though it wasn't working. Very disappointed will not go back

It's a gas station and I didn't expect much but this place just felt scary. Guy at the counter seemed like he was asleep or spaced out. Smelled weird. I just ran in to grab a soda and didn't really feel comfortable.

The casher working is so rude. He told me I can't use pennies. Then he tried to take all my change for something that was 1.49 and I tried to count it out and he told me I could leave. He is always on his phone. This gas station is horrible now that it was bought out.

I let cashier know I was using fuel rewards, put my number in and handed the cash. She said it wasn't working and she didn't know why and put the pump on, giving my change. I would of gone elsewhere due to the points I had that are about to expire.

Bathroom is disgusting! No paper towels. The lady working was rude as hell didn’t want to give me the key to the bathroom without me buying some thing first!!! Gave me attitude big-time definitely not coming back to this dump again!!!

Went to get gas just to find out that they don't maintain their pumps. Gas leaked all over and their bathrooms were locked so I couldn't even clean it off my hands. Never stopping here again. I don't care how close it is to my work.

The most disgusting gas station in the Green Bay area! The bathrooms have never been cleaned. Urine soaked toilet paper on the floors and toilet seat, mold and scum everywhere on the walls sink and floors. I asked for the toilet paper to be replenished and the worker said I need to buy some if I wanted some! They also are known to let you pay for a pump they know is broken with sign to stop you and they try to say they can't refund you for you payment or move it to another pump. They are thieves and liars and have no grasp what sanitation is! I wish I got give negating 100 stars!!!
