Stopped in a few times as they are close to my house. Unfriendly at times and I have gotten stale cigs from there more than once, and they refused to acknowledge my plight of paying 9.00 for a pack of cigs I expect them to be fresh. Never again!

Will never go back! We were unable to use our BP credit card to get our rewards discount. The attendant was unable to answer any questions - all she kept saying was "I don't know". This post does not deserve the one star I gave it, but if I didn't give it any stars, the system would not let me post.

The pumps consistently do not work. When they don’t work you’ll never know it until you sit there staring at the pumps blankly for minutes before you walk inside and ask what’s going on. In the summer sure I don’t mind catching a few rays and getting a sun burn while I troubleshoot equipment that isn’t mine. In the winter however I don’t enjoy freezing longer than necessary. Today before work I went to get gas as I usually do from the same station as there isn’t a lot of options, I use pump 4 and I know better then to try and type my phone number into the pump as it works less then 20% of the time so I slide my card and it does nothing, the lock by the card swipe that is generally green is flashing red. Good indicator that this pump probably isn’t going to work, I move to selecting pay inside and remove the nozzle place it in my gas tank and make my gas selection. Waiting for the approval from inside that never comes. So I poke my head inside she has no idea that it’s not working. I tell her it’s not and it brings to kind what exactly does she think I’m doing out there then??? She didn’t notice no gas was pumping? So I switch pumps go inside to pay and suggest she put up a sign on the pump because it definitely isn’t working. She looks less than thrilled and I’m willing to bet no sign goes up. I attempt to type my number in for rewards and it doesn’t work and she doesn’t know how to do it, which has been the case 100% of the time I’ve had to pay inside here due to the constant pump issues. We try it over 5 times I ask her to call her manager as she’s the one that’s showed how to do it before and she is reluctant but does it and she doesn’t answer. I ask for the owners number which she won’t give (completely expected) I then ask for a call from him which I doubt will happen either. I tell her that I know it’s not her fault but it’s ridiculous that the pumps never work and that she’s not trained to be able to handle all transactions inside it makes her look silly and that’s not a fair position for her to be in. I love the workers here but I’m frustrated as a customer and I’m even more frustrated that these workers don’t have working equipment or training to at least handle basic transactions, it makes them look incompetent and they aren’t. If I didn’t have to go to a BP I wouldn’t even stop here.

Great selection of vodka, gin, wine & chilled beer, plus a solid wall of hemp-derived disposables (21+) behind the counter—everything clearly priced and they card properly. Fueling is easy (regular, premium & diesel), and I love the extras: fresh coffee/cappuccino, fountain drinks, hot grab-n-go snacks, ice cream, propane tank exchange, air & vacuum, and bagged ice.
