9pm. I bought gas at this BP location, was given the option at the pump to purchase a carwash $10. I chose yes, found out after pulling around to the entrance of the carwash that it was closed off. I went inside the BP and nicely asked for a refund because it is clearly false advertising to have the 'pump' asking you if you want to option a carwash when it is unavailable. After I civilly asked for a refund because I lived 40 minutes away and I'm unable to drive back to redeem this carwash, the staff member, Jesse, said I had an attitude and yelled expletives 'F' at me telling me to get out of his gas station. I documented it on my phone. I am considering litigation.

Only went here for a car wash. It's touchless which I like, it's one of the cheaper options in the Twin Cities, but it's not the best wash. Good for winter 'get the salt off' washes I'd say.

Hands down the worst customer service provided by a terrible individual! will never ever bring my business there ever again! This woman yelled at me in front of customers! Over a simple question, i was very polite in asking. All i asked was if they did cash back after a purchase. Before yelling at me she made me wait there for about five minutes while having a personal conversation with someone, i asked she turned looked at me and FREAKED OUT AND NO WE DONT DO THINGS LIKE THAT FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU! (and note I am a business professional very clean cut very polite) so i went to the Wells Fago across the street to the ATM went back and made a purchase so I could get smaller bills. After making the purchase she LITERALLY THREW THE MONEY AT ME SMACKED MY CHANGE ON THE COUNTER AND WOULDN'T SAY A WORD MAKING A HUGE SCENE IN FRONT OF ABOUT A HALF A DOZEN PEOPLE! I had to pick up my bills up scattered all around the counter! I've been to places where people are rude and so on. But this topped every other experience! I do not recommend this store to anyone not even my worst enemy! And further more, i will not stop complaining about this matter until the management is notified!

Awful staff. Went through the car wash and the dryer malfunctioned. Asked to go back in the car wash to get my car dried. It is the middle of the winter, car is soaking wet and will eventually be all ice. The staff blamed me to my face and didn’t offer any resolution. Terrible customer service as they put blame on the customer instead of potentially their dryer malfunctioning.

I usually have a great experience here, I absolutely love the female worker (I’d give her 5 stars) but today the older man working was rude and belittling when apple pay wasn’t working and embarrassed me in front of multiple other people for not having a second option, sometimes it’s better not to say anything than to give advice i didn’t ask for or need.

Allen stayed after hours to fix my tire. He took care of everything quickly and professionally and was so helpful. I also needed an oil change and he offered to complete that too when I told him. He was very honest, affordable and provided great service. We’ll be coming here from now on.

Please see Allen if you want a brutally honest mechanic that will never scare you with overpriced bells and whistles like so many others do. He is honest and is very keen in remembering you. I may be bias for being his customer for many years, but he has been paramount in the budget I that I could afford. I personally was able to get to the East Coast due to him. I am sincerely humbled on how profound and honest his work ethic has been throughout the years of having him service my car. If you want a true master mechanic, you must stop by and meet him.

I came to this gas station in search of a refreshing Icee. I have been craving one for years and it was advertised that BP carries Icee. I was super excited when I walked to the store, but I was very disappointed when I got to the front door. At the door there were two women, guessed to be workers, smoking outside leaving the store unattended. When I walked in, NO ICEE, and the women walked in after me confirming my suspicions. They left the second we left, which was immediately. I’m never coming back.

I've been taking my cars here for the past 5 years for oil changes, and other small repairs, and even got my new tires last year! Alan is amazing, he's very courteous, accommodating, and his prices are very reasonable. I have recommended him to all my friends and family! Also, Jackie is super cool behind the register! Love to give these people my business and you will too if you try them!

I stoped at the gas station at 9 46 pm need add some gas emergency to go home after along day working and the cashier refuse to take cash !! Just need to add a 12 dollars gas to go home !!! No raison I never seen that before but I will take a step and make a lawsuit against her and her attitude. This place is great gas is good but the lady is the worse I have ever meet don’t waste your time Hey you will get sooner a good news about me. Bad attitude

If I can give no stars, I definitely would. I came into the store to get oil went to my car realized it was the wrong oil daily unit was the cap off. I went into exchange the oil. The owner told me that he couldn’t take it open even though Silver tag is still inside the bottle I’m assuming, and the cat wasn’t even fully opened. The man of the front counter was very mean and very rude not talk to me nicely. Didn’t give me a real reason why he wouldn’t take it back other than the customers don’t want an open bottle. Never going in this store again and I don’t want anyone to go through what I just went through. And seeing how the other reviews on this gas station has been consistent I don’t know how they are still open

I stopped in here yesterday to get gas. I had a 10 cents off per gallon coupon so I had to go inside. The gentleman working was very polite. They also seem to have cheaper gas than other stations. I'll definitely go back!
