NOT IMPRESSED. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. My husband had his truck washed and vacuumed by SUDS. Please note, we just bought the truck, so we know the good condition it was in. After the job was done, noticed multiple chips in the paint, a scratch on the grill and tailgate, and wax marks. When bringing this to their attention, they would not take any responsibility and denied that their equipment did that. Since we wanted them to make it right it some way, even if it was minimal, we asked for our car wash money back, they wouldn’t even do that. I think the first part of business is having good customer service, which you have proved not, not only in our case but many others. This is clear through all the negative reviews you have.

Today I drove over some “de-icing” material that left a white spray pattern on both sides of my vehicle. I went through Sudz Exterior wash and it is good as new! The drying team was efficient and thorough…. They also expressed appreciation of a $5 tip!

I wanted to surprise my wife by cleaning her car inside and out but didn't have the time to wash, wax, vacuum and do windows so I brought it to Sudz Car Wash and they did such a great job. The staff was helpful and they have monthly deals but I didn't see an option for a touchless wash, that would of made this a 5 star.

Long wait good wash. They shattered my side view mirror. Worker even said “yeah, one of the blowers must have hit it” but lead person said not their problem because they could see paint on the edge of the mirror. Never going there again.

I went here after joining the text club in hopes of getting a free diamond wash, but that turned out to be a total bait and switch. I was in need of getting a carwash so I ended up springing for the diamond in hopes that it would be better than a typical gas station car wash, at $29.99 it better be. Alas it was not, there was a considerable amount of dust and dirt on my trunk lid and under the spoiler. Also when the attendant was wiping down the vehicle the glass was very streakey and required me to wipe it myself, properly. I will not be returning. I suggest that you save yourself 15 bucks and go to Kwik Trip about half a mile away.

This was very fast and the employees were really on it! I love the free vacuum stations ! We thought the subscriptions were funny but now we’re totally on board!!

They gave me a free car wash to try the new place out. It was great. I’ll be going back there again.

I had been washing my new car at Pony Express for almost two years. Went to the new Sudz car wash this week for the first time and there is an intense amount of scratches and three small dents. Getting a quote to fix it but it sounds like its going to be a pretty hefty bill and an insurance claim. If you feel like paying for a wash to have you car damaged, get your car washed here. I have never seen anything like it. It's like the brushes had a rock in it and repeatedly scratched my car on one side about the size of a basketball. UPDATE: Ryan the manager at SUDZ spoke with me and let me know that they would not take any responsibility for this. Funny thing is that my car is a Tesla and has sentry mode, so if it would have been scratched anytime I was not in the vehicle I would have been alerted and had video of the event. Therefore, I must have been sitting in the car when it happened in the car wash (there was also a decent bump/hit from the passenger side while going through). Additionally, I took the car to LeMettry's Collision and the first thing they asked me before I said anything was if I had been through a car wash as it looks to have been created from one. Weird. Moral of the story. Don't go to SUDZ Car Wash.

1 star. The car wash is too rough on your vehicle. It ripped the trim off my car. They did replace it on them but then it ripped more trim off on the other side. Now it has ripped off my back windshield arm and wiper. There is always soap still on my car. And the dryers really don't get your vehicle dry. I let them know the car wash had ripped something off my vehicle 3 times now and all that could say was “sorry about that”

Good experience, was able to get an exterior was at 18 degrees. They did a pre wash and a towel wipe down at the end. I opted for the diamond wash so kiddo could see all the colors. I have a jeep and it did not leak with a hard top. Also all my graphics were ok as it used the softer brushes on top. I recommend for that occasional get the salt off a MN car, wash. Staff was friendly even on a cold day.

Great people, pricing and results! Dom does an amazing job with their Single stage exterior buff. $270(+$100 tip) is a smoking deal to bring life back to your paint.

Always have done a good job before it became. Suds decided to try them out the other day. My car was fairly dirty but I did pay for the highest priced wash and tipped out the employees as well. It was far from impressed both inside and out. I had stop elsewhere rewash the outside and revacume the inside as they did not get under the seats and it between the seats and the council. They did not wipe down the molding alongside the seats between the seats and the door. The windows were very streaky and still dirty.... all of them. Very disappointing for $40 wash.

Amazing job, truck looks better than when I bought it from dealer. Had a decent size scratch that they honestly told me they might not be able to fix. But they got it done, scratch fixed, nicely detailed in and out. Great jobs guys. Looks better in the sun...

Do not bring your vehicle here if you value customer service. Despite paying to wash my truck bed, the staff would not towel dry the truck bed. I was told by Jaden, the manager on duty, that it was not his job to towel dry the truck bed after the truck was washed despite being filled with water and soap suds after the wash. The manager offered me two towels to dry the truck bed myself. It was a humiliating experience.

This is the best car wash in town. Wow, what a team. My wife and I have gone here for years and they are amazing. The team is always there for you and the hand towel dry is key. Free vacuums and always friendly. Locally owned and operated business deserve our support over private equity groups that don’t car about their customers or employees. Great team and thank you for the years of keeping our cars in tip top shape.

First time here. I’m extremely satisfied with how clean my car is. The workers all did an amazing job. Being a smoker and arthritic it’s hard to clean tight areas. Especially front interior window. It looks new again. Thank You!!

The car was not cleaned well on the outside or inside. I called and they had no solution but bring it back through waiting in line. I got the car cleaned between a busy day and before I left on a trip. It was really poor service and follow up. I really want to use their services and support local. I won't be back until Something changes.

awesome car wash. 5 stars all around. my car looks spotless. no there’s nothing harsh about the wash. the reviews i’ve read, ain’t no way. the wash is very gentle. first someone sprays down your vehicle before actually going into the wash, which is a huge plus on getting off hard to get junk on your car. than the GENTLE cleaning which i have to say is way more gentle than any gas station car wash. but still gets the job done fantastic. then have a blow dryer AND two people physically drying your car for water marks with MICRO FIBER TOWELS. i am picky with my vehicle. and this car wash has my vote. screw those other reviews, take my advice and try it out. you won’t regret it.

Photo of damage to my car window taken after my Sudz car wash. I reached out to the company first out of respect, and only am sharing because they not only denied responsibility but used photos of another vehicle to do so. Please be careful using the wash as this happened Feb 19, and it sounds like nothing was fixed on the automatic system. As their proof, Sudz gave me photos of a different vehicles (mine doesn't have hubcaps and is a XLE size) time stamped hours earlier (while I was at work) that showed close up there was no damage going in, and a very distant image with a blur in the area where the damage would have been on the way out. They accused me of lying, did not apologize and did not address ending my membership as I had politely asked for. I was not demanding and let them lead with how we should handle the damage. Aside from that, I had many great washes for the winter. My BIL even complimented how clean my car was after a 90 min road trip to visit. However, I prefer carwash memberships like Tommy's that include carpet cleaning and have stronger vacuums. Hours at Sudz are more limited than other options. I went to this location for convenience despite the higher price but obviously it didn't work out and I should have gone with my gut to cancel earlier. I have never had this kind of damage from a car wash before. The Sudz car wash also took off my license plate tabs which has never happened to me before; I gave Sudz the benefit of the doubt then and paid for new ones with no complaints. Hope this review is helpful.
